My son and I came here for endless shrimp and it was OUTSTANDING . Our waitress Karima was AMAZING She stayed on top of things. She knew exactly what shrimp we wanted and brought it out immediately. There is also a Disney cast members discount. She even gave us drink refills without us having to ask. We will make sure to tell her manager of her outstanding performance. 5 stars for good reason. .

Had the Flounder with stuffed crab meat and it was average. Our waitress was great and had an excellent personality.

Let's start off with service. Service was quick and friendly. The different waiters also interacted with themselves which made it a fun family atmosphere. Kudos to the staff. The biscuits as always deliciously warm. The Cesar salad was fresh and perfectly balanced with dressing cheese and crotons. After that came the salmon topped with some sauce I can remember but it was very good. Overall it was a great dinner.

I'm kinda shocked to see the negative reviews. Contrarily, I had a great experience. I did the 4 course meal. The clam chowder soup was ok. My wife had the potato bacon and it was better. Caesar salad was amazing. The coconut shrimp and spicy pineapple shrimp was great. The caramel cheesecake was off the chain. Service was great. The waitress was really nice, honest and knowledgeable. She came back frequently to check on us and even had someone else help us as well.

First tried the all you could eat shrimp. They were the smallest Shrimp I ever saw! The pictures they show in their Advertising for all you can eat Shrimp are greatly enlarged. Get much bigger Shrimps in all you can eat Chinese restaurants for much less money. I felt like a Fish eating Brine Shrimp! They did let me replace it with the Fried Flounder. But when I asked for Coleslaw to go with the Flounder they wanted to charge me like $2.62 for a small amount of it. Taking advantage of their customers is not going to save the chain from their bad past reputation. If they keep this up they will surely go out of business.

Here at the bar writing a review. Your bartender, Will, is fantastic. Very friendly, great drinks. We decided to eat at the bar to avoid a wait to be seated in the dining area. The food was honestly the best I have ever had at a Red Lobster. I had the lobster tacos and hubby had the Ultimate Feast. Would absolutely recommend this fabulous restaurant.

Good food and great service. Our server, Nadia, was excellent, very attentive to her section. We came here because Outback snubbed us when we went there. We will beback here soon.

I never been there. The one I posted should've been for Joe's Crab Shack in Orlando Florida not Red lobster

Not the best experience... The Triple Berry Sangria is a ripoff - you won't receive nothing like the picture - NOT even close to a real sangria. The entree came AFTER the main dish. Would expect more from Red Lobster.

Great service, waitress made the visit. The biscuits are the only reason I even go and she kept on bringing them out. Of course that will only hurt my body in the end, but who cares? Bring more biscuits!

Just one word, tasteless. O.K. two words, dry. O.K. One more, YUCK. This is supposed to be a quasi seafood restaurant isn't it? Then perhaps they should learn how to prepare some fish???? LindySez - Don't even bother.

I went swimming at the Red Lobster tonight! First, I went swimming in the vinagrette dressing that drenched my salad. Then, I went swimming in the butter and garlic that I squeezed out of the biscuits. Last, I went swimming in the sauce that accompanied my Lobster and Shrimp Pasta. Apparently, it was some type of white wine butter sauce. It didn't even really taste like butter. It tasted sort of like someone melted a tub of Country Crock, mixed it with a carton of salt, and poured it on my seafood and pasta. On the bright side, my wife liked her meal (scallops wrapped in bacon), the kids were happy and the place looked clean. The waitress was great, and the service was decent. Now I'm going home to towel off and take a shower.

This Red Lobster was OK. Service was okay and seem not up to beat. Needs some new furniture and improvements. It took 4 minutes to finally get drink orders and the water tasted very bad. They said it was because they changed new filters. Definitely tasted the impurities in that H20 :P Way too overpriced on food. only thing really that was delicious was the cheesy garlic biscuits. I remember I use to go to Red Lobster in Indiana and that place was way better.

We knew Red Lobster already, but tried it out here. A lot of customers inside. Our waitress was friendly (and highly pregnant). The Riesling wine was good. 2 dishes were good, mine was poor (price was too high regarding the quality and presentation).

My family enjoyed their meals. My daughter got crab legs which were pretty skimpy. I really enjoyed the Alfredo pasta. It was made with a nice butter sauce rather than the classic, heavy Alfredo sauce. The cheddar biscuits were, of course, very good and the waiter brought us a second serving.

The fried calamari and vegetable appetizer which is what most attracts us to Red Lobster, was just plain awful. It was not crisp and was in fact mushy and tasteless. Breading was almost nonexistent. We ate a few of the vegetables and left the calamari. We commented when we ordered, that the calamari and vegetable appetizer was what brought us in for dinner. Therefore, I was surprised that our server who was otherwise excellent, did not inquire as to why we left our $8 appetizer uneaten. Then came the entrees. I must say that my Maple Glazed Salmon and Shrimp was served piping hot and very well prepared. However, my wife's Shrimp Linguini Alfredo was served ever so slightly above room temperature and seemed a bit pasty. Our server returned it to the kitchen to be reheated which meant that my wife and I took turns watching each other eat. I had my dinner and as I was finishing my plate, her entree was returned, tasting like something out of the freezer section at Sam's Club, but steaming hot. After paying our check, we spoke to a manager about the calamari. He asked if we complained to the server. I told him that we had not and that might be why he seemed totally disinterested in our opinion. His response was a curt "sorry you did not like it, come back and try it again sometime". I wanted to know if their preparation had intentionally changed or if it was simply not prepared properly on this occasion. However, his demeanor left us both feeling that we would not dine at Red Lobster again. I should mention that this manager indicated that he was filling in from another location. I hope he returns to his home location soon before we have yet another empty store front on SR 192 in Kissimmee. Their are too many options to accept disappointing visits to a chain that should be consistent if nothing else. This was two successive trips to the Kissimmee Red Lobster that did not meet expectations. Therefore, I recommend looking elsewhere for seafood when dining in the Kissimmee area. I was generous with the two stars.

Difficult to rate this restaurant. The lobsters we had were very good and affordable but the side dishes and kids menus were way below par. The fries that came with the kids menu were just gross. We did have a very nice waiter (James) who helped us with our first fresh lobster experience.
