Still the same process you go through at this Mochi as you do at the others. You grab a sampler cup, try out a few flavors by vending the froyo yourself. Then, when you figure out which one you want, grab a cup, dispense desired amount of froyo, add the toppings, then pay for the weight. Keeping true to their name, for toppings, they have 4 different type of mochi flavors: regular, green tea, strawberry, and mango. Droollll. You also have the option of fruits or cereal (cap n crunch, corn flakes, etc), granola, or traditional toppings like syrups, caramel, hot fudge, and sprinkles. They rotate their froyo flavors from time to time. My absolute fave was the red velvet. Rich with flavor and not overly sweet. I like the froyo version here better than the cupcake! The best part about this location is the nice amount of outdoor seating and parking is much easier to find. However, it would be nice if they had 2 stalls per gender instead of the single bathrooms they have now. That's my only complaint. Anyway, I was here for a promo event they were doing with 95.1. From 2pm - 4pm, FREE froyo for everyone! AND they did this right after the Gate River Run. Winning!

It's often difficult to tease out what makes a fro-yo spot superior to another but when you taste Mochi, you just know that this IS the best! The flavors, the smooth and creamy texture and the consistency of the yogurt is superior to the others around the city. Coconilla, peaches 'n cream, chocolate, mint, cake batter, taro, banana colada, mango and fruit punch sorbet swirled together make for a great cup! The bright and colorful ambiance just makes you want to smile and the fro-yo makes you want to dance!

This place has the best fro-yo in Jax by far. This location serves the same stuff at the Town Center location but the layout of the shop is much better. You don't get the crowding around the machines that you run into at the small Town Center location. This spot is also surrounded by several restaurants so it is very convenient to grab that cool dessert.

they didn't have any no sugar added flavors for my diabetic friend. Was not too happy. However thank you for reaching out to me about the no sugar added machine. I will definitely give it another try when it is up and running

This place is kinda hidden in a plaza. But scope out the sign on Beach and follow your way around. Mochi offers non-fat, low calorie, cholesterol free, tart and non-tart frozen yogurt. The flavors are so full its hard to believe though. Work day over = celebrate with yogurt.

Great place for a yogurt treat with your family. I enjoy going here with my family. This place is always clean and friendly. They always have a variety of flavors and toppings. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.

I actually made a visit here like 2 weeks ago, but been to busy to actually write a review. I worked at a yogurt store for 2 years as a crew manager My first time experience here went like thissss: So I walked in, and I was abruptly asked if I wanted sample cups by this guy. I had to stop and think for a second to respond no, since it was so abrupt. I hadn't even seen the flavors yet to know if I wanted to sample anything. As I walked to the machines, the area was kept very nice and clean. Very modern upbeat friendly atmosphere, and a kids movie was playing for entertainment. Machines where kept clean too and handles weren't sticky. Yogurt came out super runny, out of each of the 5 flavors I dispensed in my cup. Yogurt here is a bit heavy for some reason versus other yogurt places. Plenty of toppings options. Few handles were gross, probably over looked by the two gentlemen chatting away at the register. The yogurt itself was already really runny by the time I sat down (ew. only after 5 minutes after dispensing yogurt from the machine) Yogurt flavors itself, some where delicious some where way to artificial. It's okay, but not horrible. Sure, i'd come back on a hot hot day let's say, after I run a marathon. But I don't run marathons.

On a sweltering night that is Florida I developed an unquenchable desire for some Froyo. Panicked I searched the freezer but to no bound, I had devoured the last tub of Breyers Froyo the night before. An angst of sadness spread throughout my soul..but then to my boyfriend's genius proclamation, myMochi is still open and only a mere 6 miles away. Before he could finished his sentence, I was at the door with my flip flops on halfway out the house. He soon caught up and out the door we go. I bolted for the door once the car was parked, to answer your question, no I am not pregnant. I am just another person whom longed for something sweet and somewhat healthy. A gentleman who was manning the cashier greeted our arrival. He asked if I want some sample cups and yes, yes I do my good sir. At the end of it all, it's not the fact that they have the great frozen yogurt. Nor it is that fact that they have dazzling decor, but it is the fact that they are closing in 30 minutes yet the folks who are employed here still eagerly helped me out with dashing attitudes. With the hour of operation near the end, everything is still well stocked. The counters were clean and the floor were spotless. Kudos to you myMochi, for keeping the standard of serving their customers above and beyond.

My only place to go for froyo!! The selection is huge and the topping bar is always fresh. I always get the taro and something fruity because tbh, their natural flavors are the best. Don't get me wrong, the chocolate, peanut butter, cake batter, red velvet cake, pumpkin pie, and crème brûlée are all really good, but I just prefer the piña colada, coconilla, taro, and lychee ones more x) The flavors change weekly, with the exception of taro and coconilla. They're so popular, that they're there to stay. What separates mochi from other places is that they have bites of froyo wrapped in mochi!! Over the summer I'd stop by after work just for the bonbons. I actually go so often, that the employees probably are like 'Here's this chick again'

Always bright and clean. Huge selection of Froyo, although I wish that they had more sorbet. Seating indoor and outdoor. Open til 11. Great choice for desert in Jacksonville.

Great service and great selection! Flavors rotate in and out so you have to visit often!

This place is so much better than other frozen yogurt places. It has spoiled my wife and I, and now we won't go anywhere else. They have the best flavors and the best, most fresh toppings. Highly recommended to anyone that likes frozen yogurt.

The best frozen yogurt in Jacksonville, hands down! Store is always clean and employees are friendly. Love that they always have fruity/tart flavors and sweet flavors, so I can choose depending what mood I'm in! I also love the wide variety of fresh toppings.

Yummm! Fro-yo makes everything better! My go-to place for fro-yo each and every time I'm in Jacksonville! My favorite flavors are always peanut butter and cake batter! Sometimes I spice it up with the red velvet or creme brulee. Try them all! You can't go wrong with any of them!

Very clean and kept shop. Employees are friendly. Toppings bins are always neat and fresh looking. I prefer the staff do it instead so kids are not putting they're hands all up in the food and parents do not watch over them most of the time. Same at Sweet Frog. That's why I'm removing a star. And they are out of " original" again. My favorite. The pomegranate and raspberry sorbet is good and tart mixed with passion fruit pears and nerds. Love it. Tati is my second choice when original is gone. Selections are good.

Oh. My. God. You mean I can visit a Mochi without having to be elbowed on one side by people trying to find a seat and on the other side by people trying to check out? I can actually sit INSIDE tthe restaurant which, by the way, isn't a sweatbox due to the door constantly being propped open by the long line of people? No way! The place is squeaky clean, has more yogurt flavors, and there are no unstable towers of used sampler cups waiting to spill over onto my shoes? You don't say. And this location is far away from Bento and has not yet been overrun by Asian hipsters? GTFO!
