We love the service that we receive at this Starbucks location. The tea is always great and we are always greeted with a friendly smile from the staff!

80% of the staff here doesn't know how to make coffee. Half the time the coffee is burnt. And every time I will be forced to watch my barista talk with her hands to her employees for 5 minutes while I wait for my coffee. The women here make the worst coffees ever! I drive an extra 10 minutes to the other Starbucks- where people actually know how to do their jobs.

This starbucks is usually pretty busy but the line moves quickly and the staff is exceptional. They know almost everyone who walks in, and even suggest things never tried before. Great location!!

I love Starbucks. This one is in a great location in a shopping center, on the corner. It has outdoor seating which who doesn't love. The inside is spacious enough. The baristas this morning seemed very distracted. Maybe because it's a holiday weekend. They did not have salt for my salted carmel drink and were just kind of matter of fact about it. That was a bit disappointing.. not that they didn't have it but that they were very matter of fact about it. I am sure I will return but I hope the attitude is better.

I was at the Starbucks near Abacoa last night and found the staff to be fantastic and and friendly. The two young men who were working explained how to use my iPhone to purchase coffee, and let us stay right till close, as I had a chat with a good friend. As always the coffee was perfect! It was a great way to finish a night of shopping for Christmas.

I've gone and still visit many Starbucks. All of them offer excellent service except this one. The line is always long and doesn't move. There are times I've waited 15 minutes for a cup of regular coffee. This happens quite often. There is really no sense of urgency when it comes to customer service. I just wish this Starbucks had the same standards as the rest of them . Just a suggestion, when it is busy and you have both registers open someone should expedite the food orders. Right now the person on the register walks off to process food and there are 20 people on line . The person on the register should not walk away to perform other functions. Thank you .

The staff are really nice here and remember what you usually order. The outside area is so beautiful and tropical. It is wonderful to sit out there. The big problem though is that many people smoke out there and it ruins it for others who want fresh air. They really should make a rule of no smoking out there and get rid of the ash trays.

Great place to stop on your drive down or up I95. This Starbucks has a weird entrance you can miss it completely. It was very clean and spacious. They took our orders quickly, a little confusion with a huge family ahead confusing the orders, but straightened out quickly.
