Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I am a Chinese New Yorker, so I have been spoiled by great Chinese food. Relatively speaking, Ace's food is not the top. But they are clean and service is good. The food variety is ok consider a "suburb" Chinese buffet. Since our group has many kids, the manager/owner agreed to give us a good discount child rate. The result? Haha! We went there almost every day for dinner during our stay there.

Not bad. As with any Chinese buffet, things can be left out too long. Keep an eye out for the items that are just brought out and you'll have an okay experience.

MSG-MSG-MSG!!! We had a large party of 18 that came in for Dinner based off of the Bill Board advertisement that we saw.....our party got full off of 1 plate which is unusal.... 30 minutes later my two boys broke out all over with a red rash -- they had an allergic reaction to MSG! No where in the resturant was a sign posted about the MSG or was it in their menus. An other 30 minutes later our whole group was sick with stomach cramps, nausea, and DIARRHEA!!!! I went back to the resturant to complain and was told they use a little MSG in their food.....NO WAY was that just a little!! Then they told me that the Golden Corral uses it too so we are not bad in using it ourselves......REALLY? This place odviously uses very LARGE AMOUNTS OF MSG to have gotten my two boys sick and our whole party of 18 sick!!! STAY AWAY!!

1 I am from CT well traveled and accustomed to really good Chinese food. I have also had lots of mediocre and even poor Chinese food this will go down in my Yelp book as a worst off. I had to suppress my gag reflex when I took a bite of a fried dumpling, they didn't have any steamed, then neither the general Tso's or sesame chicken where edible. The only things I had that I was actually decent was the pork fired rice but def Not outstanding and the button mushrooms. Even the tea I was served was at least a day old and had started to sour. Now add the price tag of 13.00 for dinner and 2.99 for my tea multiplied by 6 for my party and I'm pretty steamed. Ohh they also added a gratuity. (Just for the record I was polite and didn't raise a fuss or complain and the wait staff was friendly, just the food sucked.).

Our bill was $52 after tip/tax. It was myself, my wife and my 2 kids. Food was not that good, crab legs were about the highlight of the meal but they were slow to put more out. Service wasn't not bad, and the servers were polite. Just wasn't worth the cost of the bill for the food quality.

Last year when we were in this area, we ate here several times and liked it. I'm not sure if they have new owners or what the problem is, but we went there tonight and were disgusted. Everything was cold and stale, and when we complained, the waiter just brought us our bill, which was $28. My wife told the girl at the counter that it was the nastiest meal she ever had, and the girl just smiled and rang up the bill. We'll never go back again.

We decided to roam around our hotel and we came across this place. At first we passed by it to see if maybe we might see something a little better but after walking a couple of more minutes we saw that there was nothing else in the direction we were going so we turned around and went into the Chinese Buffet. The first thing we saw was the price for the buffet. It was only $13 for the dinner buffet and we were pulled in. We were taken to our seats and then we went around to see what was being served. They had seafood, soups, dumplings(not that great), meats, rices, some messy sushi, a salad bar, fruits and desserts. Sure not all the food was super great but it was still really good if you chose what looked really good. Our bill was of about $30 with two ice teas. The staff was very nice and even around 10p.m more people just kept coming in.

I'm in Orlando on vacation my husband wanted a Chinese buffet. I called this place and they said they had 95 items and lots of seafood so we decided to try it. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!! The worst Chinese food ever for me. My husband liked the crab legs though. My son hated it too!

Do yourself a favor and NEVER GO HERE!!! Went to this place with my child after a long day at the Water Park and it was on the way to the resort. It looked clean, wasn't packed with people and now I see why. They had alot of choices, but everything I tried was flavorless and dry, plus they're WAY OVER PRICED. I threw away more food than I ate. Then when I asked for the check they put a 15% gratuity, which usually I don't mind (& in most cases toss in extra on top of it) but I didn't see the waiter at all after he put our first drinks down, didn't clear our plates, and when I needed a refill of water I ended up leaving before I even got it and the place wasn't even busy. Second thing on my check that I noticed was that they charged me for 2 Adults instead of 1 adult & 1 child. When I asked for it to be corrected since my daughter is 9 the cashier made me bring up my kid for her to see for herself and then had the nerves to tell me she doesn't look 9. Like, SERIOUSLY!!! This woman had the nerves to question me about the age of my kid, and I had to tell her it wasn't her place to assume my childs age and that she needed to adjust my bill. And that was just MY experience...my cousins were there with thier children and it wasn't much better...I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN, NOR WILL MY FAMILY, NOR WILL MY FRIENDS, & HOPEFULLY ANYONE WHO READS THIS!

Chinese Super Buffer is the name on the marque. I'm from PA and it definitely has a different flavor than Chinese up north. The options are plentiful, but the flavor is not wonderful. It's hard to say typical Chinese buffet food, but it maybe if you're from another area. It doesn't have options of the American food that I'm use to at Chinese buffers. It does have sushi on the lunch buffet. It's really not fresh. So if that's a must, keep driving. They serve Coke products.

Not good... Please help yourself and go anywhere else, golden corral has 3 Michelin stars next to this Chinese place. Food seems to be days old, the batter in the fried food is simply horrible.

It's just cruel to provide such a shitty meal to people after a day at the most grueling place on Earth (aka Disney). Ace had zero vegetables, tons of empty pans, and even their fried food was shit (seriously, how do you screw up fried food?) Cinnamon flavored egg rolls and spring rolls- no thanks. And I'll eat crab Rangoon until I'm blue in the face, but I had one bite and left the rest on the plate. It was stale and nasty. I'm going to include a photo of the 'sushi buffet' which had one piece of sushi on it the whole time we were there. An irate and hungry lady demanded more to no avail. Save your money. Eat ANYWHERE else.

Our bill was 82 dollars for three adults and two children. After talking to the waitress's we found out that they were adding our 19 month old baby and our 2 year old nephew for 7.98 each. We ending up paying $70 for bad and cool food. Please avoid this place you will regretted price to high and bad Chinese food.

Duck jerky , sweet n sour fried dough side of chicken , crab wontons where good thu , didn't get a water refill not even once good thing we where not thirsty from the duck jerky , wasn't even busy guess that's why food was dry cuz it was waiting for us all day but it was 1:30pm

This place sucks! They call themselves a Chinese buffet, but you can count the authentic Chinese dishes on one hand and if you are looking for good Chinese, don't bother looking here! The dessert options are few and all looked unappealing. They really need to beef up their buffet choices.

Not good at all. Came here with a group of 15 people and no one liked it. Food is stale.
(1)Sheila W.
Nasty, nasty, nasty. Health department needs to come in here and shut it down. Cold food is room temp, hot food is barely warm. Waiting to see if food poisoning kicks on. Some dishes we didn't try, looked like they had been sitting there all day.
(1)David S.
Very poor food. It's cold, crusty and not worth your time. Almost no one here on a weekend day. Expensive for the offerings.
(1)David D.
Exactly what you would expect so close to so many hotels & resorts... We went in about 8pm and should have figured out right then and there our food was not going to be fresh or hot since there was only two other families eating. Some food from the steam table was barely warm while the food that was hot was not great quality, even for a Buffett. We would not return to this restaurant.

Fresh, tasty food, and a lot of variety which fulfilled everyone's appetite. Had kids teens and college aged friends with me. Everyone left happy and full. The price was expectable, and the service was friendly.
