Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

This place is as cute as it is delicious. We stopped here for a late family breakfast on a Friday and had a great experience. Ava (one of the owners) is so sweet and you can tell she truly loves what she does. We had a omelet, skillet and pancakes for our daughter all cooked to perfection. All ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The inside is too cute for words and spotless. The rest of the staff were kind and inviting. The menu is vast and appropriately priced. Definitely a gem. Can't wait to go back to try lunch and dinner.

Friendly, attentive service. Food is wonderful. Good quality, well prepared, and large portions. Loved the pizza. Very reasonable prices. Be sure to try this hidden gem, you won't be disappointed.

Not very often does a family style restaurant do breakfast lunch or dinner equally as good. Omelets here are terrific, every ingredient on them has been fresh not canned. I'm picky about grits and theirs are thick and yummy, breakfast potatoes good and the portions are even too much for me to eat so I have to take a box home. Even the fruit cup is a bountiful mix of different fruits not just one or two. For lunch, always check the specials board..the burgers are great as is the Greek Salad Platter with chicken or gyro. They also have some of the best tzatziki sauce I've ever had. Run by friendly folks ( well, except for one waitress she doesn't seem like toddlers too much) but if you don't get her, your waitress will probably make sure your kids visit the treasure chest gift box on the way out.

Love this place!!!! Owners are awesome! I feel like I'm visiting family every time I'm here. It reminds me if my favorite Chicago Greek owned spots back home. Best Greek omelettes around!!! Plus I finally found a great pizza spot too!!!
(5)Inspector Y.
My family loves this place. True home cooking food by people who know what they are doing in the kitchen. There is nothing on the menu that is a turn-off. I even love the Liver N Onions. How about that? You can tell the owner wants the best for you with the quality of food he serves. There is not a single place on Ulmerton/Walsingham Road that can come close to what these people do EVERYDAY! Keep up the good work and expect me in 48hrs.

Best Pizza in Largo, period!!! It took a while to find it but I have lived here for 2 years now and finally found a pizza that stands apart from everyone else. The best part about this place is that it's not a pizza place. I originally found it for breakfast...which is unreal I might add. Like both of the other posters said...friendly staff, great food, even better prices, if you don't check Savory restaurant out, you are really missing a true hidden gem in out area, enjoy!!!
(5)Donna B.
Consistently awesome food and great service. We often eat here with groups of 10 plus people and have never had one complaint. Their omelets are gigantic and delicious every time and at an incredible price.

we tried this place because of the reviews but now we know that the latest one was the one to listen to. my husband and I paid for a meal that was awful then went to mcdonalds to eat. the biscuit was a raw dough ball with white sauce that did not even look like gravy no toast was served potatoes were raw and burnt. I am no cook but evan I can do better than they did. save your time and money. this place should have a red X on the door

I am originally from a small Southern town where there are a few local Mom and Pop restaurants and no franchises. When you go in everyone knows you and you immediately feel at home. Savory Restaurant & Pizzeria gives me that same feeling. Whenever someone comes in from out of town to visit, this place is almost always on the itinerary. The servers are all very warm and nice and most importantly, sincere. Oh yeah, and there's the food. I have never ordered anything that I wouldn't order again. The portion sizes are generous and prices are very budget-friendly. They also have early bird specials from 4 - 6 that cost next to nothing and even include free dessert!

great place to go. never dissappointed with the food or service....

Ate lunch here today. The chicken Rocco is so delicious. My boyfriend almost ate my leftovers! The portions are huge. His Monte Cristo must have been yummy too. I didn't even get a bite! We ate outside on the patio. Beautiful mural on the wall. Puppies are welcome on the porch. There was even a little water bowl. Friendly staff and great prices. Love these guys!
(5)Brad H.
Excellent service and great food. Stopped in for breakfast and will now make it a regular stop

Solid food and seems to be a spot for the locals. We had breakfast which was fast and fresh. Overall a great value with large portions.

