I guess I should start by saying that you should not come here with high expectations... To be honest, It is only $5.99 for all you can eat mediocre pizza.... the catch is the drink is an additional $2.50. But fear not, there are always coupons somewhere..Just look before you go. The only reason I come here is for the kids. Not sure why, but kids love CiCi's. The only saving grace here is the "make your own". You can basically get anything you want on a pizza, and they will bring it to your table for no extra charge. Also, the dessert pizza is pretty awesome, but drowning in butter..Does it rally matter after eating 10 slices...NO!

May 17th My family and I ate at cicis at first I was upset that there were no pizzas on bar and the place was full. The manager should have been better prepared for the weekend lunch rush. If you see you are short staffed don't make excuses, but on the other note she did get pizza's out quickly but people were not respectful took plate fulls not thinking of others and going back for seconds .. so everyone could eat. Manager did accommodate by taking request for specialty pizza and bring two slices of cheese pizza for our sone ... made the experience better.

This isn't a bad 2 stars I'm giving because its simply not anything more than that. However, for the price you pay whether full price or through discounts, you get good value for your money with the all you can eat pizza and salad option. With families shelling out tons of dough for Disney tix, this isn't a bad lunch option. I recommend getting the groupon to save even more money. The dining area is fairly clean while the restrooms need some work. There are video games to keep the kids from getting antsy while aunt Bertha is loading up on her 12th slice. The food is below average and bland but will do for what you invested. Salad bar is convenient for those who don't want to load up on the dough.

The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because the cashier lady was very pleasant. Lets start with the pizza. Although there were many pizza options each one was worse than the next. They all were room temperature and hard. They tasted like cardboard. The salad bar area was the only decent food in the whole place. The lettuce was fresh and they had many options for add ins. Although the place was clean it was very grungy. The soda fountain was rusty and old. I understand you get what you pay for, but I would rather not waste my $10. Very disappointing.
