This place gets 5 stars for the customer service! I was recently invited to birthday party for a child who was turning 2. The party was suppose to start at 7:00 on a Saturday night (very crowded & busy nights). The birthday girl (and parents) were nearly an hour late!! The employee in charge of our party was super nice, upbeat and never complained and actually treated the birthday girl and her parents kindly when they finally arrived. The manager came out to help take orders and tried to expedite the orders for the sake of the party guests and never brought up the fact they were an hour late!! I overheard the manager telling the hostess not to worry about the 8:45 party as he would accommodate them elsewhere he wanted the 7:00 bday girl to have the full chuck e cheese experience! Is that not awesome?

Good time. The staff was helpful. I have four children and they loved the attention that Chuckie gave. Also, the food was good. I think that they have improved the quality of their food. This place is a great place best to treat the children.
