Do yourself a favor and stop by Paul's to discover what a mom & pop sub shop should be like. They use quality bread and Boar's Head cold cuts in their subs. They slice everything super thin, which is typically more difficult on the sandwich maker and is a sign of the care and attention they give to the food they serve. If you're a sandwich lover like me, you know that this makes a world of difference. In terms of price, you don't pay anywhere near what the food is worth. I always add a tip because I don't feel like they charge me enough for the great meal. If you're into trendy eateries, this ain't it. If you're looking for a great lunch at a great price, go to Paul's.

Love this place! Great friendly service and a great lunch special for only 5.50$! Sandwiches are made to order and has that local mom and pop feel where they get to know you and know what you want before you order. Would definitely recommend this place for lunch for take out or dine in!

Get the Italian. Toasted. Prices are right. Hope they never change. Updated 2/26/2015: Not putting as much meat into the sandwiches as before. Have to say pretty disappointed with the sandwich. Not worth the trip anymore.

Wish we had a deli like this back home. Good, authentic, homemade Italian sandwiches. Service was fabulous, clean. Don't be scared of the strip mall. Really great food. Amazing meatball sub, wow! Had mine w extra cheese. The Reuben is fantastic. Also had Italian sandwich, best I've had. Priced right. Good people, good food. Nice, authentic, local mom and pop shop.
(5)Manuel M.
Great food. Thoroughly enjoyed the lasagna and meatballs. A generous portion we could not finish. The antipasto salad was also very good with lots of meat and olives. The garlic bread was nice and crunchy. Service was great for a deli, definitely would come back.

Wow, why am I just finding this place? Close by, cute little deli, friendly staff! The subs I tried were great! Italian hoagie and pizza subs. (No I couldn't finish both lol so I have lunch tomorrow.) Boarshead meat, delicious fresh bread, fresh everything and so tasty. I will definitely be back. I would like to try the Italian stuffed peppers, and all the other subs! Great stuff!
(5)ILIA A.
Family owned Sandwich shop. Feels like home. Very friendly and Awesome customer service. Everything is made fresh daily, including the bread which gets delivered regularly. They use Boars Head Meat. They have a lunch special for $5.50 for half a sub, chips, a can of soda or fountain drink. You can choose from cheesesteak, hero, Italian, pastrami, eggplant parmesan, grilled chicken, turkey, Chicken parmesan, and many more. They also have lasagna, garlic bread, potato salad, macaroni salad, and desserts like Baklava, Cheesecake, Tiramisu, & Cannoli.
(5)Kady W.
YUM! The bread they use here is soft, chewy, and crusty when ordered hot. The deli meats here are sliced to order with every sub. The vegetables used are fresh, crisp, and colorful. I love to order my subs with the works and fresh mozzarella. Yes, you heard me, FRESH mozzarella!!! For a reasonable upcharge; you too can enjoy the delicious goodness of fresh mozzarella on your already tasty sub. The staff here are also super friendly, which makes for easy banter. You can discuss things like how they have been in their location for over 20 years in the community! With great food and friendly staff; it's no wonder Paul's has been a Kissimmee lunch time staple.
(5)Vanessa L.
First time here, thanks to Yelp. Ordered a tuna sub (lunch special so it was half a sub) and was happy. Nice soft bread which makes a difference. Lunch special is under $6 even after tax.
(5)Kevin M.
Awesome sandwiches, great service! I feel like my sainted grandmother is making her favorite grandson a delicious lunch to remember. They feature 10+ Boars Head meat varieties, all delightful. The Italian Hero is excelent. The sausage sandwich has a nice peppery burn. I plan on trying everything on the menu. Oh... and the bread! Heavenly! Try the wheat bread. Very dark, yet nice and fluffy crumb. Forget Subway! Paul's prices are the same or a bit less, and the flavors! I will be coming back again!

