I visit this Wendy's often. I always order the cranberry -pecan-grilled chicken salad. Today was spot-on! Plenty of cranberries and finally plenty of blue cheese & alot of grilled chicken to cover with the tasty pomegranate vinaigrette. Apples are always crisp and this is my GO-TO salad, any day of the week.

They might've just been having an off day, but today was my first visit to this location and the impression they left me with will not have me coming back. First of all, I stood at the counter for close to three or four minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. They definitely knew I was there, as several people looked over at me, but nobody approached me until finally Chris C. asked me "What you want?" I ordered four junior cheeseburgers, and before I could get anything else out he asked me "That all?" I said I'd like those plain, plus a small fry. Again, before I could even finish my order, he goes "Thats it?" I told him that I would also like a large Coke. About five minutes later I'm given my food and it's in a to go bag, and when the lady asked me if I needed anything else, I said "My large Coke". She then asked "Did this guy order a soda?" to which she was told "no". I then said that I certainly did, and pulled out my receipt, which showed a large chili, which was apparently in the bag. I explained that I had said Coke, not chili, to which she begrudgingly filled up a large Coke for me and handed it to me. Not wanting to bust any balls, I took the soda and walked over to my table, but technically the chili had been $.50 more than a large Coke, so she should've also given me back the amount I had been overcharged. But whatever. The fries were cold, the burgers were alright, but everyone there seemed to have a nasty attitude. As my wife and I ate, two different people came in to complain that their orders were wrong/had items forgotten. A third person got out of their car and began to walk in to complain that they too had missing items, however were met at the door with the missing items and an excuse. Finally, when I went up for my refill, again I waited for close to five minutes before anybody was even around to get their attention, then finally got what must've been the only employee in the place who had a smile. One weird positive about this place... When I walked into the bathroom it smelled really good. Anyone who has stayed at either of the Sheraton's in Times Square (the Sheraton Times Square, or the Sheraton Manhattan) knows that the entire hotel smells like a particular air freshener that just smells really good. This bathroom must've been using the same air freshener because it smelled exactly the same. So when a bathroom at a fast food joint smells just as good as an extremely fancy hotel in Times Square, you know they're doing something right in there.

I hear that Wendy's was serving breakfast but not all of them are, I drove to the one near 434 and Montgomery but that one did not serve breakfast. I ended up driving to the one in Longwood right of 434 also, let me tell you service was good and there breakfast menu is also better actually much better then Burger King witch witch me and my fellow coworkers are use to going to after work so this time we wanted to try something different and went to this Wendy's located across the street from Winn-Dixie. The food was excellent plus the service like I stated above also they were very fast in taking my order and giving it to me, ever-thing was fresh and good and cheap for 99c you can get a frosty or a breakfast burrito or a sausage muffin. This location and Wendy's puts Burger King in shame, I definitely will not be going back to Burger King for breakfast. This is my new favorite spot for and early morning meal. I had there Sausage biscuit and there breakfast burrito and some potato fries with a frosty...all that for $4 bucks with tax. They offer other breakfast items such as sandwiches with eggs for a decent price wit the combo and you get a drink included , from the 99 cent menu what they offer is not bad at all you can get a lot for a cheap price and the food is hot and fresh unlike at Burger King. Cheap,Good and Friendly. Kudos to the staff for a good first impression on me!

I have been here a few times in the past couple of months since I live nearby and it is convenient. It also is located near a lot of places that I hang out at, so sometimes it hits the spot when time is an issue or when I just want to bring home something to eat and without much effort. I mostly just go for the spicy chicken here, which always has been good. I used a coupon here last week and got 2-for-1. It was worth it. I've never had to wait long in the drive-through (I've never been inside; just have used the drive-through) and the employees seem to be on top of things. There probably is not anything extraordinary about this location, but it's definitely nicer than some other ones I've been to. I'm okay with it.
