I have always like the chick-fil-a sandwich but the last few visits to various locations have disappointed me. Unfortunately this one did too. First the sandwich has shrunk - a lot. I very seldom could finish an entire chicken sandwich but this one was so flat and small it was gobbled up in no time Second, for some reason, they no longer serve hot and crispy fries. They have consistently been lukewarm and limp. Yuck. And I don't have time or energy when in a hurry to exchange them, nor should you need to. My daughters nuggets were room temperature and she did exchange them for hot ones. But again, why not just serve them hot the first time? I may have visited for the last time as the consistenty being disappointed has reached its limit.

When we were last at Disney, we stopped here every morning for a week. We went through the drive-thru and ordered breakfast and also two regular chicken sandwiches that we took into the Park each day for lunch. I had no idea they served the chicken sandwiches during breakfast. I was surprised they said, "Yes" when I asked. They don't have them ready though, so you will have to wait about 10 minutes for them. I have been going to Chick-Fil-A restaurants for many, many years and I've been to a lot of them. I gave this one 5 stars because of the fabulous customer service we received every morning. Most of you already know that Chick-Fil-A is known for their outstanding customer service at all of their restaurants, but they really went above and beyond here. A little something extra they did here every morning was put mints and those little hand sanitizer napkins in the bag with our food. It may not seem like much, but I haven't seen it done at any Chick-Fil-A before. Because we had to wait the 10 minutes every morning, we would have to pull forward. Each morning a different person brought our food out, but every one of them brought it with a smile and wished us a good day. The size of the piece of chicken on the sandwiches were also huge every day on every single sandwich. Our last day in Florida before going to the airport, we decided to eat something cheap and had never really tried chick Fil A other than the one in Fairfield. I have to say I was surprised by how good the crispy chicken sandwich was as well as the waffle fries. But what I enjoyed here the most wasn't the food though, it was the Banana pudding shake! It was just as described, Banana's, pudding and ice cream and nilla wafers. It's only around for a limited time though, so get it! My hubby got the spicy chicken sandwich and loved it as well! It's a Chick-Fil-A. I don't think it is really different than any other Chick-Fil-A. It is a chain. You can find them all over the South, and in many other parts of the nation as well. If you are not well versed in CFA, please note they are always closed on Sundays. I love the lemonade and diet lemonade. The Asian Salad is also really nice. They have this great honey sesame dressing plus wontons and almonds. It's quite good for a fast food salad. The chicken minis are one of my favorite breakfasts.

My bf and I ordered the spicy chicken sandwiches with pepper jack cheese, a side of waffle fries and he had a cookies and cream shake. All this for about $12 was pretty reasonable for a lunch before heading to the Orlando airport! We didn't wait too long to get our sandwiches and they were pretty good. The sandwich had a pretty good spice to it without it being too spicy. I would have liked the pepper jack cheese to be melted just a little bit more though. Overall it was a pretty good chicken sandwich! Oh I love how they put pickles in there too! Portion wise the sandwich was pretty filling. Waffle fries were just ok as they were a little bit soggy. I liked the chicken sandwich and fries here but couldn't help but compare it to McDonald's. I guess chick fil a has healthier and/or fresher ingredients but the flavors are almost the same to me. All in all I would come back again to try their nuggets and chicken tenders! Oh my bf loves the cookies and cream milkshake so we'll be back for that too! :)

They definitely fit put the fast in "Fast-Food" Plenty of seats and was even impressed with the cleanliness of the place. THe manager came around and passed out free magnets and stickers. You've got to give a thumbs up to this place despite whatever political viewers the owners of the franchise have.