Mmmmm....what's not to love about a restaurant that serves a side of pancakes with their omelets? Arrive hungry; portions are big. They have a good selection of omelets and they all sounded so good it was hard to choose. I had an avocado, tomato, onion and cheddar. My husband had the Bleu Bayou with bacon, spinach, and blue cheese. Both were delicious and so were the pancakes. The prices are cheap and service is fast. We came around noon on a sunday and they were busy, but still had tables available with no wait.
(4)Ed Y.
Just had Sunday breakfast here but what a pleasant surprise I've been missing in my neighborhood for the past 8 years! Breakfast was served fast and hot. Eggs were perfect to order and bacon, crisp and delicious. Looking forward to trying dinner items here soon. The staff is friendly and courteous, very attentive. And we're pretty picky, so drop on by.
(5)Prudence T.
We have been here several times now. The menu is great for the family, something for everyone. They have some Greek, Italian and American food. It's a very friendly environment. It's usually loud enough that my kids don't have to be super quite either! That's a huge bonus for someone with tiny humans. I love their eggplant parm and Greek salad. We will continue going here for special occasions! It's a little out of our budget to go often.
(5)Julie G.
Delicious breakfast! Party of 5 walked right in, they turn tables quickly. I had the biscuits and gravy and fruit plate, both were fresh and from scratch! My husband and kids cleaned their plates. We can't wait to go back in Tues/Thurs for all you can eat ribs!
(5)Janelle H.
Cute family restaurant! We had breakfast here while on vacation. Great food and super friendly staff! My husband ordered the eggs Benedict which he said were delicious. He had home fries with it which you can choose chopped or shredded. Both of my kids ordered French toast with bacon and cleaned their plates. I had a short stack of pancakes with blueberry glaze which were huge, light and fluffy. I'd definitely come here again, if in town.

Love this restaurant! Delicious .Great customer service. Quality ingredients. The owners are wonderful. The waitresses are very good. I love the outdoor seating too.
(5)Carey F.
This place was okay. Portions were huge and prices were low. Everything was pretty good, although the homefries could have used quite a bit more seasoning and a bit more frying. The staff kept our coffee full and hot, which is always a plus!
(3)Danielle B.
Really cute place with tasty food. I highly recommend the Greek salad and spanakopita. My fiancé really enjoyed the chicken slouvaki as well. The menu had a bunch of pasta dishes that also looked good that I would try in the future.
(5)Jeremy L.
I like this place. I may have found a new favorite near home. This is a small family owned restaurant. It has a very homey and family feel when you walk in. The staff is eager to help you and provide good service. I tried the spanakopita. It was great. Crispy filo dough on the outside wraps spinach, spices, and cheese. The taste is great. The filo dough is crispy and not soggy in any way. The veal parmesan was very tasty. A very large piece of veal atop a bed of spaghetti topped with a lot of cheese. This meal could have fed 3 and not just myself. There was a lot of food for the price. I like the place so much, I went back and took my parents while they were in town from Minnesota. They liked it almost as much as I.
(4)Tim W.
Great food and service (Heather) we had Greek salads and Chicken Gorgonzola were delicious and more than one person could eat. Prices are very reasonable and we will return!
(5)Captain M.
We have been here several times and find this place to be reasonably priced and consistently good. Breakfast is about $8 and is more than enough food. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. We will keep going back until we move on to my next assignment.
(5)Karesa P.
Wonderful! Great service and food. Early bird specials include dessert. Yum! Dee was on it and not in our face type of server. We will be back!
(4)Megan D.
My friend brought me here after a beautiful day spent on the beach! I live in Seminole and never came here before! When we came in we were greeted by a friendly hostess right away, The place was busy so we decided to eat alfresco! Our server was very nice and helped me choose something out because i eat gluten free. I had a greek salad with chicken breast on the side, the salad was huge and the dressing was, hands down, best ever! Chicken was very tender I didn't even use a knife to cut! I will be back this weekend!
(5)Melissa A.
Turn the heat source down when you make the omelet's! I almost sent mine back because it looked straight up burnt, I cut into it though and the inside was fine. This is enough to keep me from coming back. I see that other reviews also mention this and I'm sure people frequently have issues with over cooking here so it should be addressed but obviously is not. I will say that both of the omelet's we had tasted good and my sliced tomatoes that I got instead of potatoes were nice, fresh and thickly sliced. The toast was the tiny slice's of generic grocery store bread. Older clientel, I'm sure due to the numerous mobile home parks right behind this place. Service was good, however, I felt slightly rushed when she tried to box his food up while he was in the restroom. I has to stop her by saying I'm not sure if he's done and she replied no problem, take your time. Um yeah, I'm trying to. I'd give it a second try if I was in the area and starving but that's it.

