I went to this restaurant on a Saturday night with my family. The waiter we had was very good and friendly. The food was very quick to come to our table. The food itself was good. The bathrooms were very clean. All in all I would recommend this place to anybody who wanted to eat.

Had the best service at the bar. Robert made sure I was taken care of. Food was excellent, drinks which I had margaritas were fantastic!

Our party of 4 was seated very promptly at 5:30 in the end room past the bar. At this point one other couple and ourselves were the only patrons in this area that had approxamently 10 booths and tables. Our server Kelley was a gem, smiling, good personality, warm, young lady. She efficiently took our drink orders, then our meal orders. Our dining mates suggested one of their specials that includes appetizer, salad, entree, for 15.99. So mine was the New England Clam Chowder, Caesar salad, and fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and scallops. All were good, nothing exciting here, but good. All my dining mates enjoyed their meals also, standard fare. About half way through our meals, we started to notice a large influx of people in our section. Within 15 min the whole room was jam packed with a graduation party. We really felt rushed and overwhelmed with people standing next to our table actually waiting for us to finish, so they could sit down. Poor planning by the hostess for sure. Kind of ruined our whole dinning experience.

Nice restaurant! I love their appetizer, inexpensive but it's like a main course. ;) lobsters are delicious.

Jami was our server. Lettuce wrap app, clam chowder soups, and salads. Food was fine as always (one complaint, a seafood restaurant should have oyster crackers) but the service a bit off. Drinks not refilled as often as I need and no prebus. These 2 things (and a clean restroom) are very important toward guest satisfaction.

Stopped by for some fish and it turned into a disaster. We ordered the rainbow trout and the Admiral's Feast. The salads and biscuits came out just fine but the rainbow trout was bad. It was broiled with the butter sauce. It smelled bad and tasted worse. The Admiral's Feast was good, as expected. When we asked the waitress to take the bad trout away she was very polite. In deciding to go in another direction; fried shrimp was ordered. After 15 minutes of waiting for the shrimp, we had had enough. The manager came to the table and offered us a free dessert, no deal. By that time, we had lost interest in our dining experience and asked for the check. To be fair, our meals were comped by the manager. The moral to this story is that you should be very weary of their "fresh catch" of the day at Red Lobster!

Me and my boyfriend came here on a late Tuesday night so there weren't any people there which we didn't mind. It was my first time ever at a red lobster and I got snowcrab legs, shrimp and some other seafood. Everything tasted super delicious. Also everything was brought to us very quick (because we were the only ones there) which was convenient. Our server was very nice and we really enjoyed the food. We ordered dessert after which was amazinggg! Both of us left satisfied and gave the server a very good tip :-)

The food was terrible, the service was subpar and sadly the best part was when I was leaving and everyone said "have a nice day". Unfortunately the food was not hot or tasty, and typically I enjoy food at red lobster.

Our waitress was very nice and friendly, however the manager Maurine, was anything but pleasent. She made our waitress cry in the dining room by being mean to her. She is a witch

Everything was good as usual but the Caesar salad was wilted and over dressed. The Bar Harbour Lobster Bake was excellent. Seafood was actually cooked perfectly.

Why would anyone go here with all the delicious fresh seafood places on the beach? This place is the bottom of the barrel. Nothing fresh about it.

Went to buy a gift card. Was told although they could accept payment they would not because it was a temporary atm card. If they needed to verify id they could have offered alternatives. No problem, they saved me from giving a giftcard to a place with bad service.

Yes, I had a very good experience here! The "All you can eat Shrimp" promotion was very, very good. Iv'e spent most of my life 30 ft from a coastline, and I really appreciate good seafood. I'm a little torqued they discontinued the "Lobster Fondue". Anywho, my party of four was very happy... Can't ding em' peeps.

Normally I am not a big fan of Chain restaurants but Red Lobster has a 4 course dinner deal right now for $14.99 per person. Now combo that with the coupon you can print from their website where if you get 2 adult entrees you get $10 off. So you and a guest can eat a 4 course meal for $20 and in today's economy I'm all over that. When I got my 4 course meal I started with the Potato and bacon soup which was surprisingly delicious and creamy. I really enjoyed it. My next course was the Cesar salad which wasn't phenomenal but I have had much worse. the lettuce was crisp, the croutons were not stale, the salad was tossed in the dressing so it covered every bit which In found nice. The Cajun Chicken Alfredo was spectacular though, the chicken was moist and tender even when I reheated it the next day. The flavors were just wonderfully blended in this dish which really surprised me as I did not have great expectations going in. The dessert, a slice of Key Lime Pie, did live up to the chain restaurant flavor of tasting like the box it most likely came from. But 3 out of 4 is a great for what I was expecting. I will go back to see if it wasn't a one time fluke.

I haven't been to a Red Lobster in a while. Seeing the commercials, I was enticed to come try the lobster mac n cheese in the seafood trio. I was disappointed too as are many other people I have read their reviews. Changes I would make to the lobster mac n cheese: coat the panko with butter and broil in a salamander til they turn golden brown. (Just sprinkling raw bread crumbs on the dish made it look and taste unfinished). The other thing, if you are going to advertise it as LOBSTER mac and cheese, don't overwhelm the flavor with bacon. I don't think I saw a single sliver of lobster meat in the entire dish. I definitely didn't taste it. The value for including that option in the seafood trio is terrible for the customer, whereas, I'm sure there's a decent contribution margin for you. Serving an item like that also makes me wonder how many other items you serve that lack quality and value. I won't be back anytime soon. I expect quality for what I pay for. I don't feel I got that eating at this establishment.

Came here because my son came home on leave and we only had a few days - he really wanted red lobster and it had been a year or more since our last visit. This time the portions seem to be smaller than previous visit to another Red Lobster and the service was not good - slow, unattached, non caring waiter who apparently had to warm up to us after discovering that my son was in the military. Probably wont go back to a red lobster in Florida - so many other great seafood places on the beach with better service, fun atmosphere, fresher fish and less cost.

very good service and especially liked the lasagna fritta, an appetizer but large enough for a meal. there were four in our party and they were pleased with the service and the meal also.
