Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

The food is freshly made carefully chopped sliced cut with fresh ingredients. You pick what you want on your plate. The singe burrito wrapper is fresh and light. The beans -pinto or black -are fresh made not refried with all the fat. If you want the best corn chips fresh fried in clean oil they have them no heavy salts either. The Monday deal is unbeatable. A bunch of fresh ingredients to add to steak, ground beef ,chicken or tofu seasoned and cooked just right.

Don't come here to compare this burrito with another... Its a completely different animal from chipotle. Moe's is really good with a wider menu choice then some other burrito places. However, if you come here and don't get QUESO, then you are wasting your time.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon and they were quite busy. The ingredients for the burritos were fresh and tasty. The service was friendly and fast. We will visit again.

Somehow my wife and I have never been to a Moe's before we moved to Florida six months ago. This was our first one, and we have been there a few times. The first I went by myself in the middle of the afternoon and got a fajita, just the way I like it! And the chips and queso dip was delicious. One of the other times my wife and I both went was during dinner and the place was PACKED. Service was still pretty fast, and the food was good. I know most people compare this to Chipotle. I'm very happy with the larger amount of food options at Moe's. As for it being worse than other Moe's I couldn't tell you, since this is the only one I have ever been to!

My husbands burrito was ice cold and the steak was grizzle.. His chips were warmer than his burrito. My stack had cheese which I reminded them I didn't want. The place inside and out is quite messy.. I do not recommend this location.

I normally LOVE Moe's... not this one. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it is a Moe's after all. I have never been to such a stingy Moe's... my Moo-Moo Mr. Cow (I usually can't finish an adult meal) was barely a lil calf & I couldn't have had 10 chips on my tray! We went to sit down & it was a treasure hunt to find a clean table... my kids went & asked for a damp cloth so they could wipe the table! I still love Moe's, I'll just have to go to the other side of town for my fix.
