Finally NY Pizza in Central Fl. I have been living in Central Florida for 10yrs now and tried many pizzerias claiming to serve NY style Pizza. Some of them are pretty good but Dallies tops them all. I lived in NY for the first 33yrs of my life and I travel to NY frequently so I have a good idea of what NY Pizza suppose to taste like. Dallies not only has the best tasting NY Style Pizza but their garlic knots and zepos hit the mark as well. I highly recommend this pizza spot to anyone who enjoys good pizza.

Dalli's is Orlando's best pizza hands down! My wife thinks it's the best in the world. We even went to the best pizza place NYC according to food network on Beekeer street and Dallis was better! The crust is not to thick or thin, the cheese tastes of quality and it's not too greasy. We love their pepperoni pizza the best, but I have also tried their white pizza and it also had a great taste! The price is reasonable as well! The wings are pretty good too and the fries as well! Service is always kind and humble and the place feels like a family environment. The negatives are that they stopped delivering and there's not a lot of room for a baby. But for us sometimes we leave the baby at home with grandma because we have to visit this place at least once a month! We highly recommend it!

We heard this was the re-incarnation of Little Charlie's in Manhattan so we decided to check it out during out trip to Orlando and it lived up to our (quite high) expectations. The host greeted us like long lost friends and gave us fresh baked bread with three different dipping sauces which ranged from the sweet marinara to the blazing hot Diablo they usually use for the shrimp. All three were delicious. My wife and I ordered the shrimp and calamari with linguini combination with a side order of fried peppers and mushrooms while my son ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza. The shrimp were perfect with just the right amount of breading to make them crispy but not chewy. The calamari honestly could have been more tender but we wanted them well done so that probably made them tougher. The peppers and mushrooms were great. I had forgotten how good those were at Little Charlie's and these were a great reminder. My son's pizza was probably the best thing on our crowded table. Simple, easily folded and crispy, it's what you always want but rarely get in a pizza. The staff was busy but happy to serve us. We will obviously go back next time we're in Central Florida.

The food is good. Very good lasagna but service is horrible. They do not care about customer service. For big orders you can not count on them. First time order was not ready and second time missed food. No more chances.

Great Friday night pizza place. Consistently good pizza. We had the garlic knots too. Their better fresh out of the oven than the next day but that's to be expected. I loved them.

Best gourmet pizza... Just enough to grease and too much cheese is the right combo! 5$ can go a long way here it so good... Lunch time favorite around the office down here!

Great service. Multiple servers taking care of us, never had to worry about refills or asking for our check. Food came out very promptly, fresh and hot. Neighborhood family feel. Very reasonable pricing. We will definitely come back.

Lost all respect for this place tonight seems as if this place is getting to busy for there own good. There is no attention to detail and they blame it on being to busy, hire more people-slow down. I ordered 2 steak Stromboli's and chicken parmigiana roll. Needless to say didn't get anything right. When I called they said we are busy, sorry. To many Italian places out there that want business and don't say we are to busy. Be humble maybe less is better 15 years in Lake Mary and when it was less it was 10000 times better.

Unimpressive. Left very disappointed. Crust was dry, pizza and those renowned garlic knots had no flavor. Not awful but lacked something to make it tasty

The pizza is good and the staff is always helpful. I go for lunch fairly often and can't remember waiting for a refill or the check. Plus, they have an excellent lunch special. Two slices of pizza and a drink for $5. Toppings are extra but it's still the best lunch deal I've seen.

They have gluten free pizza!!! You'd never know it unless you ask because it is NOWHERE on the menu. The only reason I even know they do is because I have a gluten free restaurant app on my phone and this place showed up. So, we went down to try it out. I've had it two more times since. It's not the best gluten free pizza I've ever had (that spot is still reserved for Julian's Little Italy in Clearwater) but it's decent, and it's close to home. I get it with ham, pineapple and broccoli. They are fairly liberal with the toppings but...the pizza ends up costing almost $15 for a personal size. Ouch. My husband has gotten the Stromboli and likes it. Again, not the best in the world but definitely good. My rating is really 3 1/2 stars, but I rounded up to be fair.

I give Dallis pizzeria a 4 star for their gluten-free pizza option. My son is allergic to wheat and there have been so many foods he hasn't been able to have anymore. The only gluten free pizza I knew of locally would be from Dominos, which is a $10-$11 pizza that's on the small size. Dallis charged $11.50 for a 10 inch gluten free cheese. I guess it would get kinda pricey if you added several toppings, but that must just be the price we have to pay for gluten-free food. I was just happy to be trying it out for my sons behalf. Our pizza was good, as well.

The first time I tried them I had Hawaiian pizza and bruschetta. While the pizza was very disappointing, the bruschetta was amazing! I went there again today and unfortunately was disappointed again. The calamari was very rubbery....their pasta special...shrimp with mushrooms, spinach in a butter cream sauce was very bland....but again, their bruschetta was amazing...which is the only reason I gave two stars instead of one. I highly doubt I'll ever go back.

Nice little spot tucked away... My family and I stopped here traveling and really enjoyed it. Huge portions, if you leave hungry you did it wrong. Period. For the healthy eaters out there, the wife and I split a salad and small pizza with vegetarian toppings. It was more than enough for both of us.

The dough is dry. I guess baking the crust first will do that. Pizza has more sauce-tart, soury, plain, sauce-then anything else. They skimp on the toppings, too. What's the opposite of tasty? Untasty? That's what they are-untasty.

I had the special which was a large pizza ,chicken wings and garlic knots. The pizza was good but please do yourself a favor and stay away from the wings, horrible! Tossed in some oily sauce that resembled wing sauce but was really colored oil.

Dalli's has good pizza and good Italian dinners. It is close to home and reminds me of the pizzaria in my neighborhood growing up in NY... of course back then an 18" pizza special cost $3.50 on Wednesdays LOL! There used to be a line of 20 people out the door, pizza dough was flying as names were barked out from being read off the stack of ready pizzas on top of the oven. The good old days, I get a bit of this feeling in Dalli's, although that kind of action is absent. Anyway the dinners at Dalli's are large and the price is good. I like the dinner salads too, the lettuce is always fresh (I can't say that for some other italian restaurants around here). Ok so if you haven't tried it and live in the area, give them a shot and bring an appetite.

Dalli's has good food and you get plenty of it. For takeout we usually get the Dalli's special pizza, garlic knots and a side of meatballs. If you like garlic, you will love the garlic knots. When we eat in I like to the meatball sub or the chicken parm sub. You just can't substitute for one of those right out of the oven.

I was in Lake Mary for 5 days in April and after a long drive to Florida we decided to try a Dalli's pizza. We got the blanco with ricotta cheese and garlic and it was good! So good in fact we went back on the last day just to try a slice of plain cheese and I'm glad we did. Best cheese pizza I've ever had. New York style, huge slice hanging over the plate, great taste. Can't wait to go back to Florida just for Dalli's!

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
