Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I'm giving this a 5 star rating because of the price, portion and taste is what I expected from a take out Chinese food restaurant. Ordered 4 different combos and everyone in the family enjoyed the food ad no one got sick! They even gave me a free 2 liter bottle of soda as well. Would definitely go there again.

Great take out Chinese food. Love the pan fried dumplings and general tso. Portions are generous and service is fast and friendly.

I've had carryout from Li's Garden a handful of times and I've never been disappointed. The white and vegetable fried rice are very good and the General Tso Chicken is some of my favorite anywhere. Not sure why the poor ratings.

Had poor reviews on Yelp so we were hesitant to try it. But its New Year's Day and they were open, so we gave it a shot, and we were pleasantly surprised. It isn't anything fantastic, but it was definitely decent. Several members of our party had special requests (no cornstarch, no sugar, brown rice, etc), and they were able to accommodate all of them. We went for lunch and had the $4.95 lunch special, which was a steal considering the portion sizes and the included soup. So while it isn't anything to rave about, I'd probably go back.

I get the feeling that this location has changed owners recently, as food quality has gone down. I order about once a month and am normally impressed with the prices and quanity/quality. Most of the strip mall chinese take out places are basically the same and have the same menu, so this location is certainly nothing special. We got our usual steamed dumplings this past trip and both the wife and I commented on how they were soggy and contained little filling, mostly dough. The mongolian beef, while good, was mostly onions and could have used more beef. I'll give them another try in a few weeks. Friendly staff and fast service, so no complaints there.

Very surprised with the level of customer service this restaurant offers. My wife decided pretty late that she wanted Chinese food, and all of our usual places were already closed. I called this restaurant based on its proximity to our house, and asked what time they closed. It was 9:50 and the lady said they closed at 10. I said thank you but we wouldn't be able to make it in time, and hung up. Not even 30 seconds later, my phone rang and it was her calling me back to ask how far away we lived. I told her it would be about a 20 to 30 minute drive, and she said they would stay open for me. Less than a minute later, they had taken my order and I was in the car and en route to what turned out to be some of the best Chinese food I've had in a long time. Their willingness to accommodate me by staying open past closing was remarkable, and they have definitely earned a new lifetime customer.

First time at LI'S Garden restaurant in Wekiva of Wekiva Springs Rd, they have a lunch special for $4.95 you can pick different dishes and either a egg roll or soup or a drink. The portions are huge for what you pay weather you get the lunch special or not it seems like Chinese people always give you your moneys worth. The best part is that the food is made to order here so it is fresh and even though it takes 10-20 minutes to get it , when it comes out it is very hot and good. I do not think this location is better then other Chinese places but it was not to bad. Three stars because I got sick the next day not sure if I ate the food to quick or what but I know that most Chinese food fills you up a lot. Luckily i felt better that day and I probably just over stuffed my self it was nothing worth going to the hospital just a miner problem. Some reviews on this place are pretty bad, not sure if some people had a bad experience or they think they can get REAL CHINESE food here in Orlando, if you want real Chinese food here in Orlando you are out of luck. Most Chinese places are the same, the food is cooked to order and they have no AC inside and also the prices are good for the portion. I did not have a bad experience when I went and I think for less then five bucks my portion was good, I was pretty stuffed after that meal.

The food is pretty standard Chinese takeaway but unlike most places the service is consistently good. Lunch special is a good value.

The search continues for a decent neighborhood Chinese take-out place. I gave Li's Garden a shot, even though it is drab, dingy and just like every other New York/Chinese strip mall place. You just never know if you'll find a hidden gem. I believe that these places must get their food frozen from the same distributors because it is pretty much always the same. The prices are decent, $7.75-&8.25 for a dinner combo that includes fried rice and an egg roll with your meal. You get what you pay for though, low quality food.
