Live music 7 nights a week?!! Yes please! Add to that this is an awesome place for live music: amazing food, great atmosphere, friendly people, attentive bar staff and terrific owner!! Oh, and I'm obsessed w/ their housemade spinach artichoke dip w/ real crab.

We finally had the chance to check out Double Roads last Friday night. We got there a bit early (5:45pm), as we were hungry, and we were seated at one of the last available tables inside. The place seemed to be very busy from happy hour guests. The place was packed the rest of the night! There was no music yet by the time we got there, but we were told that in the future you can call ahead to reserve certain tables for when their is live music. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich with a side of veggies. Both were delicious and the perfect portion. My husband also had the buffalo sandwich, but got fries and said that they were good too! We had plans for afterwards, but we will have to come back to check out their music and great drinks in mason jars!

2-8-15: After last night's meal I sadly have to lower my rating. The music and food is still 5 stars but both dishes I ordered were dreadful. First was the seafood fritters that was fried tasteless mush. Then I followed that with crab cake sliders that were tasteless mush on a bun. My wife's fish sandwich was good however, and so was the pork quesadilla appetizer. Lesson: order simple food. 1-14-15: Been here twice before for the music so this is the first time I've eaten, and it was a juicy and delicious mahi-mahi sandwich. A good choice, if I say so myself. With a generous thick cut of fish, it was probably the best mahi-mahi sandwich I've had. The beer choices here are excellent, after three visits I've narrowed mine down to category three by a South Florida brewery called due south. The music is mostly blues, which I love, and I've heard two great acts here already.

We almost didn't come here because of the 3 rating, however we decided to give it a shot because it IS a TAVERN and a tavern should be somewhat of a lower rating...Anyway, someone told us they have an amazing burger and we went ahead and gave it a go. It's almost exactly the atmosphere a TAVERN should be (a little dark, a bunch of stuff on the walls, a good selection of bourbon) And especially a "tavern" in Jupiter. Pleasant and cute hostess to greet you (doesn't really SCREAM TAVERN having a hostess, does it). The bartenders were both very attentive, informative without being a nuisance. There was a nice blend of different patrons, which is nice to see the eclectic mix of people. Now the food....Like I said, we had full intention of coming here and splitting a burger. However, once we got here, the happy hour menu looked interesting and it seemed as if that was the majority of the food we saw going out, so we decided to go with what the masses ( when in Rome). We started with the spinach and artichoke dip and were pleasantly surprised to find out it had crab in it as well. It was very good and garlicky, so make sure you don't have that if you plan on kissing anyone(: Next, we ordered the pot roast sliders and the mac n cheese. Both were good and would order again (see pics). They also have live music and she definitely was drawing a diverse crowd as we were leaving. All in all, we enjoyed every aspect of our experience. Can't wait to come back and try the burger

My martini was terrible (11.00 dollars )then to top it off... a drunk girl trying to pick up a guy that didn't buy her drink busted my glass all over the floor . And bartender was crude!.. Pretty sure my drink i wasn't what we ordered anyway but paid for it.

Unfortunately, didn't have the opportunity to dine at Double Roads but spent many a cozy evenings bellied up to Jupiter's BEST local bar. Live musicians rocked the house. Whisky bar theme inside only enhanced by the walls that were lined with vinyls that you're encouraged to pick off the wall and spin on their record player. Staff was friendly, attentive and jolly. The proprietor, Vinny, takes pride in welcoming his guests. As one of Jupiter's local music legends, don't be surprised to catch him performing! If you're looking to take a break from the tourist spots, head over to Double Roads to hang with some locals and enjoy the outdoor fire pit. Best M-F bar in Jupiter. My husband and I love this place!

Great live music and ambiance! Food is excellent too, special menu changes every couple weeks. And don't forgot to try the pot roast sliders, they are awesome!

I had a great time my bartender, Rachel was a blast and so comidating. Then I had to deal with the manager. What a peice of work her name was Alyssa. Wow sorry your life didn't work out right and you got so grumpy. This is a place I would have came back to and had a great time but management ruined the fun. She pushed her way through everything and acted like she owned this bar. Call ahead and ask if she is working before ever attending this establishment.

My first time at Double roads but my husband had gone there with a friend late one evening to listen to the live music. He said we would have to go back for date night. Each NYE a group of 20+ gather and head out to celebrate the new year. Our usual place was overbooked so someone suggest we try double roads. We were nervous because we had never gone or dined here. It's hard to please on a busy night like NYE... But these guys had it GOING ON last night. The food was served with great timing between the 4 courses, our glasses were never empty and the music was AMAZING. Live 5 or 6 piece band that sounded so good!!! The food was incredible and dessert was heavenly (chocolate molten lava cake). I really can't say enough good things about this spot. The owners were making their rounds to the tables and thanking everyone for coming, so sweet! You can tell they really care about their customers and business. To top off an already great night, at midnight with the balloon drop on the dance floor, the owner got up and sang Mustang Sally with the band, you could feel the energy in the room and it made it the perfect start to 2015. Well done Double Roads, we had a blast!!!!

