Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

I usually order pizza for pick-up. They are usually pretty fast (15 minutes) and the pizza is sooooooo good. Plus the prices aren't bad! I definitely recommend Rosina's.

My father and I were looking for dinner that was quick so we could get to my hospitalized brother. As we go in to a completely empty room, It's a family-owned business. That's creative. After ordering a fettuccini alfredo, I'm hoping for something 5-star. It takes almost TWO HOURS - and my brother's texting my dad, asking where we are. Two hours later, the person apologizes to us (like that'll help any) --- we're both starving. I see my plate - and it's basically a train wreck smacked into a plate! The minority of the dish is actually the FOOD, which is swimming in the gross SAUCE. As I eat my first bite, I'm already ready to vomit it up. It tastes like expired death! We get ready to leave, and the person in the back said some MAGICAL code word --- it basically means "you better bomb these poor, starving customers with stupid little COUPONS" --- we decline them, pay, and hastily leave. As we pull out of the parking lot, I say "That was terrible!" which my dad replies to with "Maybe we can try the pizza sometime." and, I was beyond furious. I reply with "Let's not take chances" --- and that's about it. If you're hungry, don't even THINK about Rosina's! I'm done --- and so should this place be! I just can't even right now. Buh-bye!

Food never arrived! I placed an order, after 90 minutes I called back and was assured food would be there "in seconds". After another 30 minutes I called back and they were closed. Left a message, but never received a call back. Food never arrived, still haven't heard back from them, and now I'm fighting to get my money back. Will never order here again, and neither should you.

If I could this place would get zero stars!!!!! Went in, and went back out before ordering --- eek! Bugs!!! everywhere, bathroom was stinky. Read in newspaper after my visit: Dirty, live roaches in kitchen and prep area, flies in kitchen, closed because of bad inspection but reopened. It should be closed again! Don't go here --- there are 1000's of pizza joints in this town, don't take a chance of food poisioning.

I was looking for a new to me Italian place and decided on Rosina's. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. There were only four other people in the restaurant so I was thinking service would be fast. Wrong! S L O W was more like it. It took forever to get our food after placing the order. The owner was playing hostess, server, phone order taker, and did stuff in the kitchen too. She apologized to EVERY dine in and carry out customer for the wait. How bout get some help? Well you know what, as long as the food is yummy I don't mind the wait really... Our order: Fettucini Alfredo and Spinach Ravioli. Pretty basic Italian cuisine right? The Fettucini was gross. It was oily and didnt taste like any Alfredo sauce I have ever had and I've eaten it at many different places. The spinach ravioli was not spinach ravioli. It tasted like frozen cheese ravioli with frozen spinach mixed in a cream sauce. Cmon now. You shouldnt advertise something you cant make. What the heck took so long? Im guessing warming up frozen food. It was Friday night and the phone was ringing off the hook for pizza orders. Guess maybe the pizza is good. Hmmmm. I did see a couple order two pizzas but they only ate a slice of each one before walking out. So..dunno bout that pizza either. As soon as we get in the car to leave my elementary age son says, "that was terrible" and i reply with "maybe we can try the pizza". He looks at me and follows up with, "lets not take any chances!" Im gonna leave it at that. Don't waste your time or the empty space in your stomach. They wasted enough of mine!

Probably the worst Italian food I've ever eaten. The food was horribly bland. You would think with the amount of money you spend that the food would be superb. I got spaghetti and meatballs cheese sticks and a ceaser salad. The spaghetti was disgusting. No flavor once so ever. The stuff out of the can taste better. My salad was over loaded with cheese and tasted like I was eating straight powder. And the croutons were squishy. Don't get me started on the dressing. YUCK. and there garlic bread is a joke. Just bread with a whisp of butter if that. The cheese sticks were eh as well. My boyfriend lovess cheese sticks and barley touched them. That's how you know something was wrong. Won't ever have my business again. Apparently the delivery guy wasn't happy with how we tipped either... I tip all delivery people the same seeing as that's all they do is deliver our food. He should been greatful some people don't tip at all. I'm a beautician so I know. Kinda glad I left the tip I did too seeing as how dreadful the food was for me spending 30+ dollars. Very disappointed.

I am wondering if some of the other reviews are plants. Just went after church. Great place, good food. Owner was super nice to talk to. We came before closing so were last customers. Didn't feel rushed at all. Will be coming back soon

I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS. I wouldn't have come here if it were my last option on planet EARTH. The owner is a man named Farhad, and after using the bathroom he literally runs out to my car and starts aggressively demanding that I buy something. I finally grabbed a straw, and he demanded I pay a dollar. Then he said, out of sheer malice, that the straw was actually a dollar and 7 cents. Of course, I could have used any of the copious debit, credit or money I had but I chose to give him 1 dollar in change and said to please give me an itemized receipt. The item in the receipt literally read, storwa for the price of $1.00. Obviously, there are other factors at play. As a former management consultant (although I look young so he most likely thought I was a younger, ignorant and rich kid with a Lexus) but in truth I am 29 and have a masters, who works for a very reputable Fortune 500 large cap equity firm who will make sure "Farhad" won't exploit nor try and bully his customers anymore; young or old!

