My sweet husband and I stopped by dunkin/baskin robins for an ice cream cone after dinner and were disgusted to see a female employee grooming herself next to a full rack of donuts. Silly me I always thought that grooming of all types, but especially hair combing, should be regulated to the bathroom. Now you may be thinking that a teenager may not know any better and you may be right but this ponytail flipping pig was easily in her late fifties. Worse still was the twelve year old manager observing but completely ignoring this disgusting behavior. As a matter of fact, none of the employees were wearing hair nets of any kind. I know that dunkin is known for a variety of toppings on their donuts but dander and split ends are not on my menu. Please think twice before eating here.

I don't post much but sometimes I got to say something. This place is ok but the fresh donuts each day are kept in the back until they sell off all of the stale donuts to you and me. The whole Idea of dunkin donuts is to have fresh donuts, this place does not. That's some whacked shit.

Really happy with the service which has been extremely friendly in person. Not so much drive through but then again I had no clue what I wanted since it was my first time to a DD ever. That said they are delicious and fresh. The coffee is awesome and I'm ordering a cake today. So far great service except for the drive thru. Pet peeve : Don't ask me to pull up at any drive thru because your timer will get you wrote up and stop having friends drive thru to help you cheat your time!!!! Drive thru service sucks when I have to get out of my car and come in to ask for sugar or napkins. Orders a cake and was take. Great care of as I have some notice. I'm not sure why the other hateful reviews but maybe disgruntled ex employees.

Still didn't bring back the rock and pop swirl. I'm disappointed not only as customer but a long time ice cream expert. Weak sauce

Check your doughnuts! I'm waiting in line for ice cream Saturday night and in the back kitchen this braless elderly lady (gravity had not been kind) is flipping her hair and after about the 8th or 9th time I see her flip her hair near the rack of freshly made doughnuts I have to wonder what type of extra toppings are applied to thier doughnuts. Then it's no surprise next when she pulls out a pack of cigarettes from the inside of her shirt (yuck) and heads to the exit for more doughnut flavorings. Just gross and unsanitary conditions.

Always our go to stopping place on our way home from camping in the cold with the Boy Scouts. We welcome the DD sign and whip right into that drive thru for our lattes. Fast service, excellent coffee...what else could you ask for? AND it's cheaper than Starbucks. Tried their dark chocolate latte with skim milk...yum! This location also serves Baskin Robbins products.

I don't understand what the problem is with this Dunkin Donuts...I want to like them. I love DD in general, but this particular location just can never seem to get it right. Went there this morning to try again, ordered my usual Caramel Swirl Iced Latte, and paid. My coffee was horrible. They made my coffee with sour spoiled milk! This is not the first time they have done this. I have complained each time only to have another equally crappy drink made. Never again!

Food/Drinks- Their new caramel coconut iced coffee is awesome! A must try! Definently cheaper then Starbucks, I can't wait to go get the pumpkin iced and hot coffee!! The wake up wraps are great for a little snack on the go. If you are wanting a big breakfast I would get the Turkey Sausage Sandwich (great flavor, a little spice to it too), or get the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel (juicy and fresh). Store itself- Not very fast and it takes a while to get food, if you are inside waiting. The drive thru is better. Inside, it can confuse you, when they are busy, sometimes they have the ice cream area open too, and all the staff behind the registers are yelling "Next person in line" which then everyone is looking around to see if they are being talked to or thinking "can i jump out of this long line to get faster service." It just doesn't seem like great crowd control. All in all, food and coffee outweighs the craziness of the inside.
