I am being hopeful by giving them 3 stars. I ordered a philly cheesesteak (my husband asked why I would order one in Florida) LOL. It wasn't the worse I've had. Maybe like a regular corner store cheesesteak, not something you'd wait in line for. It was dry and gristly(sp). But ok, nonetheless. The onion rings on the other hand were awesomeness! I am always happy to get real onion rings. The delvery guy was nice. That's all I got! next time I'll have the pizza.

I love the food. I have never had a bad experience, this is what real pizza tastes like. The drivers are always nice, and I always get my food when they say I will. Yes the delivery time is a little longer then one of those crappy fast food pizza places but at westshore at least it's real food.

It's like watching paint dry. Don't place an order during lunch unless you have no Plans to go back to work. They are doing everything BUT fixing your lunch in an expedient manner. This is the third attempt which had been 2 too many times. The icing on the cake here is, I have an hour for lunch. Just unacceptable. You would think that with an hour to prep that the pizza would have been over cooked. Nope the dough was one notch above raw. I guess a red flag should gone up for me when it's high noon on payday and the dining room is a ghost town.

Ordered takeout one night and when I went to pick it up....the few workers that were there were standing around and talking to a couple of friends that were sitting at a table. The inside is filthy! They have kids games however, they were not working. It was hot inside and I couldn't imagine eating there. The cashier was completely unfriendly. The only reason for 2 stars was because the salad and pizza were good.

Pizza isn't the greatest but not awful. I ordered fried mushrooms and decided to eat a few on the way home. They were burned and over cooked. I called to complain and asked since we order frequently if they could replace them next time? I was told its the oil they are cooked in was my reply from the manager. I told them I was returning and to make me a new order. When I returned I showed the cashier the burned items and after inspection I was still told it is the oil. I looked at my new order and upon visual inspection they looked ok. I should of tasted the new order at the restaurant because they replaced them with cold and undercooked new ones. I will never eat there again. They don't care about the quality of food they produce.

OMG! They're so super slow here! We Stopped by for a meatball sub and two slices - no customers in the place, no phone calls at at and it took these clowns 20 minutes to put together a sub and re-warm pizza. To add insult to injury, the sub was barely warm, there was hardly any sauce, the extra cheese that we requested and paid for was no where to be found. The pizza was still doughy and the grease from the pepperoni could have filled up my truck. Gross! Guess we can cross Westshore off our list...

Grew up on this stuff, now I'm just glad there are more locations around the bay area. After trying a few of their franchises I must say the original on Westshore in South Tampa is the best....

I ordered from here years ago, brought the pizza home, and found a tuft of hair embedded in the cheese... I was so disgusted the pie went in the garbage. It's probably my fault I never tried to fix this, but it was just way too nasty. I will never consider ordering from there again. It's too bad, since other westshores have been pretty good usually.

I am sitting here in complete shock as my husband just got off the phone with this establishment! About a month ago we placed an order and the delivery time was 45 minutes. After AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES my husband called to check on the order. They said it should be delivered any minute. 20 MINUTES LATER he calls again because the food still wasn't delivered and they told him the delivery guy was JUST walking out the door. At that point, completely frustrated, my husband told them to cancel our order because we would have been waiting for about 2 hours (the restaurant is 20 minutes from our house) for our food! Now, my husband called to place an order and was questioned about a "problem" we had last time we ordered. The manager told him that he lost $37 because of the cancelled order and that from now on we would be told that it was a 2 hour wait to prevent future losses??? What the hell?? How unprofessional and RUDE! Tonight, they lost much more than another $37. Unbelievable!
Sorry, Store hours have not been updated. If you are the owner of this restaurants. Please update the store hours.
