Im disabled and I have ate at this particular restraunt many times with my service dog.. This particular time I had my stamp card full for a certain dollars off my meal, this is a example of how many times I have been there. I always take my service dog with me with no problems from anyone.. This day the girl at the counter questioned my dog.. Amy said she has to have a vest on, she said my dog did not act like a service dog... I was appalled by all the questions.. I showed her the tag as well as the card which I carry. Second off I always had the swiss mushroom burger which in the past was delicious... The burger was so plain. The mushrooms were not even warm, it was like they put them on straight from the can... The steak fries was like eating cardboard.. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANY MORE OF MY MONEY AT THE LOOP ANYWHERE.

This is the perfect location to grab a quick and tasty bite to eat while shopping. Although it can be quite noisy at times the contemporary design is fun and inviting. The staff are always pleasant and ready to assist. My favorite sandwich is the Portobello Mushroom burger with a side of steak fries. The mushroom is seasoned just right. The garlic mayo and jack cheese adds extra flavor. I've yet to be disappointed. My husband really enjoys the Mediterranean pizza. Oh! let's not forget about how good the milkshakes are.

The loop has the best Cajun chicken grilled sandwich and pizza! Always good service and nice view of the water. Their hand dipped milkshake is amazing.

I love The Loop and this location is particularly enjoyable with it being on the Fishweir Creek! I love a good Loop and Bleu burger and love even more the option to swap the hamburger patty for a grilled chicken breast. My husband and I love going here and sitting on the water. I'm like a 5 year old when I see a turtle, alligator, or fish swim by! The staff is always friendly and take care of business! The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is because the place smells kinda weird. I attribute it to the creek outside, so I try to let that slide.

Love not only the food but this location. My kids love sitting out on the deck! There's always things to see. This is one of their favorite places to go. The food is always good. I highly recommend the pizzas and bleu cheese chips!

Yum!!! We've eaten at The Loop three times and all three times that's all I can say... YUM! I have ordered The Loop with grilled chicken (sometimes I add cheese), my husband has gotten the same and a burger and my kids get a cheese pizza (wow- the best kids cheese pizza anywhere) and the chicken tenders. Then we top it off with an oreo shake. Everything is exactly as it should be. We aren't regulars here but we would be if we were in that neighborhood more often. Not sure if the food is as good at other locations but this one is perfection! Con: The wait for the food has always taken waaay too long but once we get the food I completely forget how long we waited.

Came here for lunch with my two children and noticed there were no healthy options on the menu for children. I believe the options were pizza, hamburger, macaroni and cheese, and chicken tenders. I asked if I could order the chicken tenders but have them grilled or replace it with a grilled chicken breast. The cashier was snotty in denying my request, but thankfully when I asked for the manager, who was much nicer, he was happy to comply. I had the Asian chicken salad which was ok, but not great or the best salad I have had there. They are great for hamburgers, shakes, blue cheese chips, onion rings, and the tomato bisque soup.
