Went to Denny's after church and had My french toast slam and husband had the ultimate skillet. Food was very good and their service was prompt. The waitress was busy and forgot my husband refill but other than that the service was good and the food was delicious.

Omg. Dirty restrooms, waitress Amparo just could not wear gloves and was allowed to touch customer's food while touching other objects in the restaurant. They kept running out of stuff. I'm not from Florida, but everywhere we have been in Kissimmee, its been nasty and the service has been awful. The manager took two meals off our tab but she did nothing about Amparo wearing gloves or using tongs to handle food. This makes Denny's look really bad and for me to have a background in food service, I will never eat at a Denny's again.

Just ate here and our waitress Crista was awful! We went in and got seated right away, acouple minutes later she came up and asked what we wanted I ordered the invisible woman slammer and my friend ordered the peanut butter pancakes. We were asked if we wanted anything in our hash browns and I said sure....because she didn't state it was a up charge. About 20 minutes later our food came out...my pancakes were just normal, no fruit at all. I had to raise my hand and call to our waitress because she just threw the food on the table and walked away. She did not apologize or anything just picked up the plate while rolling her eyes and brought me back another one. Then my hasbrowns were missing everything. The eggs were cold. The cheese was cold. But the plate was hot. Our waitress never even came back to check on us, apologize, bring the check, nothing. I went up to the hostess who was dark akinned. Long black hair and extremely nice and she was kind enough to apologize. Thank us. And check us out. Our waitress came up to the register and just turned around and walked away. I will NEVER go here again, such rude and horrible service! !!

The waitress was nice, I can't complain about the service, however the food was pretty bad. I have ordered their burger and it tasted pan fried, shoot, I can make that at home. It was pretty empty and I am sure they reheat every dish. I don't like eating in places that are too slow because of this reason. Despite how close I live by Dennys, I will not be dining here anymore.

The pumpkin pancakes were awesome! Amber was a sweetheart! Apart from that, it was pretty much regular Denny's.

While in the Orlando/Kissimmee area on vacation with my family we ate at "Denny's", the food was good not the best but we had no complaints. Our waiter and waitress servers were all nice and attentive. My son's order was wrong, he had wanted Onion Rings instead of fries, my son's girlfriend got the cheese fries, but the waitress led her to believe no extra cost but it was extra $3, and my daughter ordered a salad and they brought wrong dressing and no bread..but again the food was good!!! They weren't that busy, it was a late lunch for us..but we would go again, if nothing else was opened.

Really bad! No clean tables. Bathroom was dirty and smelled of pee. Left to sit after ordering for over 30 minutes. Don't eat here!

If a restaurant with national name recognition is in the tourist district, one should expect large groups. But this applies both to the patrons and to the management. You staff (and train employees) to handle the party sizes you're likely to encounter. My partner and I stopped in late on a Sunday morning. We hadn't been to a Denny's in a while, and wanted to give it a chance. This one opened within the past few years -- long enough to work the bugs out (I'd think) but also long enough to have slipped on maintenance, if they were so prone. We were pleasantly surprised that this location is clean and almost-new looking. We were seated promptly, and then remotely acknowledged by a server that was clearly in the weeds. She helped a large party that was seated well ahead of us -- and then disappeared. The booth next to ours was done and looked ready to go, but had no check. After 10 minutes of no visit, no offer of coffee or water, no employee contact of any sort ... we got up and left, cheered on by others who wished to do the same (had they not been waiting to pay). If we'd even been offered something to drink, we'd have stayed, but it certainly wasn't a portent of good service to come. They didn't have every table sat, but they just couldn't keep up with even the basics. We may try again one day, but looking at the other reviews on here, this level of (non) service seems be the norm here. I guess if you cater to tourists, you don't care if you get repeat visitation.

Yes, 4 stars for a Denny's. This place was clean as a whistle, the staff was friendly, attentive and energetic. The food was actually tasty, good temperature, accurate to what we ordered, and not greasy. The place was clean and bright, and had a nice feel to it, very un-Denny's like. They even seemed to have a certain aggressive edge to them since they offered Karaoke on Friday & Saturday late nights. Not my cup of tea, but I like that the management there thinks outside the box.

Absolutely terrible service. We were seated after about 15 minutes. It took another 15 minutes to get our drinks and another 50 minutes to get our food. They were out of bananas, and they kept messing up our order. Even the waitress admitted that this happens every weekend. The manager should be fired.

We were tired. It was a long day. The friendly waitress told us her name five times inside 8/9 minutes 'hi my name is xxx I'll be your server tonight.' She genuinely seemed not to realise she was doing this, it was late night and so we smiled politely each time and said 'hi there xxx.' There was a really lovely smell of coffee in the air, it was very tempting but nevertheless it was diet cokes instead and no ice: $2.19 each. A lot of the menu suggested the sort of food that's factory made, frozen, then deep fried on demand. We each had sirloin steaks with veg. The steaks were very, very tasty and a decent portion all properly cooked as ordered. A1 sauce was plonked on the table but we weren't interested as we find it has an acrid tang and its a bit watery; HP sauce is way way better but it's not easily available in the US of A. Colman's English mustard woulda made it fab. Our server brought drink refills (no extra charge) and once we ate our meals she asked us if we wanted desserts, but no thanks; again we guess industrial made stuff. The steak meal came in about $12 each and we added a decent tip. The rest rooms were really pristine clean. One down side was that I didn't find the seating any way comfortable and I was glad to go.

Waitress was friendly, but each meal we ordered had a part missing, such as the omelette that we ordered with missing hash browns, in which we had to remind them to give it to us. Some of the food was over/undercooked.
