The food is awesome when it is not burned to jerky. Half of my college life was tropichops which are delicious little bowls of rice, meat and veggies. Eating inside is better than togo because of all the wonderful sauces. Other winners are the maduros and the rolls. I would love to rate it higher but every third time it's so dry it chokes me.

Terrible terrible food. I literally ordered my food, took two bites of it, and threw it right in the trash can. I should have figured something was up when I had this conversation with the cashier..... Me: "what would you recommend?" Counter girl: "um... I wouldn't eat here" Do not

Food good - staff & cleanliness not so good. Arrived 1pm for lunch to find about half of the dinner room full. But EVERY table and the condiment bar dirty. I asked a woman behind the counter if she had something to clean the tables with - she disappeared for a minute than looked lost as she searched around the room. Then she walked over to a broom closet and pulled out some items. She came over, cleaned one table ignoring several adjoining tables and returned those items. Wow, did she let me know who is speacial

Very convenient but never had s good meal here. Service is good place is clean. But always dry chicken and overcooked ribs. Yuca fries are no longer fresh and fried. They sre flash frozen and flash fried.

Slowest Pollo Tropical I've ever been to. I thought this was supposed to be "fast" food. I waited almost 20 minutes for my order. Totally ridiculous...

The food is really good! My wife loves it! We just noticed the lady mopping the floor used the same plastic gloves in doin the utensils and mopping the floor and goin back to do the forks! I mean I thought emplyees are trained in Food Handling! This is bad!

A must stop any time I am in Florida. I love the freshness of the food as well as the options. Different from typical 'fast food' places with greasy fried foods... the food here is grilled and delishious. Tried the quesdilla salad and it was amazing.... my go to is the chicken tropi-chop with salsa.

Best drive thru food ever! A large amount of fresh mex food for a great price. Get the large and you can make two meals out of it. I wish they had these in TN!

I called to see how late they are open, and manager said 11pm. Showed up at 10:30 and kitchen was closed and being cleaned and they were not serving food. Not a good late night option.

What can I say; it wasn't that great. There are so many chicken places around here, and I rather go to a few others. i'll admit, I did the drive thru, so I don't know what it's like to sit down, but the food was just ok, and nothing to cheer about. I guess if you're into cheap fast food, it works. High shoolers (my students) really enjoy it.

One of the best places around to get a CHEAP FAST lunch or simple dinner. I always drive thru there because the drive thru is lightning fast. You can't beat this place for the price and convenience. They have great sauces too. Try the hot one. The latin flavors there are done pretty well for a fast food joint. Keep in mind that I'm giving it four stars based on it's standing in fast food restaurants.
