Always great food and service. Best coffee in a restaurant I've had in a long time. There's a First Watch not far from work and some days I crave their Acapulco Express for lunch. This First Watch is where we normally go on weekends, just know that if you come on Sunday mornings it gets real busy when church lets out. But it's always worth the wait.

This First Watch location is always hopping. The food is always great, service is wonderful. Breakfast is a primary meal option, available all day long. Omelets are delish and can be made with all eggs or some egg whites, no upcharge which is not typical for egg whites. If you see the Pumpkin pancakes on their season fall menu, get them, they are awesome. Their blueberry pancakes have fresh blueberries in them and a blueberry compote for the top. Try them with some added granola. OMG. Sandwiches and salads are primary meat based for protein, nice white meat chicken is used for most of their entree salads. Coffee is good. Check to board or call in for daily specials, they rotate and are popular. If you hit First Watch on the weekends, expect a wait. Bring your paper and settle in. It's worth the wait.

Fantastic place to go for breakfast and brunch. Excellent fresh food with a range of choices and good service. Only caveat? It's so good that it gets *really* busy, so be prepared to wait for a table during busy hours. Also has free wifi and a new menu.

I come to this First Watch a lot. The service is A-OK and the food is decent. I like that they have low calorie options that are actually good. I wish they had some low calorie options that were more lunchy, but the breakfast ones are so good I usually just get those.

I came here not knowing much about this place but had heard good things as a good spot for breakfast and even was told it is a good place for lunch. I had the veracruzana burrito with potatoes on the side and a bowl of fruit and everything on the plate was pretty good special the burrito, it was wrapped in a tortilla and stuffed with eggs and two kinds of cheese plus it had sour cream and a sauce in top of it. The portion part of it was decent for the price but i think for 8 bucks i could of gotten a little bit more. Service in general was good we were greeted and got to sit down pretty quick also our food came out pretty quick and the place is clean and has friendly staff, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Have been to First Watch at this location several times and after the last visit we decided we would never go again. The first few times were good with nothing to complain about. The last 3 times have been mediocre at best. Time before last I ordered eggs benedict and they covered my eggs with a yellow sauce that was flavored with chicken boullion cubes.....a very far cry from hollandaise. When we pointed it out to them (I was dining with a pastry chef who's made hollandaise countless times) they argued with me and said that's the way we always make it! We reported them to corporate and don't know if anything's changed. Last time we went, my omelet was very strangely flavored and almost inedible....made me a little nervous to eat it......I didn't complain, I just decided I would never go there again.

ok--ist time and always see crowds--so why not. waiting waiting waiting for a table. finally called for a table that was available when we and 3 others who waited for tables could have been seated in a "private /meeting room " right behind the cashier--who was waiting for tables to be cleaned in the "main" dining area which was busy and they were"short staffed. but wait this meeting area had other people eating there, plenty or room for more ---you mean she could not ask if we wanted to sit there! To boot that is where we were seated anyway! cashier was too busy taking money and could not multitask (huh) how much trouble is it to turn around and tell a wait person to seat us there or at least ask--since that is where we wound up anyway! It gets better---so we get out menu, order , get our meal and nvere see the waitress again except when we asked for box---no refils, no asking if everything was ok--but the check did come fast! OMG i would hate to see what it is like whem it is really busy on weekends--or maybe the people waiting today were left over from the weekend! food was goo that is why they got a poor otherwise you can imagine what i would rate. I am sorry my expectations were so good and I should have asked for a manager --was so mad i actually forgot to ask for one. anyway bring yourself a snack while you are waiting and keep your expectations low so you may be surprised on the upside i guess their philosophy is get volume and just live with a few desenters rather than giving a great experience

Pleasant staff....great environ when there's a wait. Great variety on the menu & including seasonal changes. Bobbi is great! So are most of the servers there. Tweaking the order is no problem and food is always done right. Great place offering healthy, traditional, low cal & high cal foods for breakfast & or lunch.

