Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

So I was a bit nervous after reading the previous posts but still decided to try it because the Chinese restaurant down the street (China Sky) in the Publix shopping center is gross. The owner is high speed so maybe the people in the area need to speed things up a bit because he was very nice and polite with me. Let's get to the important stuff shall we? The food was great. Plain and simple. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were big, and the sauces were perfect. This place is far better than China Sky. Those who have posted here before saying this isn't New York style have apparently never been to New York. So to sum things up, the food is great and know what you're going to order. Be prepared to spit out the order in a timely fashion to avoid being yelled at by the owner. After all, time is money and you being slow on the phone means he's missing calls from other customers. If you think the place by Publix is better then you don't know food. That's like comparing hamburger to a filet mignon.

This place hands down has the best chinese food in Palm Beach County! The cashew chicken is my favorite. Everything we have gotten from here has been great, very fresh, great portions and fast delivery. I haven't been back to the other chinese place by Publix since I discovered Great Wall. They blow the other place away.

One of the worst places I have ever been to. The person who took our order today was VERY RUDE!!! First of all he was in such a rush to take the order that he messed up. When the order was delivered we realized the mistake and called him back. Instead of accepting the mistake he said that we ordered what we received and hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again before I could even try to explain. My father originally made the order so he called back a third time and he told us to bring the food to him because I was our fault and hung up a 3rd time. You should not speak your customers in that manner!!!! We didn't even make the mistake We usually order food from there, but NO MORE!!! We will be ordering from another restaurant. YOU WILL LOSE OUR BUSINESS AND ALL THW BUSINESS OF OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!!

I will only give 2 stars because although their food is good, it is hardly ever the correct order. Most times if you have your food delivered OR if you even pick up, you can expect someone else's order or no condiments if delivered ( hot mustard, soy sauce, duck sauce, which can also ruin a Chinese food meal). If you call to complain they will ask you to return the food yourself and you will be argued with and cursed at. We had been ordering from this Chinese restaurant for many years despite their poor service because it is 1 out of the only 2 restaurants that deliver in my area. We were sworn and cursed at as well after complaining about receiving someone else's order for the hundredth time, so we refuse to go back or order from here again. It is the only game in town for Chinese food delivery in Loxahatchee but too much aggravation for me to put up with to ever order from them again.

Not New York style as they say! I know NY style! Lol!!! Not sure what they are talking about! Other than restrictions on condiments! That is the only thing that may be NY!!! Ha ha!

Amazing New York Chinese! They use fresh real vegetables and large chunks of meat. This is NOT the bland stuff you usually find. The owner Raymond really has a flare for cooking. He's onsite and very accommodating. If you don't see it on the menu, just ask him to make it. Downside is this is not a sit down restaurant, but more for take out even though there are about four tables you could eat at if necessary. This place is a bit of a drive, but well worth it! We order at least once a week and over order so we have left overs for multiple days. We are relatively new to the area and this is our favorite restaurant in the area... I have lived in Florida 18 years and this is the best Chinese so far.
