Great lazy day type of restaurant. Pizzas are awesome and prices are great!

I used to live in The Bluffs around the corner from here. Cafe Sole is basically across from the ocean. Its a nice place for a lighter meal. Pizzas are good and service is fast. Used to eat here very often.

Do you like: - Salads? - Sandwiches? - Wraps that are gloriously BAKED therefore called ROLL-UPS? - Refreshing Beverages? - Me? Because if you do, you can find all of these at Cafe Sole for lunch on a pretty day. My favorite salad is the Yama Salad with grilled shrimp. It's totally enough for two people to split but let's be honest, that doesn't happen with me. My favorite Roll Up is the Spinach and Artichoke in a Wheat Tortilla. Everything here is grilled or baked-nothing fried. It's the perfect place for a little after-the-beach or pool date where you'll leave satisfied not stuffed. The only reason I am not giving it 4 stars is because it's located inside a shopping plaza so the ambiance is kind of "meh" but other that that, it's a pretty adorable little place.

I would give this place 5 stars but the prices are a little high for lunch. I think they went up... The food is very good and they give you alot. I had the BBQ Chicken pizza ($11.50) and I was very impressed. My GF got the 1/2 rosemary chicken sandwich with salad and orzo($10). Everything tasted very fresh.

The food (spinach soup, eggplant parm sandwich, black beans) was tasty and nutritious, and the waitress was skilled and cheerful, the prices reasonable. The black beans were deliciously spiced, some of the best I've ever had. This place is a find.

This is an excellent place near the ocean and dog beach. Great outdoor seating with a friendly staff. I have tried many items on the menu and all have been good. The sole salad is a good start if you haven't been here before.

From out of town, going to Publix and saw Cafe Sole. Glad I did. Got a Works pizza to go and it was excellent. Took less than 15 minutes.

One of my favorites. I would love to review the whole menu, but I am unable to as the only thing I ever get is the Potato Chicken pizza. Let me tell you this is a must try! Its pizza with pieces of chicken, pieces of potato, bacon, tomatoes, onions with cheese and ranch dressing (I always ask for the ranch on the side so I can dip each delicious bite!) The service is great, the restaurant is clean. It is located just across the street from the beach. I highly recommend it!

I've been here too many times to count, and today I decided to write a review because out of all the years I have been coming here (since 2007), I finally received excellent service. Don't get me wrong, the food is absolutely perfect (I get the Caribbean Chicken wrap or the Grilled Veg wrap every single time), but sometimes the service is just awful. Some of the girls here either act like they're being inconvenienced when you walk in, or you get completely ignored altogether... Today, I was greeted by a girl on the staff named Mindy. She really made me rethink my opinion of the entire team here. She had a huge smile on her face when saying "hello," while opening the door for me. And even though I was ordering take out, she didn't make me feel rushed to pay, or feel rushed to head out the second the meal was ready. I really appreciate hospitality like this, and it makes me not dread walking in here like I have in the past. Thanks, Mindy! You definitely made my Friday.

Definitely one of Jupiter's best restaurants! Everything I have ordered there is amazing! Their homemade honey mustard, ranch and balsamic dressings are so good!! Which is also why their sandwiches and salads are delicious! I love their broccoli cheddar and spinach soup! I could go on and on, love it!!

Neat, casual little cafe, can be very busy & noisy inside, so sit outside! Great sausage sandwich, Yelp map location is inaccurate, though. Restaurant is further south than shown on map. The street address is accurate. I did send a correction request.

We had the corn chowder, spinach soup, portobello wrap, and a salad with Yama dressing. It was all delicious. Fresh, flavorful and good service. A shade on the expensive side for lunch ($40 for the above with tip) but it was quite good.

I have been coming to this place for years. since high school in fact and it is one of my favorite places to eat in Jupiter. over the years I have sampled a few different things on the menu but my go to is the Rosemary Chicken sandwich. It is so delicious and hits the spot every time. I also get the orzo pasta as a side and their honey mustard is one of the best I've ever tasted. I live in NYC now but every time I go back home I make it a point to visit this place as well as get a Publix sub and eat a Smokey at CR chicks! I'm heading home on Monday for the holidays and already have all three on my radar, hence the review.