I was hearing about First Watch for a long time before finally getting to go there (owed largely to the Princes of Picky - future stepsons #1 and #2 are vying for Top Turkeybutt when it comes to food finickiness - #3 will eat just about anywhere... THANK GOD for #3!). First the good... this is the kind of place I like to go to breakfast / brunch on a weekend. Casual, clean, relaxed and bright with free coffee in the waiting area to pacify you while you wait for up to 30 minutes for a table (especially on a Sunday shortly after services). The portions are hearty and they have a lot to offer (I would like to explore the lunch menu for a change but breakfast is one of my favorite meals for dining out, so you can see how that's just not happened). Now the not so good... we've been three times and every time we've had a supremely dull and lifeless server. The first two were quick about getting our food out and got it right. Last weekend, we encountered one of the most unfriendly servers since my "Insult The Customer" run-in at the Burbank, CA BJ's. At least the insulting waiter had a personality, but this individual was as dry as powdered toast and added to the problem with the following list of faux pas. 1) He had the food for the table next to us delivered to our table. 2) He didn't check on us until he was handing off the bill (while I'm a big fan of the carafe of coffee on the table, it doesn't give servers license to ignore the customers and I've seen that happen all three times). 3) Even though I had a plateful of tomatoes and half a bagel, he didn't even offer to send me home with my leftovers. Instead, cleared my plates silently and walked off. Big E was even disappointed (and he's pretty chill, so that's not an easy feat). He'd been looking forward to their cajun omelet and said that it was definitely not the same. There were few tiny chunks of flavorless chicken, was lacking in the kind of punch you'd expect from something called Killer Cajun and it comes with a "santa fe" sauce. WHAT?! Why Santa Fe? Why not, oooh, I'm going out on a limb here, a Cajun Aoli? Or Creole yogurt sauce? Mmmmmaaaaaaybe it's just me, but Cajun means Cajun / New Orleans / Wallop of YUM! Not the case here, and we had to ask for the sauce anyhow (as it didn't come with the meal as it customarily does). Next time I'm going to TooJays across the street, or I'm making breakfast / brunch myself. I can, would, and WILL do a far superior job and all of it will be served by someone with a personality. I didn't say it was a good one! ;-)

If you want to be classier than IHOP, First Watch is the way to go. The food seems fresher and just looks better too. :) You feel better about eating it. I love their breakfast items - I have tried so many and loved it all. Even their sandwiches are good too but the soups are so-so. I'd stick with breakfast food at First Watch. :)

Even though First Watch is a chain throughout Florida, each individual restaurant feels like an neighborhood cafe that's been there forever. Starting with their tasty coffee (you get an entire carafe all to yourself!), First Watch is very comfortable to just sit in and watch the rest of the patrons and listen to the general noise of conversation. First Watch has a great array of breakfast staples; omelets, pancakes, english muffins, and homefries. They typically have multiple flavors of pancakes available. If you're fortunate like I was, you can combine flavors and ask for a pumpkin spice and chocolate chip pancake. I'm pretty sure that's what heaven tastes like. The service is always brought with a smile and the prices are reasonable. Be careful for the church crowd on Sundays as it can lead to appetite defeating waits. Once you sit down, get ready to relax and enjoy one of the best breakfast spots in Orlando!

Granted...I only go to First Watch when I'm in Florida, but it's a must stop if you're in the mood for affordable breakfast/brunch/lunch food with a quick, nice staff. I usually order the Santa Fe salad, which is romaine, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheeses and avocado tossed in Santa Fe dressing, topped with Cajun all-white meat chicken breast and croutons. Also comes ith a piece of pita. I also suggest the Bacado, if you're in the modd for breakfast. It's an omelete with bacon, avocado and melted Monterey Jack cheese. Comes with potatoes and an english muffin. Very good. My mother's a fan of their skillets. She's tried several of them and gives them allk two thumbs up. Only real con would be the wait and that they don't take reservations. That's why I can't give them 5 stars. Be prepared to wait over an hour on the weekends and about 30 minutes+ during the week. There's some seating in the front of the restaurant and outside, but you're most likely stuck standing up for an hour+. And if you leave...you lose your spot in line. There is a Starbucks next door...so you can get a cup of coffee while you wait.