I work across the street and once I was accidentally given a root beer (which I dislike very much) instead of a diet dr pepper. I called and told them, and the manager brought me a full fresh meal with the correct soda across the street to my work since I was stuck there for the next 13 hrs (no break and couldn't leave the premises). Dearest Chick-Fil-A, I'd like to express my feelings in song: if loving you is wrong, I don't want to be right. And loving you this much? Probably very (very) wrong. But that's ok. Small, focused, In-N-Out-like menu (love!), best fries EVER, and the friendliest fast-food service (on par with previously mentioned I-N-O) in the business. This was the 2nd (out of 3) Chick-Fil-As visited during our 5 day trip to Orlando. Oh yes, we did! Ordered the fries, a drink, and the spicy chicken - you've been warned, they are not messing around with the cayenne. If you do not have a trained pepper palate, you may sweat. On this occasion, the kitchen got our order confused and we were waiting for a while. Why the 5 stars? The food was delicious, as usual, but the manager went above and beyond with our delayed order: sincere apologies, extra fries, and 2 free chicken coupons. Now that, is service!

Not a huge variety on the menu, but that means they're focusing on doing what they do, better than anyone else. Been to this location about 3-4 times, it's the closest to our Timeshare. Since I can't get this stuff in Seattle, I store up the supplies and eat this little slice of heaven for breakfast!! Nice interior and play area for the little kiddos, can at times be rather messy, i.e. food on tables, supplies tossed about, out of mayo.... Interesting business plan they operate on, they are closed on Sundays! Good for them.

We usually wind up eating at this Chick-Fil-A when in the Kissimmee area due to location but also because of the service and, YES, that dang chicken! We ate at this one two times the last time we were in Kissimmee and both times were a five star. Clean, friendly service and a neat setting. The new Fudge Brownie Sundae is great and the ice cream had that homemade taste to it. The waffle fries are ALWAYS dead on, just like that DANG CHICKEN! The big bummer about Chick-Fil-A is that there are NONE in Oregon and when we go to Florida, we have to cram as many trips as we can there. Take a tip from the cow and eat more chicken, especially Chick-Fil-A!

I go to Chick-Fil-A for one reason: their fried chicken breakfast burrito! I love that thing. And if you just buy the burrito--not the whole meal--it is only $2.55. That will be the most filling $2.55 you'll spend on any fast food breakfast. In other words, the burrito is "substantial and weighty," as someone once wrote. They have a lot of other great breakfast items as well. To be honest I'm not that crazy about their day-time menu. I suppose their chicken is better than, say, McDonald's, but it is still fast food. This location can be a bit tricky to navigate. It is tucked right next to a gas station in the corner of the Watertower shopping area. Just drive slowly and you'll be fine. And order the fried chicken breakfast burrito! PS. Be sure to order the FRIED CHICKEN breakfast burrito. They also serve a version with grilled chicken or sausage, but those two cannot compete with the original.

Cannot believe I did not review one of my favorite places long ago. Sits on the edge of Celebration and I have been going here for years, it is a favorite of locals. The management is the key. Dave the owner and his long time staff are everywhere, keeping the staff motivated and the restaurant spotless. Even the kids' play area is constantly being cleaned. Many of our local kids had their first job here and they learned to work hard, pay attention to detail and really care about the patrons. Place can be super busy but worth a few minutes on line. You can always get a meal to go and then head to downtown Celebration and sit by Lake Reinhart in the Town Disney built!

My Family LOVES this Chick Fil A! We drive through the drive through with our two buldogs and the staff is so friendly!! We love that they know us and they are always so kind and give great quick service! We love this chick fil a!!

Amazing service!! Director of hospitality (forgot his name, but an older gentleman) and shift leader demala were super kind and polite!! They made sure to come around and ask about the service, food, and ensure tables were clean. The chicken sandwiches were outta this world. We need fast food chains like this in NYC. The chick-fil-a near NYU sucks!! The service is terrible compared to this location in Orlando!

Can't say enough good things about this location. Great food, fast and friendly service, and if they make a mistake they make it right. I work across the street and once I was accidentally given a root beer (which I dislike very much) instead of a diet dr pepper. I called and told them, and the manager brought me a full fresh meal with the correct soda across the street to my work since I was stuck there for the next 13 hrs (no break and couldn't leave the premises). Huge act of kindness and certainly won my loyalty.

