Always consistently good food and service. There are no awards waiting for these cooks but I never have to worry about the food here or any other location within the chain.

This place is great. I wonder if it's so much different eating at the Cracker Barrel down South versus eating in the tri-state NYC area. I query because I don't seem to go crazy over it there while I do in the South. Perhaps it's the nice Southern charm of the waitresses that differentiates the ambiance too. I seem to be stuck on the blueberry pancakes with the hashbrown casserole lately. The mounds of whipped butter and having real maple syrup enhances the experience. When I am in the mood, I will partake in the grits and the biscuits too. Any excuse to slather that delicious butter, which is a food group for me, onto anything I'm eating. My beau seems to always order some big egg concoction which has an ginormous amount of food and side dishes. He always leaves beyond satiated and content. A joy. You really can't go wrong.

A solid Cracker Barrel - and I know my Cracker Barrels. We were quickly seated, our waiter was knowledgable and efficient, and our food was brought out swiftly. I wish I had more to say, but I really don't. It was the perfect, efficient and friendly service that you expect and usually (but not always) get from every Cracker Barrel.

Food is great! Service was not the best but the manager was good about helping with that. I would definitely return.

Had their new BBQ ribs. Tasty but so so. Love their sugar glazed ham! Service is always excellent! Have always loved most of their food!

One of the reasons we head to Cracker Barrel is consistency - in food and service. And this store didn't disappoint. It was around 2pm in the afternoon so we were seated and served very quickly. My friend and I had the daily special turkey which was great especially for the lunch price - under $6 each. My wife had the big breakfast which was exactly as printed in the menu. It's hard to beat the value and the friendly service. I've been to Cracker Barrels up and down the east coast and fortunately have never had a bad experience. And my wife loves perusing the store after we place our food order. If there's anything negative it would be the quantity of food but for the price you pay, it's reasonable.

Service was slow, even though it was 2:30 pm and not crowded. Food was ok but may have been under the warmer a while. Server rang food up as kid veggie plate when I ordered 2 sides a la carte. Looked at menu and a la carte would have been less humm

My husband, daughter & I went here today & had the worst experience I think I've ever had at any restaurant. First we got seated by a large family with 5+ kids that were roudy & noisy & then 15 minutes after we ordered our food, our waitress comes to us & tells us that the kitchen "lost our ticket" so she proceeds to retake our order but does not offer to bring any biscuits or muffins while we wait. Then 20 minutes later finally brings our order (which is 35 minutes from when we originally ordered) & at that point we all needed new drinks & Tabasco that we asked for. To top it off the Tabasco inside shaker is broken & instead of shaking it out it pours out all over my husbands food. The food was not hot, more like luke warm when it was brought out. Needless to say at this point we were done. We spoke to the manager, who did comp our food (that we barely ate anyway because it wasn't hot) & without leaving a tip (which I've never done in my life, because I've worked food service in my past), we then left. We will never return here to this CB again. I only give it a one star because the manager did the right thing & comped our food otherwise I'd give it no stars.

Good food. But it always seems like eternity to get out of the place. Make sure you got plenty of time!

Consistant chain fod. Good, plain, fast and cheap. Try the vegetarian plate, probably the best bet.