This is my go-to breakfast place. We have lived in the area for over 15 years and have seen restaurants come and go but this one is a keeper year after year. You can depend on fast service and quality, healthy food.

My wife and I love this place, great place for breakfast. I can go here and eat a clean with an omelette and side salad or cheat with a big ol' pancake. All the food is good and served fast.

Used to be better - food did not taste as good as I remember and server was not too happy serving us. Had a little problem and it was fixed it but no words as " we are sorry it shouldn't happen". Just replaced my sons pancakes without saying anything. Not coming back to this location. Update: after one of the managers reaching out asking for another change of serving us better, I applause you. This is what it takes to get your customers back. As a small business on my own, I do make mistakes. And always trying to do whatever it takes to fix it. Thank you!

I usually order out at this location. The place is always packed on the weekends and for good reason, they have amazing breakfast food options and even better customer service. The greetings are genuine, they open doors for their patrons, assist the elderly, i mean they go all out for their guests. I just love watching how happy the patrons are while I'm waiting for my food. I always get my food in a decent amount of time and they always get it right which starts off my day on a good note. Thank you for the great service, keep it up!

I've reviewed 2 other First Watch's and this one has to be one of the busiest. And it's only about 2 miles away from another one on 436. Orlando has a lot of First Watch's! I usually come here after doing a group trail run at Wekiva Springs once a month. We can have up to 10 people in our party. I think that because the group is a regular here, they have become more accommodating to us, and to making sure we can all sit together. We even seem to get the same cool waiter each month. Since I come here after a 6 mile run, and a possible dip/swim in Wekiva Springs, I try to get my recovery protein through one of their egg dishes. My favorites lately are the Market Hash, followed by the Tri-fecta. I can't remember having any issues here that couldn't easily be rectified. Last time I had ordered an orange juice and they forgot to bring it out. At the time I didn't really care and was OK forgoing it. Half way through the meal, the waiter brought out the OJ, apologized and didn't charge me for it. Nice customer service, and what I've experienced from all First Watch's in general. Be prepared to have to wait at least 20 minutes at busy times. When we arrive, it's about 10:30 AM on a Sunday, and there is a crowd of people waiting. I don't know how other times fair.

Great little cafe for lunch. Looking around town to eat and had to decide between Tijuana Flats, Jimmy John's, and this little cafe. Boy was I glad I made the choice I did. After we arieved there were four groups ahead of us and was told that it would be nearly 20 minutes before we could be seated. Being a cafe we assumed this would happen do to the fresh food and short order service. It wasn't but 2 minutes passed that the group's in front of us were seated in then shortly after, we were too. We were giving menus and drinks almost immiediatly. We were well kept the entire time we ate. Our waiter was very prompt to do everything that we needed. We ordered and only waited about 5 minutes before our food came out. I received a French toast Monte cristo and my aunt had the pecan Dijon salad with montery club sandwitch. The food was fantastic. The bill was put on our table shortly after and we paid as we left. A manager greeted us at the cash register and asked us how our day was and if we enjoyed our meal. He asked us what we had and if we liked it. He promptly stepped out from behind the register and opened the door for us and wished us a good evening. This was a very nice cafe and would definetly come back if giving the option. I would reccomend it for a family or a date. The prices are cheap, the service is great, and the food is delicious.

I had not been back to First Watch since the moved from Altamonte Springs to Longwood so I was hoping not much had changed on the menu. Water was brought out as I sat down and the waitress helped explain items on the menu which had changed. I was able to find a no gluten salad which was made with Quinoa and it was perfect! filling but not that bloated feeling you get from heavier meals! The tomato soup was awesome too and I was able to get in and out for less than $12 and 30 minutes! Brunch its awesome here and I highly recommend a visit on Sunday with family or friends.

