Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Food is excellent...the pizza crust has a distinct flavor and it's thickness is perfect. Not too thin but not overkill. The toppings are fresh and tasty. The only other item I've tried besides pizza is their oven baked subs. I've done the Italian sausage sub and it was perfect. True Italian sausage with wonderful flavor. The 2 Slices and a drink for $4.99 is a great deal and if you want a draft beer, it's just a buck more.

I have eaten here before and the food is pretty good. But my husband decide to surprise me with a local flavors Groupon and too my disappointment they would not honor the Groupon. Saying that they discontinued the promotion even though local flavors Groupon were still selling the deal to this day. I am giving them only three stars because like I said the food is good but so me they are doing false advertising to get you in the door!!

Neat little new family biz. The chef- Luca? is VERY friendly, he's come out and talked to us both times we ate here. :) You can tell he puts passion into his work. Menu adventures so far- dessert first! TIRAMISU- aMAZING. I have eaten Tiramisu all over the place, and this is by far the best I've had since 2008, in a restaurant that's no longer open in Michigan. Chocolate drizzle, espresso soaked... light cocoa dust and near weightless cake. A must try! Salad- light lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and OLIVES! I'm really stoked on the olives. House dressing- if you like vinegar, you'll love this dressing. From what I could tell it's got italian seasonings, oil and vinegar. Garlic knots- the house bread. They cook them all on one sheet, we've had them in varying states of doneness. When brought to the staff's attention, we were brought a new one- no problem. Portabella Ravioli- You get to choose your sauce- I had the rose sauce, which was great as it wasn't too tomatoey. A pink sauce, if you will.I ate it all in one sitting- which is super rare! I'm a huge portabella fan though... if you don't like mushrooms you probably won't like this dish. Eggplant Parmesan- So sauce and cheesy! I wasn't able to finish it all at once, mostly on account of the cheese. It made good lunch the next day. Chicken Luca. It was very simple, but good. Lemony bowtie and chicken dish. I would recommend it for a light dinner or for lunch, it didn't quite satisfy my husband's palate completely. Shrimp Scampi- similar to the Luca- but shrimp instead of chicken.very simple. recommended for light dinner or lunch. My only complaint is the TVs. The environment other than that is your typical mom and pop type joint, knick knacks and cute little touches. It's a pretty small place, but they have 3 TVs!

We brought a group of 12 in near closing and the good was all fresh and hot I had the philly steak calzone and the crust was fresh and light. Inside was fill of steak and peppers and 2 kinds of cheese. Wonderful!

Some of the best pizza on the east side of the St Johns River. My wife wanted Moon River but it was just too far to go at rush hour. So I looked on YELP and choose Luca's based on the reviews. I wasn't at all disappointed. We got there at 5:30 and were immediately seated and waited upon. The Garlic Knotted Bread was fantastic and the Pizza we ordered was very good also. Cheryl our waitress was great and very helpful as well. The price was very reasonable.

If you haven't been to this restaurant..don't. So we had a Groupon and thought we'd give it a try. Ambience - nada. But no problem - if the food's good. We ordered Bruschetta as an appetizer. Now I'll eat just about anything that doesn't bite back, but this stuff was nasty. It almost tasted rancid. We both took one bite and left the rest. We ordered our entrees and ice water. After we started our entrees, the waitress came by and asked if we had a Groupon or coupon. We indicated that we did, and she said, "If you have a Groupon, they make us charge you fountain drink prices for your water, so you should order a drink since you'll be charged anyway." Whaaaaa? First of all, there was NOTHING on the Groupon saying that you had to buy drinks. It's clear why this restaurant has almost zero customers. If the food had been fabulous, we might consider going back. But the appetizer was horrible and the entrees were mediocre. We certainly won't be returning. No complaints about the waitress - she was the only bright spot in this otherwise very forgettable meal.

I got take out. It was fast. The manicotti portion was huge and dripping in cheese and sauce, good things in my book. The cannoli was delicious and not ruined with whip cream like so many places but stuffed full of cannoli cream goodness. My only suggestion would be more garlic in the bread and sauce.

I have ordered from Lucas twice now and both times I have been utterly impressed. The cheese ravioli is to die for! Reasonably priced and great tasting food.
