About a year ago I took my disabled grandmother to this location. She requires a wheelchair. The only parking place we could find was in back of the restaurant. I noticed that a handicap spot at the front was occupied by a truck that I did not have a handicap parking permit. When I got inside I requested to speak to the manager and notified him of the situation. I asked him if he would make a call to the local authorities about the illegal parking or if he would ask the owner of the vehicle to park in a different parking space. He refused to do either. No one in my family has ever been back to that restaurant and we never will specifically because of the way that manager handled that situation that day.

I suppose we should have known. Red Lobster is a big national chain, and this is one of their older locations (though recently remodeled). There are reasons people make jokes about Red Lobster and its cousin, Olive Garden. The restaurant layout is odd -- a few tables in the bar in front, men's and women's restrooms in different locations, and dining rooms scattered about to break up the space. This meant the service staff would be gone for long stretches just trying to get from the kitchen and back again. With all the advertising about their new wood grills, we opted into grilled food. I can't imagine how, but both my partner's steak and my salmon were as bland as one could imagine and still vaguely resemble steak and salmon. Aside from the famed cheddar biscuits, everything we had was unimaginative and, well ... safe. Clearly designed to appeal to the broadest audience, they ended up with nearly flavorless dishes. I had thought to order the special -- a peppercorn-rubbed salmon with a soy-wasabi glaze. I'm glad I didn't as these flavors would have completely overwhelmed the underwhelming salmon. We also ordered cocktails -- an amazingly poor wine list steered us that direction -- only to find the drinks almost completely (though not entirely) devoid of alcohol. I may go to Red Lobster for lunch in the future, but I think that may have been our last dinner. Our money is better spent at quality places like the Bonefish Grill just a few minutes' drive away.

I am not a Red Lobster fan, as my family cooks alot of delicious seafood. I was "treated out" this past Friday night. We indulged in; Seafood Bake with Pasta Coconut Shrimp with Salad and French Fries Popcorn Shrimp Kids Meal A couple of iced down Margaritas. The Seafood Bake was rich and tasty (I tested His) The Popcorn shrimp my daughter had looked like brown little knots and shriveled French Fries My Coconut Shrimp were shrimp and fried Crispy. They were alright, but nothing I will try again. Sad to say, the SALAD and BISCUITS were the best. They have a special going on until February sometime with a Salad-Entree-Dessert for $15. Of course the Seafood Bake was over $20 and NOT worth the price (that's what He wanted and he was paying .lol. ) The desert (Brownie Ala Mode) was sweet and tasty. Our waitress, don't remember her name...............was GREAT. We went on a Friday night and were immediately seated. Not quite sure why the waitress waited over the table for us to pay . Ok, we see the check ..........we are still eating and talking. THAT was t.a.c.k.y. on her part! Overall, an alright experience. Don't look to return anytime soon .

Service was great and the food yummy. Highly recommend coming during "lobster fest" like we did. The best dish was the lobster bowl with shrimp and scallops over pasta. Yummy

The service we had was great. I shared the lobster pizza and crab dinner with my roommate. The crab was a bit salty. The location was easy to find and quiet. I like the mango mai thai drink. Good family and American seafood restaurant and chain. Overall experience A-okay not bad. Helpful and friendly services is a plus!

My girlfriend loves the Red Lobster's cajun chicken pasta, so on our way to a new restaurant, we spotted Red Lobster and her crave kicked in. I had their seasonal special of Caribbean Salmon and Shrimp in mango salsa, and she of course had her favorite. My dish was pretty good and filling, but hers was tastier. I can see why she craves it. Reminds me of the Bahama's Breeze similar recipe. The bread rolls were amazing as always, and the refillable teas were good too. I haven't liked Red Lobster before due to their lackluster service, but this time there was nothing to complain about. The lady was attentive and gracious, and had good recommendations and the drive to guarantee us a pleasant lunch. Red Lobster has gotten a barrage of criticism here in the past year or two, but at the moment, I see no reason why I wouldn't come back. Give them another chance? If possible, have some of that chicken pasta?

I received a gift card for Red Lobster for Admin day, so I decided to go use it. This location was ok, the parking lot was full but the inside wasn't which was weird. It was kind of dark lol. Our waiter was super nice and super attentive. I order the: Admiral's Feast Walt's Favorite Shrimp, bay scallops, clam strips and wild-caught flounder, all fried to a golden brown. Served with choice of side. 18.49 My side was Broccoli and a salad. I really was expecting to be super happy but I honestly wasn't, everything tasted the same to me, like fried food with the same fried flavor so I was a bit disappointment. The bread was as always good but a bit salty and they have gotten so much smaller. My girlfriend ordered Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Alfredo Over corkscrew pasta and fresh broccoli. 10.79 her side was a side salad, it was also a blah for her. So I wasn't impressed... I was REALLY looking forward to it.

Dined here for lunch on a Wednesday early for Endless Shrimp. I had kind of given up on Red Lobster since the last experience over 1 year ago. This was great service, excellent employees, very clean environment, professionally run. Much better experience than I ever could have anticipated. I was here with family and my brother got out of line a few times but the servers were nothing but kind and understanding. Food was phenomenal. Always hot and perfect. Yes, you may have to wait for the next order, but you want quality don't you. Even got special instructions on how to heat my left over biscuits. Just very pleased and impressed.

Eh.... I haven't been to a Red Lobster in years! I don't know, but it all just seems a bit dated. A ton of servers all over the place. Most hanging out in the corner of the dinning room chatting with each other when not serving. Food was average and not worth returning for for the price. I felt like you either had to be older or a tourist to be there.

The food is really good! Very fulfilling. Our waitress must of woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She is far from polite and is not friendly at all. Compared to the other servers on the side were on, she needs to learn customer service and she doesn't have a personality.

I have never eaten a bad dish at red lobster, love the hot biscuits they serve while I'm waiting on my salad which is always crisp with the perfectly made Caesar dressing. I do not have a preference of seafood dishes. They are all delicious !

Usually good food but sometimes slip ups happen - like last Friday - no one in my party eats pork so I asked the waiter if they could prepare a shrimp dish MINUS the Andouille sausage - he checked and said no problem - the meal continued and when the shrimp dish came out to us what would we find in it - Andouille sausage! It ruined the entire meal. To be fair the waiter was very apologetic - and when the Manager came over she was very pleasant and said that the meal would be on them but the damage was already done - we left the rest of the plates uneaten and walked out. Doubt I shall be patronizing here again.
