Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Best place ever! It's nothing like the typical mall chinese food, this is a lot better! Although the place doesn't seem like it the food is spectacular!

We all know that every mall and strip mall has a Chinese restaraunt and the food does vary from location to location. Well, China Moon is definately a little more than what you would expect. The dining accomodations are minimal, this place is geared more towards the carryout crowd. The food was amazing. The veggies are nice and crisp and not over cooked like the majority of other places.

I was very surprised with how good the food was here! For a small take out Chinese restaurant in a shopping center, I didn't set my expectations very high. I ordered beef and broccoli, honey chicken, and chicken Lo Mein. It was super cheap, the staff was really friendly and the food was just as good as any expensive sit down Chinese restaurant. The meat was tender and the sauce was perfect! I will definitely be ordering from here frequently and highly recommend it!

The Gf and I were craving Chinese food so went on Yelp and this was the closest one to our home. I'm very picky when it comes to Chinese restaurants and will only go to a couple. It got over 4 stars so thought for sure it had to be good. First impression when I walked in wasn't the greatest. This place has a horrible odor and an upside down roach fighting for its life was the first thing I saw. At this point I'm praying the food is good as I am writing this review and trying to examine the kitchen lol. Place was super busy, had a lot of traffic so thought maybe when I get home it'll actually turn out pretty good. I ordered the wings extra crispy with pork fried rice and my gf got the beef with broccoli. May I saw we were both pretty impressed. It wasn't the best chinese food I have ever had but despite the odor n roach lol will definitely be back when I am home with a Chinese food craving and not wanting to travel far.

The Chinese food options up in this area seem to be far and few between, which led me to this place which is a stones throw from my house. Overall it has a pretty run of the mill menu that you will find in most Chinese food establishments. My go to is the Kung Pao Chicken and/or the Chicken with Black Bean Sauce. Both are essentially the same dish with the exception of the sauces they are tossed/cooked in. The service is pretty fast if you order takeout and it seems to be known for that type of fare.

Tried the General Tsao, Beef on a stick and beef fried rice. The General Tsao was average. Beef on a stick was very good...moist, not dry. The beef rice was a little sticky.

China moon was just like you would expect for chinese restaurant but I would say the quality was a little notch above other Chinese restaurants. iI was pretty good and I'll be back!

Ehhhh..... and that's about sums it up. Nothing special here, I had house Lo Mein and noodles were overcooked but eatable. Definitely not the best in town. I probably won't order here again

Their quality has been steadily dropping. Especially they're rice, it has no flavor at all.

Had a really bad experience with the orange beef a while back. The meat resembled something other than beef and was in weird shapes.... It also tasted strange and looked almost purply brown inside! Also their public health report is not good - we will have to find another Chinese take out place.

Been here at least 30 times now for lunch. It's very good each time and for $6 including a drink you can't go wrong! Owners are always there leading to the consistently good food. Have tried similar places with same lunch deal- this is WAY better than any I've tried.

Great food and perfect amount of food! The rice and the pork are amazing but the chicken could be better.

I'm a o every week costumer, best in the whole Tampa Bay Area, never had a problem I have been going here since it opened and all way the best I have tried other Chinese food place and they don't even compare

I ordered peppered steak off the lunch menu. Nothing special about it. Rice was a little gummy and the steak had a weird texture. Portions were a good size, more then I could finish. Service was friendly and fast. It is very close to my work, so I might would give it another try to see how it goes the second time around.

I've ordered food from here for years, never had a problem. It's not the best Chinese food ever but it's good and fast with mostly friendly service. My father in law loves the Mongolian Beef, I personally don't think anything really stands out...but I gave it 4 starts (instead of 3) because I've never had a problem and usually get service with a smile. Never had my credit card used in NY after buying here, but I suppose that's possible no matter where you go.

With Chinese restaurants being on Channel 10s Restaurant Red Alert, I was pretty skeptical about this place but I gave it a shot and it was great! Place is clean, service is good, and most of all the food is delicious! I am now a fan and frequent customer!