Same great chicken but what sets this Chick-Fil-A apart is that they ALWAYS put in a mint and hand sanitizing wipe in your bag.

Dearest Chick-Fil-A, I'd like to express my feelings in song: if loving you is wrong, I don't want to be right. And loving you this much? Probably very (very) wrong. But that's ok. Small, focused, In-N-Out-like menu (love!), best fries EVER, and the friendliest fast-food service (on par with previously mentioned I-N-O) in the business. This was the 2nd (out of 3) Chick-Fil-As visited during our 5 day trip to Orlando. Oh yes, we did! Ordered the fries, a drink, and the spicy chicken - you've been warned, they are not messing around with the cayenne. If you do not have a trained pepper palate, you may sweat. On this occasion, the kitchen got our order confused and we were waiting for a while. Why the 5 stars? The food was delicious, as usual, but the manager went above and beyond with our delayed order: sincere apologies, extra fries, and 2 free chicken coupons. Now that, is service!

Try as all the burger joints might to do chicken right, there's no comparing to Chick-Fil-A. Not a huge variety on the menu, but that means they're focusing on doing what they do, better than anyone else. I love that they offer diet lemonade -- so I can pretend I'm being healthy with the fried-chicken sandwich and waffle-cut french fries.

A great chicken chain out of the south, just wish they'd hurry up to the NW!! This location is okay, staff was okay, food was okay, waffle fries were cold, NO WAY!...WAY!! FOR SHAME!! Been to this location about 3-4 times, it's the closest to our Timeshare. Since I can't get this stuff in Seattle, I store up the supplies and eat this little slice of heaven for breakfast!! Nice interior and play area for the little kiddos, can at times be rather messy, i.e. food on tables, supplies tossed about, out of mayo.... Interesting business plan they operate on, they are closed on Sundays! Good for them.

This is the first chik fil a that I have been to that didn't use the phrase "my pleasure". Service was average to that of a McDonald's (which for Chik-Fil-A, is not typical) sandwich was good, but fries weren't so great.

We usually wind up eating at this Chick-Fil-A when in the Kissimmee area due to location but also because of the service and, YES, that dang chicken! We ate at this one two times the last time we were in Kissimmee and both times were a five star. Clean, friendly service and a neat setting. The new Fudge Brownie Sundae is great and the ice cream had that homemade taste to it. The waffle fries are ALWAYS dead on, just like that DANG CHICKEN! The big bummer about Chick-Fil-A is that there are NONE in Oregon and when we go to Florida, we have to cram as many trips as we can there. Take a tip from the cow and eat more chicken, especially Chick-Fil-A!

I go to Chick-Fil-A for one reason: their fried chicken breakfast burrito! I love that thing. And if you just buy the burrito--not the whole meal--it is only $2.55. That will be the most filling $2.55 you'll spend on any fast food breakfast. In other words, the burrito is "substantial and weighty," as someone once wrote. They have a lot of other great breakfast items as well. To be honest I'm not that crazy about their day-time menu. I suppose their chicken is better than, say, McDonald's, but it is still fast food. This location can be a bit tricky to navigate. It is tucked right next to a gas station in the corner of the Watertower shopping area. Just drive slowly and you'll be fine. And order the fried chicken breakfast burrito! PS. Be sure to order the FRIED CHICKEN breakfast burrito. They also serve a version with grilled chicken or sausage, but those two cannot compete with the original.

Cannot believe I did not review one of my favorite places long ago. Sits on the edge of Celebration and I have been going here for years, it is a favorite of locals. The management is the key. Dave the owner and his long time staff are everywhere, keeping the staff motivated and the restaurant spotless. Even the kids' play area is constantly being cleaned. Many of our local kids had their first job here and they learned to work hard, pay attention to detail and really care about the patrons. Place can be super busy but worth a few minutes on line. You can always get a meal to go and then head to downtown Celebration and sit by Lake Reinhart in the Town Disney built!