We stopped by here at 3:00 PM on a Saturday...that lull time restaurants have right before the dinner rush starts. We were greeted promptly and offered indoor or outdoor seating of our choice. We chose the patio and were the only ones out there. Our server was friendly and helpful. I had the Greek Salad and my husband had a burger. Both were good and met expectations. I am on a diet that requires me to weigh and measure my foods and our waitress was very accommodating to help me with this. We sat outside on the patio after a day at the beach - easy and casual stop on our way home. As we left about 4:15 or so, several cars of seniors pulled in and a line was forming at the door, presumably for their early dinner specials. If you have a large party for dinner you may want to call ahead to check on the crowd situation, especially during "snowbird season".

This restaurant was pretty great. We had a great server who was very friendly. We walked right in and sat down without a wait at lunch time, on the dog friendly patio. The food was good, pretty cheap price for huge portions. We both had leftovers. The bacon blue cheese burger was good, the meat was just a little bland. It came with a side of fries. The spanakopita and Greek salad lunch combo was delicious. It came with a side of potato salad. I would definitely return!

Thank God for Yelp! I live by it for my dining experiences. Easiest way to learn about a new area! This is definitely an egg joint for breakfast. 15 different omelettes and 6 different skillets and eggs done anyway you want them. Pancakes and waffles barely get an honorable mention on the menu. Came here on a Sunday. Place was busy but they turned the tables pretty quick. Not fancy but clean. Servers a little slow but pleasant. Saw the other reviews raving about the Chicago Greek omelettes. I'm from Chicago and Lou Mitchell's or any other Greek omelettes I've had up there, these are NOT. They're decent diner styled omelettes but not the fluffy-raised-Greek-omelettes-that-cover-your-entire-plate that I love up North. Actually, I'd venture to say they were cooked on too high of a heat, brown on the outside, runny on the inside. All in all, not bad, a good diner style omelette. Did I say service was slow? Maybe I'm wound up too tight but the tables weren't fitted with any condiments. Had to ask for ketchup, tobasco and to refill the jelly. Coffee was strong, a good thing. Service was very nice. Honestly, I'd like to give it a 3.5 but rounded up because the place was clean and the servers were nice. I'd come back but not go out of my way.
(4)Chris S.
Steady but not spectacular. Service was good but better than food. Although I was rushed a tad with attempts to pick up the bill, while I was still constructing review. Sizes were plentiful but very few frills on the creative or presentation side.

Very disappointed today. Greek salad with Gyro meat and pita squares. The first top slices of..the Gyro meat was ok. Then I hit the dried crusty remnants underneath. I asked our server if she would kindly replace the bad portion. First, she wanted to take my whole plate back. But I told them I wanted to eat the salad, it was only the meat on the side that was disgusting. Then they brought me a plate to put the bad meat on, so they could show it to the cook. Ok, I put the bad meat on the plate and then after 15 minutes, I gave up and asked for our check. When our $50 check arrived, I asked if I could get something off or bill. The server said the manager would only give us $2 off because I had eaten some of the meat. Ok? Not OK. I rarely complain. But when they made no effort to replace the bad portion after saying they would, and then they made no effort to accommodate until I asked.., I should have left a $2 tip. I left $10. I have been there dozens of times. But it is the last $60...uh $58 I will spend at Savory's in Largo.

