Food is good fresh and very well stocked full with all the variety of food, even fish tacos that was not bad at all. The clam chowder was very watered down, chill was as good as always, and the usual fried chicken, pot roast, mac & cheese, meatloaf and shrimp. The only negative thing is the carpets need to be cleaned they are sour smelling. ( real bad ) Hoping that they clean carpets before we go back!

Went so far down hill we quit going there. Veggies are all from cans. I saw the cans.i do like the chicken livers. Will continue to go once in a while but not a regular thing.

Golden Corral, can I blame you for my own lack of self control? Probably not. Is it a coincidence that I was hunched over the toilet seat two days after filling my stomach with endless plates of your pork ribs, steaks and other food? I don't know. Maybe. My name is Alex, and I couldn't stop stuffing my face when I was here. Maybe I need help. For like ~$14, I can definitely say I got my money's worth in raw food. I consumed at least a few plates of pork ribs. I had 3 made-to-order steaks (and they were actually pretty decent tasting). Dessert. More plates of mashed potatoes. It was heaven for a little while. It was my first time eating at this chain which advertises itself as "America's Best Value." I think I took that a little to heart. I can't see myself back at a buffet for a while, unless it's one of those awesome sushi buffets (and there was a fantastic one in Boca Raton...).

The last two times we ate at this Golden Corral have been great. The food is fresh and really well prepared. They have new trays and the place is really clean. Went for the Sunday Breakfast and had the best omelet, custom made by the chef. The vegetables are always fresh and there is a large variety of both fruits and vegetables. I only wish they had unsalted versions of their potato chips and mashed and fried potatoes. Then we could eat more than one or one bite. Everything is delicious but salty

I am a concierge of Fine Buffet (Troft Dining) I have been to every Golden Corral with in a 100 mile radius of Inverness. To you Inverness I say this! Cook less, serve more frequently. I have never been so depressed leaving a Golden Corral. But sadly you are not alone. You should have seen the sorry excuse of a Grilled Cheese, The Ocala Manager made me. The darn thing was black from the grill, and the cheese was microwaved. If a manager can not prepare a simple dish, why is he in the position to supervise quality of which he himself can not accomplish. Shame Shame Shame. I am a Certified Pastry Chef, with many other skillsets. I have worked every position in the Brigade System. I can outcook, every person I have met, at the Golden Corral in Inverness! And I could probably do that blind, with one hand while Drunk! You know where to find me, if you need a consult on how to improve business at this location! ***********But in a pinch during Rush Hour, the Quality is Awesome, but the seating is miserably COLD!********

I don't mind lunch at a GC..lots of salad options and decent rotissarie chicken, perhaps some fish, but this GC is just sad. It resembles a poorly thought out high school cafeteria, and the food is about on the same level. It is also significantly higher priced than the newer, larger, more modern GCs located in Spring Hill or Port Richey. Much of the food was kind of tried out and discolored when we were there, and I don't think there were as many options as in other places. Never again.

This buffet has got to be the worst. Many of the handles that the customers are touching are laying in the food. They walk in from parking lot and don't even wash their hands and head up to contaminating the food with their grimy hands. I received a prompt refund when I refused to eat off the buffet. A friend of mine found a used band aid in his soup at a different Golden Coral in Florida.Yuk. I now will not patronize buffet style restaurants.

We've eaten at this restaurant several times. The food is hot, fresh and tastes good. There is of course, plenty of it too. The servers are pleasant and clear away the old dishes quickly. I was really surprised at how good the steaks, pot roast and chicken wings taste. The desserts are surprisingly good too.
