Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Great service and fresh food! One of the girls heard me over say to my beau that they were going to have to drop some more shrimp and she over heard it and automatically had them drop some more shrimp before I even asked . I also saw them greet each customer with a smile and continuously keep the food area clean and full with fresh food. Stopped through on the way from Orlando and won't hesitate to do so again.

Very clean and modern vibe. Went at 6 p.m. and some of the dishes were missing because they were not cooked yet. I thought service was very slow considering the food is buffet style. Very unhealthy food and few healthy options. All their food is greasy, and 80% of everything is breaded then fried then smothered in sugary sauces. Had the Beijing Beef and it was so over-cooked it resembled beef jerky in syrup. Everything is loaded with an extraordinary amount of SUGAR! We will never go there again ... there are loads of other fast-food Chinese places around that serve up healthier Chinese food ... or at least Chinese that won't make you go into SUGAR SHOCK.

Had lunch with my wife one day and was very happy with the food. I went back at 11:00 am on 11/14/13 but the doors was locked. The management needs to check their watch. There is many resturants in the area. They need customers more then we need them

For fast food Chinese, this place is okay but its a chain place so the food is chain type food. I go there when i am in the mood for Chinese but don't want to spend tons of money on the good stuff down the street! I do like the brown rice option. I normally just get a Panda bowl... rice with one entree spooned over it. That is plenty for me. I sometimes add some pot stickers or an egg roll but both of those have been sitting out a bit and normally are not crisp. Everything does taste okay but it is not a stand out place to eat. Most of the staff is okay. They all seem like their minds are on something else. l seem to always get the same cashier and she never smiles... I just feel bad for her. Service = 4 Atmosphere = 5 Food = 5 Again... a quick place for some basic Chinese food. Don't expect P.F Changs! LOL... Enjoy!

Hadn't had Chinese in a while. Kinda feel like I still haven't. The food was okay but kinda "touristy". They didn't have Egg Drop Soup ... one of my faves. And, no soy sauce! Not on the tables nor by the soda machine. I guess I missed them portioning it out during the serving line. Next tome I'll go to a real Chinese place.

Went there 30 mins before closing and they didn't have anything on their menu!! Just rice and orange chicken. Staff was helpful and polite. White rice was dry

Definitely the very best customer service I have ever received in Lakeland. The manager could not be more polite and thoughtful, fishing out the smallest pieces of orange chicken for my toddler and then later checking up on us to make sure we didn't need anything else. The food is no different than any other Panda, but absolutely loved and was taken back by the customer service since it is lacking so much these days! Kuddos to that sweet manager and friendly staff!!

If you haven't tried the newly opened Panda Express on Hwy 98 nth then you are missing out. It is very clean friendly and has a fun atmosphere for a Chinese take away or sit in restaurant. Seating is somewhat limited (to be expected) as it really is a fast food take out but service was very quick. As its new everybody is trying it out during meal times but services is fast so only a few minutes wait time. Even though there was a long line being served it was only minutes before i had my order delivered and we found a table for 6 easily enough. Food is typical Chinese Panda Express menu - this is not PF Changs but they don't charge PF prices either. They do serve hot, good selection Chinese food though. Definitely worth popping in for lunch or use the drive by lane for getting dinner on the way home.

I'd go with only one star here, but I'm giving this new place a HUGE benefit of the doubt. Our experience, you could say, was less than stellar, no pun intended. First, the serving line was out of several entrees, including the one that I wanted, but I was told by the staff that they would bring my food to me as soon as it was ready. So my husband and I paid and sat down. He set about eating his lunch while I waited. And waited. Nothing happened. Nothing arrived at our table. No attempt was made to even finish making up my plate. So I stood in the line again with my receipt in hand to ask about my missing lunch. It turned out my plate had been "forgotten" down at the beginning of the line. By this time, of course, the items that had been originally placed on the plate were stone cold, a fact I discovered right after sitting down and which prompted me to return to the line again, at which point they replaced the items with a huge serving of chow mein noodles and tiny servings of the chosen entrees. Not good, not good at all. My husband's Kung Pao Chicken was spicy but otherwise flavorless, the Beijing Beef was a bit sweet but more flavorful, the fried rice was greasy and bland tasting and the vegetable spring rolls were mushy inside, definitely overcooked. When I finally got my lunch the chow mein noodles were tough and pasty, pretty much inedible, so I ended up throwing all but one forkful of those away. My barely warm Honey Walnut Shrimp was sweet but that's about it, and the Orange Chicken's flavor was only of VINEGAR, with no sweetness or citrus flavor at all! The cheese rangoons were cold and bland. Altogether, we drove over 40 miles round trip to have a miserable $20+ experience. When I politely suggested to staff that plates awaiting entrees shouldn't be filled until everything was ready, instead of an apology I was given the excuse that the staff was "in training." Well, training is needed, of course, but when paying full price the public shouldn't be experimented on in such ways. I may never get the taste of vinegar out of my mouth. To be generous, we'll wait a few months before giving this place a second chance, in the hope that the "training" will have been completed by then.

Very good for what it is--fast food. Varied menu, happy to see a low carb side option-veggies instead of rice, decent portions, served at correct temperature (hot), nice modern & clean dining area. Manager seemed at bit frazzled due to the dinner time rush, but politely tried to coordinate his staff to handle customer requests and keep the long line moving. Drive-thru also available.
