Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Perfect! Staff was uber friendly, the restaurant is spacious, the food was legit, and they'll work with dietary restrictions! I had the cheese and veggie torta (sandwich). It was huge and came full of sautéed mushrooms, onions, pico de gallo, carrots, avocados and other veggies I could not even recognize because of all the cheese the salty flavorful goodness. It was the best torta I have had since leaving California and to be honest in the running with most of the best there. Also, don't be afraid of their of their chips and salsa. Unlike most other restaurants who served week old stale chips this place has fresh crispy chips! They're so good you can even see through the bottom of the bag a few hours later.

Food was good, authentic Mexican, but a bit pricy for the amount of bang-for-your-buck. I had one of the combo plates- 2 tacos, an Enchilada, and a tostada for $7.50 and the kiddo had a quesadilla with rice and beans for $3.50. The kiddo's portion size was spot on for the money, but mine seemed a bit small. Service was good and friendly, would probably go again!

Best Mexican and authentic food in whole Florida. Been married to a Mexican and visited Mexico many many times, this makes us feel we are Mexico dinning. We have tried over hundred Mexican food in Florida and this place is number 1 by far. Don't forget to order carne asada when you visit this place.

Customer service was deplorable! We waited about 10 minutes for cashier to stop talking and joking with friends at a table. I waved to him, he just looked at me and kept on with laughing and joking, the waitress called to him and that did not phase him, he just kept laughing and joking with friends. I guess their business is doing so good that it doesn't matter to him if he alienates customers. I was going there multiple times a week, and we brought other friends and family, but I will no longer go to their restaurant. His cavalier attitude says to customers you do not matter, and your time is not valuable. The food is good,a little pricey but good.

Just what I had hoped for. Good food. Cooked to order, fast, at reasonable prices. Well staffed and friendly people. I love food and I love to cook, but when the day get too hectic, I can count on a tasty meal and a cold beer. The Chile Relleno is wonderful! (the restaurant closes between lunch & dinner from 2:30 to 4:30, i don't know how to show this in Yelps hours)