Pauls Pauls Pauls oh how I've grown to love you. At the suggestion of a co-worker I decided to try this local sandwich shop and was definitely not disappointed :) For my first visit, I ordered the lunch special which consists of half of a sub, a bag of chips and a drink for only $5 and some change. The veggies were extremely fresh and they use boars head meat which is super tasty. Needless to say this meal hit the spot. This local restaurant is no frills, basic real and delicious food! They offer other Italian dishes that from what I've heard are very good also. You can order ahead and pick up, place your order when you get there or have your food delivered. But do yourself a favor and visit in person because all of the staff members there are super friendly and make you feel right at home. They are all very knowledgeable about their menu and offer great suggestions if you show up undecided. I've tried the turkey sub and roast beef sub. Both were great. After my first visit, I actually returned the day after because my first experience was so pleasant. I really can't say enough great things about this place and I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for great food at a great price!

DUDE!!! We found this spot on a whim, thanks to Yelp!!! The niece and nephew had a birthday party down the street at the bowling alley, and we wanted some REAL food. We walked down 192 while looking up on Yelp what was nearby, and BAM we find Paul's! They were closing in 30 minutes, so we hustled in and picked quickly. First thing we saw, they use Boar's Head. Already a plus. The menu had some great options, but we wanted to go with what their best seller was and so we were told to try the Italian. They had the option of upgrading to fresh mozzarella, which we of course did. Even though they had already started picking up the dining room for the day, the guy was nice enough to offer us a table there to eat. Super friendly staff, great subs and potato salad side. We are FOR SURE going to return upon our next visit to the area. A hidden, hole in the wall, gem!
(5)Crystal T.
Best sandwich shop and deli in the area!! Fresh bread, meat and veggies!! Highly recommend!!
(5)Taylor L.
Happened to be passing by on our way home from a Disney trip, headed back to Miami, and we were looking for a quick stop to pick up some sandwiches! Found this absolutely hidden GEM thanks to Yelp! We ordered a prosciutto sub, Italian sub and salami sub! What can I say but that all 3 were so fantastic! We're totally jealous that we could never find such a fantastic deli in Miami! And the staff was so amazingly nice and took the time to chat with us and made us feel so welcome! We're from Miami where you're lucky if the person helping you makes eye contact or sends a smile your way. As we left, every single person looked up and gave us a very friendly send off! We will absolutely be back the next time we're in town! Please bring one to Miami!!!!! We need you!!
(5)Mike F.
Excellent little local deli. Great variety and even better taste. Super friendly folks who run it too.
(5)Nelson V.
Paul's is a hideaway of heaven! My wife and daughter had the tuna sub and spaghetti and meatballs respectively. The tuna was out of this world. The spaghetti was pretty perfect, terrific meatballs! I had the Antipasto salad and it too was authentic and delicious. Here on vacation and always willing to stop in to a local shop than any chain. Paul's is a great spot that's really inexpensive and lots of flavor. Don't hesitate... Go now!
(5)Lisa A.
I decided to try Paul's based on my yelp search...I love sandwiches and being able to support small business always interests me! I was not disappointed!!! I came in just after lunch so it wasn't too busy. I ordered a 1/2 sub, the Italian hero (provolone, salami, capicola, mortadella and ham) plus most of 'the works' (mustard, mayo, let, tom, banana peppers)...the 1/2 came with chips and a drink all for $5.89 (tax included) the whole sub on its own is only $5.95!!! It was delicious! Served up fast, fresh and by friendly people!!! All sandwiches use fresh cut deli meats, and you can taste it!!!! When you're in Kissimmee this place is a must try! You can also get sliced deli meats to go!!!!!
(5)Carina S.
Never on this side of town but happen to be for a big car show. I decided to YELP and find something quick. First, love the amazing Italian family that runs it. They were all helpful and ran like a well oiled machine. We ordered subs, chips and drinks. The bread was fresh, the toppings were fresh and the food was good. The only thing I really missed was the smell of a true Italian deli (if you know what I am talking about, you know how it just makes you hungry walking in). Overall, good. Will visit again!