Best place in the area for live music. Vinyls on the wall that they actually play in between the live music. The diversity of music is the best. Everything from reggae to jazz. The crowds are of all ages as well. My new fav place!!

Awesome live music by this group called the Sweet Chariots. Gravy fries appetizer was a rip off though, barely a whole potato for nine bucks. Enjoyed all two minutes of it.

Tried in the middle of the day so there was no music yet. The staff was friendly. My drink was good but I felt it was overpriced. Jupiter Juice $8 (Bacardi Strawberry Rum, Lemonade and fresh strawberries) - came out with no strawberries so I didn't feel Bacardi and lemonade was worth $8. Brisket Sliders were very good but maybe should have used a little something extra like a horseradish sauce. Also had the spinach dip which was good. Another issue I had is when we were walking out I noticed that there was a happy hour sign and every item we ordered would have been 1/2 price if we had sat in the bar. This was never mentioned to us and the sign wasn't visible when walking in. Guess this explains why it was only us and one other table not in the bar lol! Will definitely give it another try though.

We had been here when it was a gourmet burger place a few years ago and found out it had changed to a "cool bar" that has live music. We went around 5:30 pm and were seated right away. It got crowded very quickly. The signs said the band was starting at 7:00 so we watched them prep and figured we would hear some music. At 8:20 we finished eating and the band had not started. I don't know if it was a typo, or they just did not want to start but they were ready. The food was very good. They have about 30 items on the menu so it is pretty limited but everyone enjoyed their meal. It looked like their Mac and cheese is a big deal so I ordered it. The serving was huge and everyone at the table had some. Everyone gave it a thumbs up. They ran out of Yiengling and it was Tuesday. No one runs out of it ever so I ordered Sam Adams. When we were leaving we discovered that they had an acoustic guitar player outside singing Van Morrison so we were a bit bummed that we could have dined to him instead of watching the other band tune their instruments.

Love the live music, but a little annoyed at their "table reservation" program. We've been here 6-7 times, and just sat down (5:45), and were promptly told "this table is reserved at 7:30". Soooo, will we, and the friends we invited to join us be kicked out at 7:30? Immediately puts a bad taste in my mouth about this place. Figure it out DRT- not a good way to treat locals that have plenty of money to spend, looks like we'll be going somewhere else at 7:30.

Good Music. Unfortunately, it seems as though nobody knows how to run a restaurant here. It is evident there was no training from the hostess to the wait staff, and yes including the Chef that served a raw pork chop, not once, but twice, yes twice. It doesn't take a chef to touch the top of a pork chop that feels like jello to know it is raw inside. Sent it back and got it back raw again. Waitress told me to order something else as clearly the kitchen does not know how to cook. They had some good sauces on wings and burgers that were served, although neither of those were cooked properly either, wings were rubbery and burger was so raw that the person at our table that ordered it just ate around the edges. The pot roast ordered was good (as it was already cooked), although you couldn't order a pot roast meal, just in slider form or over mac and cheese? To top it all off, they were out of most types of the domestic beer at 6:30 on a weekday which shows that managers are incompetent as well, leaving you to choose from imports or $8/pint craft beer. Bar managers- send someone to buy a few cases of beer when you are out...not rocket science and you still make your 500% markup Hopefully they bring in a professional to straighten this place out, good concept but very poor execution.

Nice place but having to reserve a table with $25/per person is a bit much. I liked it better before all of these changes took place.

Good atmosphere and live music. Unfortunately the food needs much improvement if place wants to last long. Had the fish dip. Nothing special, chips served where out of a bag and vegetables were old. Wings were ok but again nothing special, just bar food.

Been planning to try for a while after reading the history tie in with the original double roads by the beach. Finally went on friday. Sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Server recommended the Mac and cheese which was amazing. Will definitely be visiting again soon

I was there 3 weeks ago Saturday , totally by accident. It was happy hour and we had the wings, sliders and Mac and cheese. All were fantastic. Beers were 2.50 ! The entire wall is covered with albums and they will play any one you want to hear...It had a great relaxed feeling. Loved it and will return!!

I only gave this place 2 stars because the band was good and the Imperial beer was $2.50. We have been here 4 times. Each time the food gets worse and the service gets ruder. For the food quality, it is way overpriced . My advice is to eat elsewhere before coming here.

I always thought happy hour meant discounts on all drinks, not just some random selections of the cheap stuff, also not clearly marked or explained anywhere. I can get 2 Blue Moon beers at Duffys for $6 but I paid $12 here. The burger was good though. The music was too loud for a small space you could not have a conversation and the high top stools were very uncomfortable.

Comfortable atmosphere. Front of house staff easy on the eyes. Place was packed! Majority of patrons happen to be between the ages of 55 and dead. Live music fit the demographic of patrons. That being said, the food, though pleasing to the eye must've also been seasoned to accommodate the elderly guests. I think the old people were having a Dorian Grey affect on the food. The "Tropical Slaw" was just plain Cole slaw that had the flavor somehow sucked from it. The Philly, though covered in cheese and sauteed onions, and peppers, was also fairly flavorless. Even the habanero sauce and mustard I added couldn't bestow flavor, they barely lent some heat. This was my first time here, so I will give it another chance.