Im a hash kind of guy, so the fact that First Watch has 4 different hash's on the menu, is certainly a thumbs up for me. First Watch is a breakfast place for those who want a change from the standard pancake house establishments. The food is certainly less greasy and I usually feel like I had somewhat of a more healthy breakfast than the other options out there. Some meals come with fresh fruit, and the English muffins are excellent. No matter which First Watch I visit, they are typically very clean and vibrantly decorated. Certainly, there are a few things I wish they had like a dark roast coffee option or some regular ole buttermilk pancakes. I don't think buttermilk pancakes would take away from their goal of being fresh. Just a note, don't expect anything deep fried or hash browns. They don't have them here. Move along over to the greasy breakfast spots we are all familiar with if you want some hash browns or a deep fried something or other. Overall First Watch is my favorite spot for breakfast. It's certainly a change from the typical American Diner type breakfast spots.

The menu includes breakfast and lunch items (typical menu staples: omelets, pancakes, waffles, sandwiches, salads). There is a chalkboard at the entrance offering plates that are more unique. Plates are between $8-10. Kids menu $4.99. Service is slow (be prepared to wait 10 minutes between being seated and getting your coffee and OJ order in). The food tastes "expected". Not highest quality and there is an half attempt at presentation. I wish there would be something that pulled folks back in week after week. The area needs a fabulous bfast joint!

We arrived about 2:00 which is near the end of the day for the workers and we were surprised how alert and active they all were , at that time of the day you would think they would be slowing down but no ,with the energy that they gave off was surprising. We normally go much earlier and the service was just as always GREAT . Excellent place to go to we have never had any problems food and service is always excellent.

First watch has a very large menu, and you can order breakfast or lunch whenever you want. It can get crowded on weekends, so I recommend going early. The ambiance is casual and comfortable, and they have good coffee and solid meals. You really can't go wrong here. Tip: keep an eye out for the survey on the bottom of your receipt - if you complete the survey, you can get $2 off your next meal.

Sooooo I absolutely love breakfast food which is why I love going to First Watch for breakfast or brunch. I regularly go to Peach Valley and Keke's but I prefer First Watch for the following reasons: - Not over priced - substitute egg whites or no cholesterol eggs at no additional charge - substitute potatoes or bread for greens - fast friendly service - relatively quick seating - free wifi And latestly they always remember me on my birthday! Lol

So I decided I was going to be fair and give this place two stars. I have good and bad comments so since bad comments are way more fun, let's start with that! I'm thrilled that they always have business and are always doing well but I am not going to sit around for 45 minutes to an hour hoping we MIGHT get a table. If they allowed us to call ahead and reserve a table that would be different but we were informed we couldn't do that. We had almost given up when finally we were seated. The table was filthy, it was sticky and gross. From what I could guess someone had dumped a whole bunch of pancake syrup all over the table and instead of cleaning the table first, they seated us and THEN decided to clean up. After the shenanigans, the waitress took our order and took off to get our drinks. We didn't order anything complex: I ordered an unsweetened tea, my fiance ordered a diet soda and my mom ordered a coffee. For some reason though it took over 20 minutes just to get drinks. That irked me. I ordered the Power Wrap which includes: egg whites, turkey, spinach, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms and Swiss in a sun-dried tomato-basil tortilla. Also served with fresh fruit and a side of housemade salsa. The wrap was AWESOME. It was perfectly done and the salsa tasted freshly made. I love any time I can dip my food in stuff. HOWEVER there was a cloud over my day. The fruit. Seriously, how can you mess up fruit? I was about to put it in my mouth and my fiance knocked it out of my hand fork and all. He works in produce and he told me everything (save the grapes) in the cup was bad and would make me sick. I told our waitress the fruit wasn't good and she shrugged and said she would take it back. Didn't offer to get me a new one or apologize at all. It bothers me when someone cares so little about the product they represent that they just shrug off any problems. Have some pride in yourself First Watch! All in all, I won't go back unless i'm desperate for food. With all the alternatives in the area, that probably won't be for a long time.