Boy have I missed this place. Had to move to NY a year ago for school and one would think that it would be easy to find a good sandwich shop with NY's vast selection of places to eat. Wrong. There are only a hand full of places that even come near the quality of Paul's Deli and the sandwiches are 2 to 3 times more expensive. Can't wait for summer break to go back to my beloved sandwiches. Truly the best sub in Kissimmee hands down. Business is family owned and the prices are unbeatable!
(5)Ray B.
Great food and a nice little Italian deli. I would give it 5 stars if they had better bread. It is consistently the best sandwich you will find in Kissimmee. The staff is always very nice and friendly. It can get busy and there isn't a lot of seating so get there early. The lumberjack and the Italian are both great sandwiches. There is also a small store in the deli which has great Italian specialty items. Definitely worth a visit.
(4)Vacation Kitty C.
Great subs/hoagies! Small family business that knocks it out of the park. Macaroni salad is homemade and made fresh daily. It is a "must try"! Great customer service. Fast and friendly. Great for lunch. Especially with the $5.50 1/2 sub, chips & soda deal! You won't be disappointed.
(5)Leah T.
Awesome subs! Very fresh and sooo good! I was surprised when the sub tasted much better than publix!
(5)Ethan L.
probably one of the closest ur going to get to real italian deli from the northeast. these guys are from new york and if ur in south orlando or k-town for lunch its worth a shot.

My favorite sandwich place!! Interior: The place is small but cozy. It's a little old-looking but they have a flat screen TV which is usually on the ESPN channel. (3/5) Food: I always get the lunch special which comes with a 1/2 sub, a bag of chips, and a drink (a fountain drink, a can of soda or a bottle of water). The lunch special is only $5.50 plus tax. Now that I live in NYC I realize how cheap that is! For a sandwich I always get chicken on white with lettuce, tomato, cheese, salt and pepper (I'm a simple girl). I accompany that with sour cream and onion Cape Cod chips and a bottle of water. On the other hand, my bf always gets a whole pastrami sandwich on wheat with everything (all the add-ins). What I like about this place is that they put sooooo much meat on the sandwich that afterwards you'll look down on Subway every time you pass by it. (5/5) Atmosphere: This business is family owned. All the people that work there are very nice. If you come here enough (like I did) they'll know you on a first name basis and they'll even remember what you order. It's a great place to get a quick lunch meal. If you go around lunch time you'll probably see a fire truck outside and a lot of firefighters/police enjoying the yummy sandwiches. I also see doctors there since there is a hospital and clinics nearby. (5/5) The place is a little hidden so not a lot of people know about it. This place is definitely underrated and deserves more attention from the locals. I would say it's a hidden gem. I can't wait to go back to Kissimmee so I can have lunch at Paul's Deli.
(5)Jessy T.
Actual italian food here in central Florida! Super nice staff, family owned business. I'm not sure why the other reviewers didn't like their bread, I thought it was great... Although Mama was telling us they used to use a different bread (more crusty italian like) but people didn't like it.... Not sure how long ago they switched. The tiramisu is AMAZING - Mama makes it herself and reasonably priced at $2.50. This place has the best subs in Kissimmee hands down, in my opinion... If you find a better place, let me know !
(5)Bear P.
In Kissimmee on business and saw the great Yelp reviews for this place and thought I'd give them a try. Pulled up in front of the place on a Tuesday night and the place was empty...literally empty, like void of all equipment and supplies....appears that this place pulled up stakes and closed.
(3)Adam B.
I went to pauls last week during lunch. I asked the guy behind the counter for whatever he felt the best sandwich was. He suggested the Italian, which would not have been my first choice but he should know better than me. it was awesome. Hands down one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Cant wait to get a chance to have lunch in Kissimmee again.
(5)Dei L.
My favorite place to get subs in Kissimmee, without a doubt! The subs are absolutely delicious and the prices for their subs isn't bad at all. The lunch special is great! To top it all off, the staff is very friendly.
