This pizza joint lured me in mainly because their commercials rave that they were started by an actual Italian man that knew what he was doing. Having loved the pizza we had in our trips to Italy, I thought I would give it a try. The verdict was nothing more than another fast pizza joint that was certainly no better than a Pizza Hut, Dominos or Papa Johns. In fact, it was greasier than most of the others. The highlights of the pizza were the old world pepperoni that actually curls up in cooking and tastes great! The only down side to these little guys is that they are extremely salty so for me, it made the pizza a little too salty as a whole. I did like that you can flavor your crusts just like you can at Hungry Howies and the parmesan garlic crust was certainly tasty. Overall, I doubt I will be going back here. I would rather drive down to Best NY Pizza and get a decent pizza than to waste money on yet another pizza chain like this.

Owner and manager are the most rude people I have come across at a restaurant. Delivered wrong food and then said we had to wait another 2 hours for them to deliver correct order because they were busy. I use to order from them at least once a week. I will never order again and suggest if anyone wants good service this is not the place. As you can see from the many other reviews the customer service here is terrible. Owner does not know how to treat people and unfortunately he hired a manager who is even worse at customer service.

Very disappointed today, we have always come here for good pizza, but it seems they have changed management and they don't care as much about service or quality, how can I be so bold in making such a strong proclamation? Well, we saw a picture of their grilled chicken florentine and ordered it for the first time today. When we got it it had a total of five pieces of spinach on an extra large pizza. I brought the pizza back to the counter and told the guy, who told me that corporate dictates how much portions to add to a pizza, instead of listening to the voice of the customer and offering to redo the pizza. The pizza didn't look anything like the picture, not nearly as many tomatoes, not red onions as advertised , just yellow onions! Need to find another Marcos

Is clean inside - which is always the first thing I always look at to determine weather I going to eat there or not.. The owner is always there he is very nice and his staff is super friendly and all have amazing customer service.... I also love that you can see them making their fresh pizza dough and making your pizza right in front off you from start to finish -- I have been several times and will continue to keep going back..

Marcos use to be our go to pizza place and lately the people that work there are all different and after over a half hour waiting for my one pizza and watching the employees standing around and wanting to go home I had to ask where the pizza was with the oven empty it seems whoever started it left it on the counter half way prepared then they did not even top it the way I ordered it not to mention the price has gone up over four dollars and the service has gone out the door way to go Marcos

The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. Sadly, The product is similar to that of a totinos frozen pizza. If you are in the mood for one (which sometimes is a dirty little secret snack) then give it a try. If you are looking for a great pizza, this is not it.

So my family and I have been loyal customers of Marcos in Dale Mabry. Despite their continuous mistakes with the orders, the OVER 1 hour delivery time and their rude "managers," I have given them the benefit of the doubt. The quality of pizza is usually pretty good. But when service is that bad.. I would rather eat Pizza Hut! Today, I ordered a pizza and salad. Got the pizza after an hour.. But no salad. No one called to apologize or explain. When I called them 20 minutes later, they said the salad was heading out the door. Seriously? This is how you treat your customers? That was my last order!
