Reliably reasonably appetizing food. They've got some stuff on the men I've had several times and always thought pretty good. Probably had the tequila/lime-grilled chicken breast over rice and beans a dozen times and I cannot recall that chicken breast being dry or rubbery or undercooked even once, you can't ask much more than that. Tasty eponymous chili. Digging the new carnitas and shrimp taco plates. Kids like the little e-screen thing on the table, and the 8-yr-old applies sexist pressure to make me tip 20% or more on the sliding bar every time (basically if it is a young woman, "she was a real sweetheart" accolades shower down). Give them your phone number and over time they'll let you partially pay for your meal because they know you bought from them in the past. Miss the dry rub baby back ribs. I'll be honest, sampling their ribs over 20+ years I find them much fattier than they were in the early 1990s, when I know for a fact they were Danish production, don't know if they still are made there or if merely my perspective has changed but I see them often and they don't look very lean. But the dry rub was pretty good and not so common. You don't take it off the menu for selling too often, though, so I guess the heavier sugary sweet sauce is the en masse winner...ugh. You're only fooling stupid people by serving two 9-ounce beer pours instead of one 18-ounce pour, and being as you insist upon bringing me both at once if I sit anywhere but the bar I'd rather we pretend everyone's not an idiot and combine the beer to give it less edges to its environs (which heat it faster). Had the chicken pasta with a cream sauce this last time. Pasta was a proper au dente and the chicken tender, but I thought the creamy sauce was a bit too heavy. Nonetheless I cleaned my plate and wouldn't you say that that pic looks like some "reasonably appetizing" food?

On spring break with the boys fishing and golfing and one of the boys wanted mexican of some kind and nobody else wanted true mexican so we hit a Chilis. The one at home is consistent, fast, good food quality, and this was the same. The electronic check out is great and food came out fast- albeit all at the same time- a bit rushed but sat and ate it all. Good tacos, fajitas, don't get the ribs much. Place was clean and busy but good service and food so we're happy to come back.

Went there today around 1pm. It was pretty slow. Was seated very quickly. The host was friendly. However, waited 15 minutes at the table. And still no one ever came by to ask us for our drink order. The server in the area passed by our table 4-5 times, made eye contact. Never stopped to ask us if we had been helped or if we wanted to order our drinks. We decided to leave, on the way out the manager on duty asked "was everything ok?" I responded with a "we never got a chance to try anything." She said "have a nice Labor Day." "Awesome date" for a young couple getting an hour away without the baby.

The honey chipotle chicken crisped paired with a margarita is the perfect ending to a long day! This Chilis is always clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu items they serve.

I mean if you are looking for sticky tables, horrible service, and shit food, this is your place. For the rest of us looking for a nice dinner, skip it. Not only was the place disgusting, but our waiter was a jerk. We waited 10 minutes once our food arrived for silverware. Then the food was gross and I ordered the signature fajitas. Well I wouldn't put my signature on the dish I ordered. The steak was disgusting and the shrimp could have come from a can. Our margaritas were served in a broken glass. When we told the server about it he brought a gross glass to the table and poured the glass margarita into the (dirty) glass. I literally thought I was being filmed on a hidden video show. To top it all off they have a new automated pay and rate screen and our server took the liberty of tipping himself (25%) and filling out his own rating on our screen. What a fantastic site that was and awkward situation. I took several chances to tell their management about this and they completely ignored me. Clearly they are trying to make it better! This probably also explains how they got to this level of service.

For today's late lunch, Chili's was perfect and just what I needed; however I was reminded why I don't go there as often as I used to. I had to - change that - VOLUNTEERED to work today. What's the big deal? It's Friday; a majority of people worked today. My company is closed today. Everything except Customer Service. When I left at 2, all I wanted was a margarita. El Presidente did the trick today. Not the best I've ever had, but hit the spot today. I love their new 6.99 menu. For a girl that wasn't that hungry this was a great option. I got the four chicken crispers (honey chipotle options) with loaded mashed potatoes. I even brought some of it home for an afternoon snack, and it was fun to meet friends, but the money easily could have been saved for a much better meal.

It's Chilis. Do you really need me to review? I will say that it is happy hour ALL DAY EVERYDAY! Which, I have subsequently learned is not true for all Chili's. So enjoy.

I sat at the bar to watch the football game. The bartender was so busy that the service was poor. The soup and salad items were just average. No reason to go back anytime soon.