Had lunch here a few months ago on a work trip, and honestly cannot remember the exact menu item I had. It was some sort of wrap with grilled veggies (couldn't find that on the online menu) and a side of soup. Was the perfect light, healthy lunch since we had big dinner plans later that evening.

There is nothing that is more pleasant to me than having a breakfast spot, that gives you the feeling you're having a meal at your own personal dining table, in your own home. Absolutely enjoy Firstwatch and the friendly staff, The breakfast options are quite refreshing, and they are quick, so if you're in a hurry, you can still have a decent breakfast. Took my Nephew to this location, he's high school football player with a hungry appetite, even he was overwhelmed by the size and deliciousness of the pancakes.

This place is the best place for breakfast. I always get the MARKET HASH. Eggs any style atop a hash of fresh, seasoned potatoes, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms, zucchini, onions and red peepers with spinach, melted mozzarella and herbed goat cheese. $8.79. I always ask for extra goat cheese.

Yes, in response to the reply in my review.. I ordered a chocolate chip pancake for my child. I was referring to eggs. I wish they would have come with his meal. A huge chocolate chip pancake and a small sausage link isn't exactly the best breakfast for a child. I think the pancake could be smaller and an egg added. He only ate 1/3 of the pancake.

I had to wait a while for service. Food was really great, and a value for the money. It took me a while to make a decision because of all the choices. Portion sizes could be smaller.

A lot of people really love First Watch. I've always thought it was just OK and that the food quality didn't justify the lines. What I do like is that First Watch has an entire section of healthier alternatives. I had the Power Wrap which has a nice balance of Swiss cheese, turkey and spinach in a sun dried tomato wrap. The wrap came with a salsa dipping sauce which had just a hint of heat. It also came with a side of fresh fruit. All in all it was a small entree for its $9. I also like that the servers bring your table a pot of coffee right away and leaves it there. Our large group got carafes of coffee and pitchers of water. Our server did a good job dealing with our group and our separate checks. This First Watch is rather small and narrow. It is located in the Publix shopping plaza on 434 and Wekiva Springs.

I would give it five stars but it's always crowded on the weekends and takes a little while to be seated. Saturday is not nearly as bad as Sunday morning though! Food is always good...I love the key west crepe, always my go to and the leaner breakfast meals don't lose their flavor for health (that's usually the case). Haven't found anything that I've ordered and not liked-but I've also never ordered anything other than breakfast. Definitely a great place to stop for breakfast, you won't regret it :)

3.5 stars Just like any other First Watch, it's a great go-to joint for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. They are on the healthier side of fare which I usually like but sometimes I just want some fries! They are consistenly busy and don't take reservations, even for large groups. I wouldn't suggest going if you are staring and can't wait. However, there's a Starbucks next door if you wanna sip on a fancy beverage while waiting.

I love First Watch. They make the best pancakes!! Today I had a plain chocolate chip pancake and it was great. The only downside is how huge it is because I get too full to completely finish it. The waitress was so, so nice. Her name is Steph/Stephanie. One of the best waitresses I have ever had. Really made the experience better. The only thing that was disappointing was the bacon. It was burnt and it was $4 for 3 pieces...oh well.

I went on Mother's Day and there was an hour wait for 3 people. I got the trifecta which comes with a waffle or pancake (any kind), two eggs any style and bacon or sausage. I got the banana granola pancake, scrambled eggs and bacon. Everything tasted good. However, the pancake didn't taste as good as usual. It was missing a light crisp on the outside. I also tried their new Day Glow drink which has carrots, lemon and ginger. The drink definitely has a kick to it. The ginger pops out throughout. Overall, good service and food, just nothing spectacular.

Today we went to your restaurant we waited 15 minutes for service and finally walked out. No one asked if we needed something or why we were leaving. This was one of the worst experiences we ever had in our life. To feel this much discrimination in to days time is shameful.
