I ordered a frozen coffee but was handed a hot one, so they let me keep the hot coffee and made me a frozen coffee for free! Definitely a satisfied customer.

I don't think I've been here without a serious problem. I think my coffee has been right maybe a handful of times in the past year. Unfortunately this location is next to my house so I go more often than I want to. But there's is one situation that gets me pissed off when it happens. Its so stupid how simple the problem is but its how one particular young employee handles it. My husband likes whipped cream on his iced latte. So when we go we ask. Now all the employees have head sets so there are times when we'll have more than one person taking our order (slightly annoying) but this female has such an attitude that she butts in to tell me that they dont put cream in the latte, they put milk. "No ma'am, WHIPPED cream." She tells you to pull around. Immediately she goes crazy about the milk and cream and doesn't let you speak. Here's the actual problem. At the speaker when I say whipped cream it sounds like with cream. Simple error, simple fix. But no. This girl gets crazy about the freaking cream. So when I finally have to tell her stop yakking bc she misunderstood. She just goes, "oh" and walks away. Sadly. She has done this soooo many times! I am sick of this girl running the drive thru. Its one thong that they can't get the coffee right or they once charged me $7 for a $3 sandwich bc I asked for their anchor sauce on it. But this girl is the icing on the cake. If you work at this location please fix this. That girl needs to be in the back putting icing on the donuts. She has no people skills!

I can't wait for WaWa to open! I won't have to come through the extra little bit of traffic for a good coffee. I come here a lot and never thought about posting a review--until today. I've had it. Today the drive through (1 car at speaker in front of me) took 5 minutes before I heard "can I take your order?" Seriously! That customer waited 5 minutes? We promptly backed up so I could run in, as the customer was ordering a lot and asking a bunch of questions.... All I wanted was a dn coffee. Inside, I found 3 customers gathered at the counter. Not sure if they were ordering, or waiting, or what. One had a coffee. (All I wanted!) ugh, always a long line. I debated if waiting was worth it, as the coffee is always inconsistent from this location- (cream and sugar)..... Sometimes is mostly milk, other times it's like a sweet sugary mess. Rarely is it right. I wasn't worth it. I left, no coffee, which I'm glad as it probably wouldn't have been right anyway. Employees always make you feel like an inconvenience, and it's usually their priority to see when the next employee comes on shift, or is going home for the day. They'd rather have their small talk instead of work. By the low reviews, 2.5, I can see I'm not the only one. Such a shame too- a few years back this was a friendly and fun place to visit.

Okay. So I went back. (It's the only Dunkin in miles. What's a guy in a rush to do?) They have improved a good amount since my last review update. Their selection and service is much better. While they still have room to improve, they are headed in the right direction.

I've been a customer of this Dunkin' Donuts store for as long as I can remember living here. It's been here for a long time. I usually do not come to it as much anymore since I drink coffee at home, but I stopped in today to redeem a coupon for a free medium beverage that I received last month. (If you sign up for DD's e-mail list, you get a coupon for a free medium beverage at around the time of your birthday each year.) I'm glad that I stopped in as the coffee I got today was great. The service was very good, too. The employee who helped me was overly friendly, as well. She noticed, as I approached the counter, that I had a coupon, so she asked if it was my birthday. I told her that it was last month, but she still wished me a Happy Birthday. It was funny. Overall, I don't really see anything all that special about this store. It is on the level, in my opinion, with many of the other ones (on Lake Mary Blvd. near I-4, on Edgewater Dr. in College Park) I've regularly been at over the years. Having said that, I never have had a bad experience, customer service- or food/drink-wise, during any of my visits here and I will continue to come back as often as I see fit. There is outdoor seating outside and I am 99% sure I saw a sign on one of the store's windows mentioning that free wireless is available.

Really need to close. Giving Longwood a bad name. Bad service, and bad selections and not all that clean.

I'm from Cali so of course I wanted to know what all The fuss was about... I love the coffee and their sandwiches. What I didn't like was the customer service... Did she really have to give me an attitude because I was ordering a dozen donuts??? Really??? I'm sorry that you have to do your job...

The donuts are what you expect of Dunkin Donuts, but the service leaves a bit to be desired. They don't have many selections and often are out of the common things, i.e. chocolate frosted, maple, jelly. The plus ...a MAJOR plus in my book ... the Orlando Magic themed donuts are awesome!

The Donuts are average but not better then Crispers.

Can't believe we keep giving this place a chance! This time we went through the drive-in. We ordered drove up to the next window, paid, and were handed our donut box. After we were on I-4, we opened the box and found not the 4 donuts we ordered, but 4 glazed donuts a pink iced glazed and a chocolate iced glazed. We thought the problems were with the counter service, but they are apparently throughout the entire operation! We were let down again by DD, and were left with a box of donuts we didn't order and don't like - what a bad start for our trip out of town! Why don't they match the box to the on screen order? DD in Longwood is frustrating, feckless, and they can't get anything right. Ugh!

I stopped by today around 4:50PM to day for an ice coffee. I could tell this place was recently remodeled. Weird thing happened to me... they expect you to pay what they told you on the speaker. Seriously, this is why you should not be on the phone when paying; lol.... oops. Anyway the cashier laughed it off and my drink was good!
