Me and my Wife ate here lastnite. I had the grilled chicken tacos with a black berry iced tea and she had Quasadillas with a Angry Apple Beer. Nice non annoying waiter. The End.

Came here for lunch break during the week. We were immediately greeted and seated upon walking in the door, which is great. Restaurant wasn't too crowded and our server was fast and friendly. Drinks and orders came out quickly. And she came back to refill drinks when needed. We ordered the southwestern eggrolls for an appetizer (my favorite and so yum!). For my entree I ordered the lunch special which comes with soup or salad also. I had the southwestern chicken soup and the chipotle flat bread (a half portion of their dinner entree). Soup was good- a little kick of spice in it which was nice. So after the eggrolls and soup I was already getting full. Flat bread was ok I guess. It was too greasy to my liking. I've never ordered flat bread from anywhere before so I guess I'm not a fan if this is how they taste everywhere else also lol. Overall, a good lunchtime option during work. My meal was $7 and it was more than enough food for me!

I just stopped in to place a to-go order and I had a beer while I waited. Bar service was pretty slow. I sat at the bar for 10 minutes before a bartender showed up. There weren't very many people there, so I'm not sure why I waited, but she was friendly and got the order out pretty quickly. My order was just for a few burgers and at $8 each, it's a great value. They each came with all the usual accoutrement, plus fries and all were cooked perfectly. Next time I'll order ahead, but overall, good experience.

The food was decent. We ordered Southwest Eggrolls, Baked Potato Soup, and fajitas. The waitress acted like we were being a pain by asking for silverware, refills on water and coffee, and extra napkins. She was tipped accordingly.

Largo Mall, Seminole Blvd Chili's has a lot to learn. With the exception of Ben, a male professional bartender who rocks, the female bartenders and rude, inattentive, fat and ugly with tattoos and give attitude. I asked one slob if they offered fish and chips on the menu. NO, is all she ways to me. I said to her, guess you are striking zero at this point and she actually says to me "look mister, I just work her", turns around and walks away! Served me my second wine in a hot glass and never checked if I wanted something different. Never asked how the meal was or if I needed something else. When you hire trash, you get trash. People today expect an elevated degree of service and with a smile. This is a major chain. Stockholders expect your experience to be a good one. DON'T SETTLE FOR LESS because the local management hires snotty, fat pigged ignorant females with attitude. Complain. Make certain you write to corporate. This atmosphere has to change. I've spent a lot of money over the years at Chili's. I want good service, value and follow-up, at a minimum. You should too. And on the flip side, reward your good servers well with escalated tips.

Food an atmosphere is good as always. Since I ususally dine by myself I sit at the bar eventhough I don't drink during lunch. Their main bartender (carmen) left and the bartenders they have now just aren't friendly nor do they really pay you attention. They are too busy talking to eachother.

There is nothing like hearing and smelling a sizzling order or two of fajitas cruising by my table to set my taste buds atwitter. It is a constant struggle between my mouth, my stomach and my common sense to manage my intense desire to taste

Hey Chilis your impersonal host/hostess system needs help, it is ruining your customer experience (among other high tech things here.). Just waited 40 minutes by the door and there at least six empty tables. It took forever to get people seated each time a customer left and it was due to this computer not doing its job and the hostess not being involved at all due to relying on a computer to tell her a table is ready instead of her eyes. Some technology freak at Chili's headquarters is trying to illiminate jobs and/or make things more efficient while screwing up the customer experience for everyone with their high-tech hostess and seating system. It doesn't work, it needs way too much work and you have tons of empty tables and are losing money while upsetting customers. A lose-lose for all. I have an idea, go back to being more personal and making the hostess talk to the customer and call the customer and stop trying to be high-tech. This way people don't wait 30 to 45 minutes for a table when there about 15% or more of the tables are available to sit at and your hostess doesn't do anything but stare at a computer the whole time. Even my waitress who took my food order didn't deliver it. In fact I think I only saw her twice.. And when an item was missing from my order I couldn't find her either and had to ask someone else. At the end of the meal I guess I don't need to see her either so I simply slid my credit card through some little computer they left on the table with a dirty touchscreen and left. I am guessing in the next few years I'll come in on the computer will be actually serving me too. I feel like an old man writing this review but I'm pretty sure I'm in the demographic of a Chili's customer. What is with restaurants these days?
