Best cheese steaks outside of Philly I have ever had! Bread was soft & plenty of flavorful beef! Yum! Every Time we are in Kissimmee we have to stop here! Highly recommend the trip! I got a philly cheese steak, fries, coke for around $12. Love this place!

Best cheesesteak in the state and I've been to a lot of Eagles joints claiming that they're the best. Although you can't tell from outside, inside reminds me of a cheesesteak place around the corner in Philly. A great Sunday afternoon, an Eagles game, a cheesesteak from here, and a couple of beers.

Amazing! 12inch Cheesesteak with onions & provolone!!! The bread was straight from South Philly!! I'm def coming back!!

Worst cheese steak in the area. Go to phillys in St Cloud quality over quantity! Yuck.

This place has a very friendly staff. Been going for a few years and never disappointed in the meal. The chicken steak is outstanding as well as the Philly and pizza steak. Great local business

Great cheesesteaks! Support small business! The colorful paint is a response to local government overreach.Try them out! Great food and some Philly favorites are available! Yum!

My boyfriend and I split a philly cheesesteak it was good, but for $10 it didn't come with chips or fries - it was a bit expensive for us. The staff was friendly but the signs on the wall of "how to order" came off as rude and condescending.

I remember finding this place. It's right next to the 711 on 192 near Silver Spurs Arena. The colors of the outside of the building are very cool. It got my attention. I went in and I was the only person there. They had just opened. Love having the places like this to myself. I ordered a Philly and the young lady at the register suggested several toppings. I said I would follow her suggestion. I waited just for a bit. The Philly came out and I knew I would regret it. I would regret not getting the full size. I only got the half and the half was not enough. Philly was made perfectly. I couldn't have another sandwich so I asked for a pizza slice just to try what they have. The young lady at the counter said they make their own dough from scratch. I took a bite and I fell in love. Fresh ingredients in every bite. I am going to go back and take lots it pictures. This place is a must try.

Fuego bistec de queso. Would highly recommend it.

Yum yum, yelp was right again! You want a good Philly, don't go here cause they were great! Not a dinner place but a must stop for lunch. Staff was super friendly too!

I'll say that the food here is definitely pretty good. The rules to order and the attitude of the owners/operators are rough but I think it's the NE feel. The cheesesteak makes up for it at least.

My boyfriend and I used to really love this place. We used to go at least every week even if it was a little pricey because we were just craving it all the time. Their cheesesteaks were the best! Nothing compared! A lot of meat and very cheesy which I loved! The bread was so good too. But since the owner changed, I've only been there once. Felt kinda disappointed because the original owner was so awesome, although I still had high hopes that the sandwich was going to taste the same or at least decent. The new owners were nice, but the cheesesteak was just awful. No flavor whatsoever. Very little meat and cheese. I usually only get mayo on my cheesesteak so when I asked where my mayo was on my cheesesteak, they told me that condiments were over on the side. I think the old owner used to cook the steak, cheese, and mayo altogether which definitely made the difference. But this time around, we were supposed to put the mayo on our sandwich ourselves. That ruined it for me. So disappointed. Now, I'm still on the search for a good Philly cheesesteak!

The new owners are messing up a good thing. I drive from Cocoa to get a good cheesesteak and I'm highly disappointed. Time to look for a new place.

Bomb cheesesteak! A lot of meet. My fiance and I split a sandwich for lunch and he's a big eater. The bread is made perfectly, not soggy. The cheese is perfectly melted. The restaurant is clean and easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking.

We were really excited about trying out this place after hearing lots of good stuff about it. Walked in at 5:40pm on a Saturday night and she said she would make our food, but we couldn't eat in the restaurant. As we walked out she told another person that she was trying to get out of there fast. It's a shame we couldn't try it. Not the best customer service... they must get so much business that they can turn away customers like that!

As I write this, my mouth is taking a break from making love to a cheesesteak. If that sounds wrong, then I don't want to be right. I've eaten quite a few cheesesteaks in my life and this one was not a disappointment. The sandwich comes overloaded with goodness, which I was afraid would rip the bread apart making a mess, but due to the bread being freshly baked, it holds quite well. One word? Delicious.

I can't imagine a Cheesesteak from "Gino's" or "Pat's" in Philadelphia would taste much better than this. If it does, I already know where I'm going on my next vacation. And I'd still be comparing them to Cheesesteak Factory. 'Cause they're just that freaking good. I imagine moms don't like this place, seeing as how their children, upon bitting into this pile cheesy goodness, wouldn't be able to fight the urge to "jump up and slap" them. But seriously, tell me where I could find a better cheesesteak, and I'll ask you "What you talkin' 'bout, Willis?"

These other reviews have to be fake. First off this place is a literal hole in the wall. Old and disgusting inside. The AC was barely working and it was super hot inside. Paid $2 for a soda which is fine except they literally use Dixie cups. They would hold half a can of soda at the most. Wife got fries and I got tots and both were so burned we couldn't eat them. Asked for my sandwich to be plain with just cheese and it had onions all in it and when I couldn't pick them out and asked them to remake it they acted put out. And as a cherry on top the diet coke went out after 1 fill. Had been at the ball field all day and was so thirsty. This is the only diet option they had so that was $2 wasted. I asked if they were going to change it out and the lady simply said I don't know and walked off. If you doubt me just show up and take a look at the place and you will see that this is an honest review from a real customer. We were from out of town and wanted to try something different. We couldn't have been more disappointed

Best Cheesesteaks in Florida! Being from up north, this place was a great find! My favorite is their chicken philly with those tasty sauteed onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Their portions are huge, a 6" is more than enough. But taking home leftovers is worth it.

This place was amazing! We were at a conference, brought our 25+ middle school students and leaders here for lunch. The two ladies took all of the different orders and served everything fresh! They did not miss a beat. Our whole group was happy we stopped by. Oh, and the food is awesome!

I'm a Philadelphia native, and a harsh critic of those who claim to offer "authentic" Pennsylvania foods; that said, this is one of the best cheesesteaks in Central Florida. They lose a star only because they don't offer whiz. If you order the tater tots (!) be careful not fill up on them and miss out on the steak, they give you a ton of them.
