This waffle house is a hit or miss type of place. It can be good one time and the next it can be bad. I notice also that even during down hours, orders can get messed up or take forever to come out so beware. Bit overall the food is decent and the staff are nice. I always recommend getting a waffle if nothing else. They are delicious every time I get one

I have had good experiences at this Waffle house and I have had bad experiences at this waffle house. All of my bad experiences were during busy shifts, all of my good experiences were when the restaurant was darn near empty! Thus I have come to the conclusion that I will only visit this location during "dead" hours! Although my last visit, we were waited on by Zephra who was extremely pleasant! If that were my first visit I would have given them five stars but since I know better.....

We have visited this location 3 times since opening. First visit was a take out order, everything was fresh and correct. The second and third visits were awful. Food didn't come out in a timely order, not correct, cold. Had to wait 30 minutes during off hours for a simple order, after 30 minutes we were still waiting for the rest of our order. Manager said 'ill get you next time'. Wtf? Why not correct the issue while the customer is in front of you. Save yourself the headache, Drive the extra few miles and visit the Waffle House on Atlantic.

I ate here last night/ this morning and it was only meh. I ordered the all star as usual with grits this time instead of hash browns. The grits were good as always however the sausage was slightly undercooked and my waffle had like 5 strawberry bits in it. The guy working the counter was nice but never refilled my water. I wasn't there long so one cup of water was ok. This was the first time I had eaten here so I might have been expecting a little more than normal. I can always make room on my eating map for a Waffle House.

I thought at 6:30 AM and only 2 clients me being one of the 2 I would get excellent service but I had to waive across the restaurant 3 times to get refills on water and coffee! Food was as ordered and hot. They cook a perfect waffle!

Definitely needs some improvement but since it's so new I'm sure there's a little bit of a learning curve. The hot chocolate was watered down and we were disappointed there was no whip cream. Ordered two meals and they came out separately, about 10 minutes apart. The food was good though which made the trip not a total bust. The waitress was also very friendly if not still learning. We will give it a few more weeks then maybe try it again.
