After a bad run in at another baskin-Robbins we tried our luck here. We arrived more than 40 minutes before closing and were greeted soon after arrival pleasantly. The gentleman behind the ice cream counter let us take our time looking over the flavours, and didn't push us to make any rushed decisions. When the time came to order he made a point of mentioning quirky things about the flavours that some people may not like, just so that we were aware and could make a choice that suited us better. His knowledge of the ice cream was helpful. At checkout the girl was pleasant and chatty. Overall i thoroughly enjoyed my experience. If I wasn't leaving Kissimmee tomorrow I would be back.
