Sandwiches are one of my favorite meals; particularly, Italian. I can get real picky when it comes to my sandwiches. When i moved to Lakeland a few years ago, i went to numerous places that offered an "Italian" sandwich. Divicious offers, by far, one of the best. I have also bit off pieces of their Cuban and signature Divicious club from my wife as well. Everything i have tried is delicious. The only downside is that they are a tiny place. It is very possible that you will not find a seat if you catch them at a busy time. If you go during lunch hours, be open to the possibility of carrying your lunch out. Munn Park is directly across the street if you want to eat on a park bench. This is my go to place in Lakeland for a great sandwich! Quality meats and bread, and a very friendly staff.

Every time I'm in lakeland I come here. Cafe con Leche and a cheese sandwich is what I order. The staff is so friendly and are prices good.

the owner is so sweet and nice and her food is awesome! I usually opt for the cubano traditional style because you shouldn't mess with perfection.. hands down the best Cuban in Lakeland.. the Cuban "rocket fuel" coffee is amazing as well.. don't miss this place

Loved this little deli. Great, friendly, funny service. All three of us really loved our sandwiches. Honestly, this is what a deli is supposed to be.

Good Cuban sandwich and friendly service. Place is tiny though, I would recommend taking your food to go.

The owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She remembers you and your favorite drink. I love the hometown feel of it. The Miami style cafe con leche is amazing! The sandwiches are simple but delicious and there are daily specials on the board out front. Perfect little coffee shop right in downtown lakeland.

Fantastic coffee, and the best cafe con leche around. I used to frequent the shop in south Lakeland when I worked down there and loved stopping in to chat with the super friendly owner. The staff is just as helpful and friendly at this new location, which is a great addition to downtown. I've enjoyed a variety of sandwiches - all wonderful. Breakfast offerings are just as good. Everything is fresh and delicious. When visiting in the first location, I would always get take out for my coworkers and I, and I tend to go the takeout route here as well. The inside space is small but comfortable and nicely appointed, and I've stayed to have breakfast, and was quite comfortable. Cheerful atmosphere, friendly staff and great food make this a win all around.

Divicious Deli and Coffee Shop is a welcome addition to Downtown Lakeland, right across from Munn Park on the corner of Main Street And Tennessee. I normally like to give a new restaurant a few days to work out the links but after meeting the owner the night before during the Downtown Lakeland First Friday event, she kindly gave us a quick tour and assured us they would be ready at 7am, even though she was going to be up late helping her daughter get ready for her prom. What an absolute sweet lady. I am always amazed at the amount of sacrifice small business owners experience to make their businesses successful, but still are as committed to their families. If you want to see the American spirit alive and well and in action you need to visit Divicious Deli. I got there at about 7:30am, about a half hour late, so my dollar wasn't the first one in the cash register but close. I am a strait up black coffee guy, no fu fu for me, no cream no sugar, nothing to but coffee. But it appears they have all the coffee machines, extracts and flavorings that you need. Divicious serves a quality robust cup coffee as there house coffee, great way to start a Saturday morning. The number of selections of sandwiches are vast, I counted like 42 on the menu, another 10 breakfast sandwiches, and like 15 DIFFERENT cheese only sandwiches. Then you get the choice of Cuban Bread, (Delivered fresh from Tampa every morning) Media Noche, White Bread, Wheat Bread, Bagels, Croissant. Then you can choose from Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Pickles, Black Olives, Green Peppers, Banana Peppers and Jalepenos. Then choose Mayonnaise Mustard or Italian dressing to top it off. I choose two eggs, over medium, Prosciutto, Havarti Cheese on fresh Cuban bread. At my request I added mayonnaise and had them grill it. Now that was a multi national selection. The eggs were just right, soft but grilled enough so they stayed on the sandwich. The Prosciutto was sliced paper thin, and was the real deal, like a true Italian deli. Some say bread makes the sandwich, but I would disagree, being a Cheezehead, the cheese makes the sandwich and Havarti is a great cheese, flavorful but mild, soft so it melts and bonds with the egg, that was also sliced in house, not in a food factory in some other state. The sandwich was great, but experiencing it overlooking Munn Park was almost spiritual. Have to really be thankful to Abraham Munn, one of those "EVIL" railroad barons that just happened to donate much of the land that downtown Lakeland sits on, particularly the plot that the park sits on. If not for his good will, I would not be able to have this enjoyable memory over a hundred years later. I would highly recommend that you go to Divicious Deli And Coffee shop and have the same experience that I did

We are from out of town (California). This place is amazing, great vibe, friendly staff, fresh ingredients, quick and delicious hit sandwiches - the Cuban is amazing. Egg sandwich is awesome too. Definitely recommend.

Best Cuban in town! Made with fresh Cuban bread from Ybor city. If they have fresh avocado order it on your Cuban. The only place to get Café con Leche Miami style

I cannot rave enough about such a great deli and sandwich shop in Lakeland! The Cuban owner and staff are friendly and care to give you a great meal. If you don't know what to order, ask for a MEDIA NOCHE--it's delightfully delicious, a hot thin meat sandwich on yummy bread. This place has 15 choices in cheeses and makes great cheese subs, hot or cold. The place is NOT "just" Cuban food, there's a fairly extensive sandwich (hot or cold) menu to choose from. They have gourmet cookies (including gluten-free). They get their guava pastries from Miami (YUM-guava coconut) and bake them in-house. It's a small seating place (about 10 seats) but you have all of Munn Park to enjoy your dining choice. I'm not a coffee drinker but there is a plethora of flavored syrup and latte choices (like butterscotch!). They run daily specials from reuben to meat loaf and have a windowful of side salad options. The only problem is finding parking close enough to access it as frequently as I'd like to go! A great addition to downtown Lakeland.