Food was good, service was horrible. Ordered delivery, called and asked when they would show up, was told at any minute. Called back 10 minutes later and they finally showed up. Driver and dispatcher were very rude. Even though the food was good, I personally won't order from there again.

The Tiramisu is delicious! And the Cannolis are decent. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi and it would have been really good if it wasn't because they went way over on the salt, I couldn't even finish it. It wasn't worth the $30

I enjoy their pizza but their customer service is atrocious. We are literally sitting here waiting for our pizza after over an hour and 45 minutes, on a Thursday, not a holiday. I was told the driver got lost, we'll that was 20 minutes ago... They have lost my business for good. Last order I will ever place for delivery.

Pizza is good but they got greedy. No more carry out special. If I'm gonna pay $14 for a 2 topping I can do that anywhere.

My mom, grandson and I went for lunch this week, had the spaghetti, with homeade meat sauce which was obviously fresh and nice and bright. Mom had fettucine w garlic and oil, very good, did need a little more garlic, which was cheerfully provided. I had the Chicken Piccata which was excellent. A perfectly seasoned blend of wine, capers and garlic along side fresh mushrooms and nicely browned sauteed chicken. For dessert we had the cheesecake which was very good, but the Zeppolis were stellar, a large plate of warm tender mini puffs with a nice raspberry sauce on the side. Luke, who was our server has a ready smile a mile wide and did a great job of making us feel welcome and he kept all our drinks full. The restaurant itsself is very clean as were the restrooms.

Do not go here! Drivers are reckless. One almost hit me then had the nerve to get out of his car and assault me. Called me a bitch and a n****r among several other words. I called and spoke with a manager or owner and explained that pos driver is a liability and should be fired he told me to shut up several times. Then I told him off.. I can only imagine the food quality and service with the kind of people that work there..

Pizza is awesome, and staff is always friendly. We go here at least once a month with the family. Owner is super friendly too! Great local spot.

I am a sucker for NY style pizza, so I went for the gourmet veggie pizza. The crust was great, because it wasn't too doughy. The toppings seemed really fresh and didn't weigh the pizza down like some places. I saw another diner with the Eggplant Parm, which is what I will probably go for next time I am in town!

I wish I could rave about the pizza here. It's fine. I've had much worse, and had much better -- including at Siena's, which Rosina's has now replaced. Nope, don't worry, I'm not bitter. Kept my expectations in check for the new place. And I was pleasantly surprised by this pizza, as was the LDC. You can argue with me about pizza until the capicola comes home, but you don't want to mess with a half-Italian chef from South Philly on this, even if she is vegetarian. Other positives: Can't beat the prices here. Friendly folks. Location is great for me. Decent crust and sauce. But in the end, it's just not pizza that we're all fired up to go back for, you know what I'm saying? Well, maybe you would if you'd ever dragged your arse over to Siena's -- and it would still be open now, serving by far the best gaddang NY style pizza in the area. But NOOOOOO, you didn't go, did you? For feck's sake, the gaddang UNF campus is basically spittin distance (for Jax at least), but it just wasn't enough. And then it closed. So now we're left with this and a crappy Milano's over here. Are you kidding me?!?!? ....... Deep breath ..... Now exhale ..... OK then. Anyway, like I said, I'm not bitter. Just not in love with this new pizza yet.

Ordered online then order came incorrect. Plus our food was cold when it arrived. Called to rectify the situation and they basically said too bad. Last time I ever order from them. I guess that's what I get for trying to give business to a local shop.

Pizza wasn't bad. Thin crust just like I like, but toppings were nothing to write home about. I asked for the special on the back of the take out menu, 2 mediums for $10. The chef who appeared to be the owner said, "We're not doing that anymore." What? I'm holding the coupon in my hand that I just picked up right there! I could understand if I had walked in with it, but it was on the counter - clearly false advertising. I didn't see any bugs, but I wasn't looking for any. The place wasn't very clean but being in the dive Jacksonville is, nothing I wouldn't expect. Some of the best food I've had came from less than spotless places, but the pizza I got was just a pizza.

Have gone twice this week and each time the door has been propped open and it is way too warm inside. I asked if the A.C was broken and the guy said, "something like that". When I got up from the booth after my meal, I had left a puddle of sweat. It is obvious they are trying to save a buck. The worst part is they charged me .50 to use my Visa check card even after I informed them that a fee violates the contract they have with Visa and he did not care even though he was the manager. Bottom line, that .50 was more important than a repeat customer. They Greek salad is amazing but not worth the bad experiences.
