This was new a few months ago and has definitely improved since its first days of existence. For the most part, staff members are polite and friendly but there's one, sometimes two (depending on the day) that are unfriendly and at times rude. I feel strongly about customer care and a being greeted with nice warm welcome...I don't always receive that. I am a regular at this Dunkin Donuts so it's almost insulting that they know I frequent their location daily and they don't care to please me as a patron... yesterday I pulled up and waited patiently and all she said was "go ahead with your order"...hello to you too! Anyways, the drinks taste better than they did a few months ago and that's what really matters. I will say, it's irritating to ask for a water cup at the box then pulling up to the window only to ask again and receiving a look of annoyance. This happens all the time. Now, some of you might say I'm the annoying individual in the situation but water is important and coffee makes me thirsty so oh well! As far as the inside goes, they need to sweep more and wipe the chairs and tables down. There's always crumbs and such. They usually always have plenty of staff so I feel they should be able to provide a cleaner atmosphere when it isn't during hectic hours. I give this Dunkin Donuts four stars because of its prime location and the fact that it has improved, but I'd like to see it measure up to other locations I've been too. Enjoy, xo

This Dunkin, like many of these stores, is a bit of a mess in the mornings. I don't know if it's a staff scheduling issue or what, but they just don't seem to handle being busy all that well. Going inside to avoid the drive thru line is a terrible idea because your order gets messed up and the wait is an eternity. However, getting good via drive through is a relatively safe bet that your order will be correct. But even that's not safe. It still gets three stars because Dunkin's coffee is so tasty. It's their service that sucks.

This is a nice and clean place. Has the coffee shop feel with bright colors. They are fast and efficient. Seating is indoor and sparse with seating along the window and two booths. I ordered the Southwest Steak Burrito combo. It comes with hash browns and medium coffee. I have to confess I always know what I want with coffee but it was refreshing that it comes exactly the way you order it. I expected the burrito to be bigger. It had nice combo of steak, egg, cheese, and peppers. The hash browns were lightly seasoned and would make a good snack on their own. Enjoyable stop.

Been going here since they opened. Always fast and friendly service. Fresh donuts and great coffee. Convenient location. Easy to get in and out. Iced coffee with mocha and cream is the bombigity!

They can't get a coffee order right to save their lives, but the donuts are always spot on. I've never had to wait longer than expected, unlike other Dunkin Donuts in the area. The donuts are delicious... just make your coffee at home.

I come in here every morning for coffee and donuts. It's on and off every morning. The drive thru does get crazy, and sometimes they rush and mess up my order. I haven't been satisfied lately because last time I went the customer service sucked. The woman was extremely rude, and pushy. When I pulled up to the window, she didn't say hello and practically threw my coffee and credit card back in my face. My coffee was horrible, and tasted like water to me.

Oh boy. Where to begin. A simple order: one large coffee with cream/sugar and coconut flavor, a #10 (The new Angus Steak and Egg and cheese bagel, with hash browns and medium coffee), and three misc. picked donuts. Result: Although 13 employees were behind the counter (13?) mistakes were made everywhere. Hells Kitchen syndrome...just too many people. I paid at the register and was told to go to the pick up area and they would let me know. So I go over there, and there is a bag sitting there, no ticket number. So I wait...couldn't make eye contact with anyone. So I speak up and ask if this is my order, they said yes. I was with my daughter so I was a little distracted, but they never offered this lone father a cup carrier for my two coffees and two bags. Real nice. So while spilling coffee from one of the errant fitting lids I get to my truck, only to discover no hash browns. So I go back inside. I stand at the pick up counter for a minute or so, again, no eye contact. I had to speak up again...." HELLOOO"....Everyone looked at me. I advised I had no hash browns in my order. One gent says he'll take care of it. So I go back to the register looking at the receipt and it's itemized weird, and I ask the cashier if he entered the #10 which comes with hash browns. Whoops....that did not happen, so the kitchen never made it. They got my hash browns made (no charge). I finally get home. What I discovered was insanity. My wife's large coconut cream/sugar coffee was fine, tasty. My simple medium coffee with cream/sugar has so much sweetener it was undrinkable. Wow. Major growing pains at what no doubt is a franchise store. No way would a corporate Dunkin be like this. To make things worse, whomever was making the icings for the donuts screwed the pooch. When they wrapped the three donuts in the wax paper, the paper stuck to the icing like glue. When unwrapped, all icing comes off the donut. A quick ingredient check would solve this. What the hell is going on at this store? A waste of my life's time that I'll never get back. OH...and my Angus Egg and cheese bagel, horrible. Should have just gone to McDonalds....and I hate them. YELP!!!!!!!!

I go here often. Because it's right down the street from where I live. But half the time I get my stuff right half the time they completely mess it up. Like today I ordered a large sweet raspberry iced tea with light I've. And it was not sweet and had no raspberry at it. I'm giving it 3 stars because the staff is always nice always helpful and want to give you the best experience while you're there.

Three stars only for the quality of my iced coffee. I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee with Splenda. It was an acceptable drink but definitely not the best iced coffee I've had from DD. Two stars lost due to the rude employee that took my order. I went through the drive thru and the first words through the speaker were, "What do you want to order?" No hello. No welcome. When I asked for a sugar free vanilla iced coffee (which is the way I always order it), he said, "You mean French vanilla?" Me: "Is it sugar free?" Rude boy: "the only vanilla we have is sugar free." Me: "Well then that would be the one." After I placed my order, he told me to pull forward. No total. No please. No thank you. He clearly was having a bad day. :(
