After craving sushi for a week, I stopped in here for a quick lunch. It's located in a strip mall area near Publix. The employees were nice, and the service was good. I ordered a house salad with ginger dressing. The ginger dressing was awesome! The salad had iceberg lettuce, carrots, and broccoli in it. I had a bowl of miso soup and it was good too. I also ordered two very tasty California rolls. The food was nicely presented/decorated. The next visit, I will try some sashimi, and the avocado salad. There were many different items on the menu. The restaurant itself was clean, and it was decorated like the average sushi joint. I will definitely eat here again!

Been here a few times. While the staff is nice, they take forever. Three of us ordered 6 rolls and it literally took over an hour. There was one other person in the restaurant, but a few take out orders. They had a server and one guy cooking and making sushi. But they consistently are slow and the food is okay.

Amazing amazing place ... Did I say amazing I've been going to this location for 3 years at least once a week you will find me at this location... They practically know my name and the staff already knows my habit of my eyes being bigger then my stomach. great place to go on a date! I swear by this place and have never once gotten sick off of the food I've bought from them. I love love love Fuji sushi and their amazing staff. Reasonable prices for amazing sushi- cori

I will not be returning here. They were so nice..like really really sweet. They took entirely to long to serve the food. For that alone they get the two stars from me. It really shouldn't take as long as it did. I ordered 2 rolls and it took roughly 30 minutes for them to come out. There were only two other tables at that time. I had the Ichiban roll and it was quite yummy. While I was eating quite a few families showed up to eat. They seemed like regulars. Did I mention how nice the staff was?! The young lady was the best. She smiled a lot and gave outstanding service :) I did not like the clear soup at all!! It was warm and tasted super bland. Like it was diluted with water. I also didn't care for the iced tea.

What a horrible restaurant! My wife had been here, and her food was so-so. I asked for a REGULAR salad with ginger dressing. Along with various kinds of sushi. I believe I ordered the spicy salmon roll and the volcano roll. I forget right now what I ordered for the wife, but the salad is why this review is receiving the rating it is. When I got home, the wife and I saw that our salad looked rather strange. It was pink in appearance and had lots of meat in it. Huh?!!!! When we looked at the itemized receipt on the bag, we were given squid salad!!!!! Now I know, some of you may be saying, "Well why didn't you check the bag before leaving?" Usually I do just that, but on this day I was just coming home from working the graveyard shift of 11 PM to 7:30 AM, so I was a bit on the fatigued side. Also, as I said in the beginning, my wife was here before, and they never did her like that. Anyway, back to the squid salad, the regular salad I asked for was if I recall correctly $2.25 a pop. The squid salad was $5 a pop. I took the salads back and told the girl there that there was no way on God's green earth that I could've ordered squid salad with ginger dressing on it. I told her my wife and I don't eat squid. She started to swear up and down that I did, and went on to say that she thought to herself after I left that she never heard of squid salad with ginger dressing. I would understand her saying that if the restaurant was crowded and lots of people were taking, but I was the only person in the restaurant at the time I placed my order, and last time I checked, my English was quite easy to understand! told her I wanted my money back. At first she started to do just that, then stopped and disappeared into the back. I thought she was coming back with the manager, but she was the only one to come back, and did give me my money. She asked if I wanted the original salads I ordered and I told her no thank you and left. If you can't get a simple order like REGULAR salad with ginger dressing on it right, what else can you screw up?! Needless to say, I won't be coming back. I'll stick to Akaya Grill and Sushi.

I am a frequent customer and I absolutely love the food. I've gotten used to their speed so it doesn't bother me anymore but I know they can be a little slow to serve your food. If I am super hungry I call ahead and they have my food ready when I get there. I don't think the place is overpriced because I would rather pay good money for good food than to go to a cheaper place and get lower food quality. The sushi chef is very nice to us (he doesn't speak much anyway) and has even given us new rolls to try so that he can decide whether or not to put them on the menu. Best sushi place around this area.

I've been hesitant to write a review for Fuji Sushi, since I have never actually set foot in the restaurant. Instead, I have had their lunch specials delivered to my work for years. Fuji Sushi is a nice break from the fast food restaurants and big chain restaurants that surround my work place. We always order before someone is sent to pickup the food, and usually add five minutes to whatever time is quoted. It seems that it is usually not ready by the time someone arrives to pick it up. Despite the extra time, I have always enjoyed my takeout lunch from Fuji Sushi. I really enjoy their Shrimp Hibachi lunch with comes with rice and soup or salad. I always really enjoy their Sushi roll lunch special. The lunch rolls are smaller than the usual rolls, but I enjoy the variety and do not need a super-size sushi roll for lunch. My favorite lunch roll is the shrimp avocado, but then again I am not a real Sushi eater. I have read a lot about the prices, but the lunch prices are actually cheaper or the same as a very popular chain of Bakery-Cafe restaurants. If Fuji Sushi was close to my house, I would definitely come here for dinner and see what the restaurant experience was like.

Sushi is OK, but not worth the price or the slow service.

I've been here a few times over the past two years. The wait is always terrible. Not sure why they are so slow because I've never been there during a 'busy' time. The facility is clean and I've never had an issue with the staff, but their food is average. If they weren't so close to my destination, I would have definitely gone somewhere else today.

My husband and I ordered from Fuji Sushi once and weren't impressed. We were craving sushi and decided to give it another shot. Huge mistake. 45 minutes to get 3 rolls. Are you kidding me?! And children standing on their chairs at the bar coughing on the food. Of course they made the shrimp tempura roll first so that was cold by the time we got it. Sub par and SLOW. Don't bother. Philips Sushi is 15 minutes away and SO MUCH BETTER!

2 for 1 is 1 sushi roll cut smaller :( very disappointed with service, overpriced

Cons: Expensive prices & extremely slow service despite being the only ones in there. Gave 2.5 stars because the sushi tastes good & there is a variety of rolls to choose from. They are the only sushi restaurant I know that does not include soup with your order.

Food is good but terrible customer service. They're rude and it takes them forever to serve your order. Plus their food is overpriced.
