The food is pretty good and they offer a wide range of healthy and unhealthy food options, so pretty much anyone can be happy here. The service is really great. . .they check up on people frequently. Not sure what it is about Bob Evans, but I have never, EVER, had a bad biscuit at any location I have visited. . .not one location in Florida, OH, or Ky. What is their secret?

We love bob Evans, but our waitress acted like she was scared to visit our table she was nice but it was just kinda weird. Our food was good as always. but my hash browns tasted old. as if they we precooked days ago and then they microwaved it. The food wasn't pipping hot but still good I guess. I like Bob Evans bec they will always have the best sausage I don't like it at other places on here.. 5 for sausage 3 for experience

I haven't been to a Bob Evans in a while, since they are a rarity back home in Texas. However, when we come to Florida to visit family we usually stop in for a bite. This was an excellent decision, as the food was fantastic and delivered promptly. The desserts were wonderful! The waitress was friendly and had a milkshake made for me, even though they weren't on the menu! (It was strawberry and delicious, by the way.) I highly reccomend this location to any I-4 traveler.

2.5 stars for food .5 for service...So we just left this place with a family of 4, 3 adults, 1 kid. First off, the place wasnt packed at all for a Friday afternoon, so the fact that we spent about 2.5hrs in there was crazy. Our server Cody was very personable, until of course our food order started getting jacked up. We waited at least 30mins for it to come out and before it did they said they had to fix my salad. Once our food came they only brought 3meals, and nothing for the kid. So in total until everyone had their food we waited about 40mins. The food was good as always, but our server Cody seemed more interested in talking about being in the Army and making jokes then the fact that our experience was bad. We waited and additional 20mins for our check and to-go boxes and it was just unbearable to sit there longer. We will probably go there again because all our other experiences were good, but if Cody is our server we will ask for a new one. The manager Lin did take off the kids meal and adjust the price of my salad because they sent the wrong size. They also brought a super hot burger for the kid and he couldnt even eat it because the bun was so hot, with no warning, and he burned his hand. Epic fail today North Lakeland Bob Evans...epic fail

Had a late lunch with 2 friends. Place was clean. Not busy at all. Food was good but service was very slow. No drink refills offered. After finishing meal and sitting there several minutes had to ask for bill.

Normally I don't like giving a chain more than 3 stars. It's a chain, you know what slice of mediocrity you're getting, no further extrapolation needed. The weak spot in my armor is Bob Evans. The food is always great. When they same farm fresh, it on the whole tastes farm fresh. The service is outstanding, I have never once had a terrible service experience. I would also say that relative to what you get the price is set fairly modestly. If you're on the road, and don't want to go to Cracker Barrel, I suggest a Bob Evans near you, you won't be disappointed.

I love this restaurant!! We usually are a busy family and most of the time use the carryout service, the servers are very friendly, love that when I order online everything is fresh and yummy. My kids love the food, when we do visit and dine in, the kids love the menu and specially the cute colorful bendy straws. Recommend.

I remember when they first opened, the place was 5 stars. What the happened? The service and food and steadily gone down hill since then. I keep going back because it convenient, but I don't think I'll be returning anymore. I went there a couple months ago and the food was terrible, it actually made me sick when I got home. I complained about the food and didn't have to pay, but I only took 2 or 3 bites. I went back about last week, and there was very little improvement to the food and the service was slow. From the time I was taken to my table to food being served was 45 minutes. This is not acceptable, I'm done with Bob Evans.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, the quality of the food, and the value for your money at this restaurant. We had four individuals in our party and we were able to order exactly what we wanted because of their wide variety of menu items. Ask to be seated in Edith's section....she was the best waitress ever!

I don't usually give chains such high star reviews but wow! I couldn't improve upon tonight's dinner! Though this is a high volume location, I was seated promptly and brought a drink within a breath of being seated. (yay, Coke products). I had a phenomenal waitress who was there to please me--inobtrusively, politely, promptly, and with joy on her face, making a 20% tip a minimum gift for her. I appreciated that their hot meals came in two sizes. I chose the smaller pot roast stroganoff for 7.99 instead of 9.99 without the toasted bread crumbs atop. (Comfort food is not crunchy!) No problem. It began with a significantly-sized salad with creamy French dressing. The hot meal arrived well-timed after the salad. They make a marvelous parmesan crusted garlic toast (or rolls or banana bread). I still brought half my meal home with me! People who purchase a pasta dish get a one-scoop sundae for 99 cents.! Made mine caramel. Perfect finale! Bob Evans has 30 dishes for $5.99 or less. Many of the customers were regulars and exchanged personal salutations with the service. I found this endearing. They also make pasta dishes for four for $10.99 in to-go form. Good thing I don't live closer to this place. It's definitely worth your time!

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