Hi Wow! Savory catered my birthday in April. They brought in Lasagna and chicken parm. I have to say, hands down, the chicken Parmesan is by far the best anywhere. The staff is always amazing and friendly. Clean comfortable atmosphere at the restaurant. Great locals dinner, not a tourist trap, real food!
(5)Cassie D.
Delicious food/service mediocre. They seem to have a good regular crowd, so the staff can get away with being short and boarder line rude. We've been for their great big breakfasts recently after not going for a few months. Still yummy! I've gone on many lunch dates there and have never been let down by the food. Been for dinner with large parties (6+) and food is still spot on. Decor is cute, just got to work on customer service.
(3)Clyde S.
Friendly service, and good burger...my wife liked the Greek salad. Prices were not terrible ($7-8) for being within a few miles of the beach. I'd come back!
(4)Wayne W.
I used to eat here once a week on average, and the food is quite good. several months ago I stopped in to have breakfast by myself. I asked for a glass of ice water with my meal and was shocked to find that they charged me .40 cents for the water. I asked the waitress and she said very rudely it was policy. I said I will pay it but you will never see me again. so my review will end with the food is quite good, but watch the bill.

This small neighborhood restaurant prepares some excellent meals. But I suggest you come hungry as they supply a lot of food. Great omelettes, eggs, pancakes. The staff are very helpful. Suggest that you try to get there early. There can be quite a crowd in line by 9:00 AM on weekends. We have been there for dinner and it can get fairly crowded as well. We were just there on Valentine's Day and had a seriously delicious pasta dinner. Overall a great place to eat in our area.

We were first time patrons on 2/20/15. We will not go back. We enjoy hot tastey food . This was not the case, My garlic mashed potatoes were so cold and dry that a pat of soft butter did not even melt. They had no flavor either it was like eating paste. My catfish which was fried was not hot enough and there was a thicker part in the center that was undercooked. My husband's FF were limp and undercooked. The cole slaw was tasteless and looked like it was just made and they forgot the dressing. The soup was just warm enough to eat. Another person at the table had a salad and by the time she got to the bottom of the plate the remaining salad was swimming in a watery mess. The waiter forgot the catchup that my husband had asked for and stated that he thought he had asked for tartar sauce. two different requests, 1 for fish and 1 for FF. The lemon that we asked for was picked from some ones tree and was so bitter and dry it ruined a good glass of water. The waiter said that he would tell the kitchen about the cold food but that was where it stopped. No apology whatsoever. There were other servers that had more personality than ours did and we did feel welcomed when we arrived and when we were leaving another server was pleasant ant told us to "have a nice evening". They were the only 2 good events of the experience.

Just left this place with a stomach ache from less than half a breakfast meal. Food is sub par. French toast was stale, and the rest was just bland and cooked without standards. The waitress was I guess overwhelmed by the other 8 customers because we barely received any attention, not even a refill of our drinks. The customers are mostly elderly and the one person behind us was coughing out a lung then decided to blow his nose and not excuse himself to do that in the restroom and not in a room of people trying to eat a meal!!!!! We will not be returning it recommending this place. Unless we don't like you, lol.. OH, AND THEY DIDNT GIVE ME PANCAKES WITH MY OMELETTE SO DONT BELIEVE THE LIE IN THE OTHER REVIEW.
(1)David C.
Went here on a recent vacation to North Reddington beach based on the limited but good yelp review. It was a nice experience and I recommend it to anyone who is really hungry for breakfast. The portions were big and a good deal! I liked the Tuscan omelette which also includes fries/grits and toast/pancakes all for $7.95. What a steal. I won't be going back anytime soon as I am in California but anyone living or on vacation in area must give Savory Restaurant a shot.