Enjoyed my first time here while in FL for business. I will return. Fresh, homemade food - a great lunch spot. Everyone at our table enjoyed the soups and sandwiches. Will have to come back for a wrap or pizza, but judging by what I saw on other tables, it looks good. PROs: + Fresh, homemade food + Typical price range for quick lunch + Iced tea CONs: - inconsistent, young service Will definitely return next time I am in town.

My fav place for lunch! Love their rollups. The food is so fresh and yummy and the wrap is amazing and perfectly baked. I always get the grilled veggie and chicken one which is delicious. They have a cute little outside area to sit if you want to have lunch out or you can take it out. Either way.. its amazing!

One of our go-to favorites. The owner spent bucks putting the beautiful sun themed tile mosaic on the walls. Food is very consistent and delicious. Pros: - fancy conveyor belt pizza oven bakes excellent pizzas - friendly - nice outdoor seating when weather is cool - great selection of pizzas and salads - pleasing tile mosaic walls Cons: - a little bit pricey but that's almost an obsolete statement these days - can be very cold in dining room especially in booths were A/C blasts - sometimes they play really terrible satellite stations - booth seats are kinda cheapy Overall I would recommend this place because mostly its just delicious.

We met several friends here for dinner Friday night, which may have been the problem. In the past, I've enjoyed a wrap or sandwich from Cafe Sole while spending the day on Juno Beach. Maybe it should be only a lunch place, as I felt dinner left a lot to be desired. I had the Sole Salad, which had 'technically' delicious ingredients, but I was very underhwelmed. I opted not to get the chicken added to the salad, as it brought the price up to $15 from an already steep-for-a-salad $11. I was frustrated that I could have spent $15 on a much more elaborate and elegant meal in a more formal restaurant. While the food wasn't technically bad, the overall experience would have been 'more appropriate' at about 2/3 the price. I will not be headed back.

Salads and soups are FANTASTIC. This is as good as healthy food gets in this town...food is straight forward and fresh and more imaginative than most local eateries. My kids love to eat outside under the umbrellas. Service is good & friendly. Great value.

This place is kind to Vegans and will allow you to change and/or substitute whatever you like. They serve delicious food (the rice and beans are to die for) and their prices are just right. The decor is very "beachy", and the patrons are very laid back. It's located in the Publix plaza near the pier (hey that rhymed), and there is ample parking. Great spot for lunch after a day at the beach.
This place isn't strictly vegetarian. They have meat dishes as well. My veggie mexican "pizza" was huge and delicious.

The food at this little beach side restaurant is great. The wraps and pizzas are creative and delicious. My personal favorite is the Greek wrap that has chicken, olives, tomatoes, pesto, feta, and ricotta cheese. There may have been a few other ingredients, but those were the ones that really make my mouth water. The ricotta is a great addition. The outside seating is very nice with umbrellas and is actually not as cramped as one might expect. This is in a Publix shopping plaza, which typically can't support much in the way of outdoor seating. Indoors there are booths and 4-tops and great sun themed mosaic work throughout. The waitstaff is efficient and the kitchen is always quick. I often go here for lunch while at work and it does not take too long. All around a great place to eat whether a quick break from the beach or a sit down dinner.

Fantastic lunch place. Food was fresh, creative and delicious. Service was good too. I had a daily sandwich & soup special that was incredible - chicken Panini with portabella mushrooms, spinach, gorgonzola and drizzled with a tasty balsamic dressing. The balsamic orzo pasta salad was tasty too. Will definitely go back and next time will try the pizza.

Healthy with a side of yummy. This place has some great food - most of it includes fresh veggies. The wraps are to die for. I'm a huge fan of the spinach and artichoke wrap, but skip the marina sauce and ask for balsamic dressing. The pizza, soup and breadsticks are also very good. That being said, it is a little expensive for what it is.

I am always skeptical when I hear the words "gourmet" and "pizza" together, but Cafe Solé put me in my place. I ordered the Pizza Solé and was really impressed. I forget what all the toppings were, (I remember the gorgonzola tho, spinach) but the use vinaigrette on it is pretty damn cool. A really great pizza. I only lament not living nearby to eat around the rest of their menu. We did have the appetizer combo, which was also tasty. Thumbs up on this place!
