I've always heard great thing about this restaurant and decided to come here for lunch last week. Totally a family owned restaurant, which I loved! I went with the chicken parmesan and cheese raviolis. The food came out quick which was great! Dishes were a decent portion considering it was off the lunch menu. The chicken parm was flavorful, and same thing with the cheese raviolis. I will definitely come back to this place. Great service, yummy food, and very close to my job! Next time I'll be sure to try the white pizza. I hear its great!

If you like...LOVE chicken wings....these are the craziest, best, most tasty and you will not believe your tastebuds good wings on the face of the planet! No matter what you choose on or off the menu, you are going to be amazed at what you find here. Very much the family atmosphere. Very friendly and attentive wait staff. Owners Seb and Maria are here and will greet and cater to your needs and taste! Back to the wings. I have had wings everywhere from South Florida to California and back...from Guatemala, Costa Rica and the Caribbean...Seb's wings are outrageously great and unexpectedly so as you are in a fmily style Italian restaurant! If you really want a special pasta plate and can handle a bit of spice, ask for the "Junkman Special"! Benny P Esquire

One word....AMAZING! If your looking for theee best wings in hollywood west of the 95 Sebastiano's is the place. One day I'm hoping the owner can give me the recipe, so addicting. I order every other week. Now for the wings, they have a hint of sweetness and spiciness. Not too crispy and the right amount of tenderness. Oh and their price point is also reasonable, A+ guys keep it up!

Decided to try this place based on Yelp reviews, and so glad we did! I'm not a huge pizza fan but this pizza was delicious. The crust was perfect thickness, crunchiness and flavor. It only took about 7 min for them to bring it out from the time we ordered, which is great when you're on your lunch hour. We also split the meatball parm sub. which was served after the pizza. This was equally delicious, but we were full from the pizza so we only ate a quarter each and took the rest to go. This is obviously an older restaurant in an older strip mall off Hollywood Blvd. it's not fine dining, but for a quick and delicious lunch or dinner it's a winner!

The food here is fantastic! This little hidden gem was one of the best finds in Hollywood. The eggplant rollatini was delicious. The hubby had the lasagne and love it. Portions are large and entrees come with garlic rolls and salad or soup. We'll be coming back here often!

Classic pizza and Italian fare. Great place to take the family for a Sunday night dinner. Very friendly owners and staff. Solid food. They have spruced the place up over the last few years.

Why have I waited so long to sample the wonderful cuisine at Sebastiano's? Great food. I grew up in an Italian neighborhood and thus was like visiting a friend's house down the street. Fun. Priced right Yummy.

I've been eating at this location for over 15 years and it's always good. The pizza is fantastic and garlic rolls are perfect. The service is always considerate and friendly. Don't let the interior fool you, everything in the menu is high quality.

Cute but a little outdated family Italian joint. They built a wine bar about a year ago that brought them into at least the 90's . The food is terrific. Nothing groundbreaking, but perfect for your typical Parmesan dishes like chicken or veal. Sandwiches are good, meatballs are legit. Try the veal. No, really, try the veal. It's great! Good for pizza, too. This is a place newcomers would probably pass by, but I promise it's worth s try.

We tried this restaurant because of Groupon. We didn't purchase the Groupon until we spoke to the Server as we've realized that summer specials and early birds are sometimes the way to go. We discussed with Server and decided to use the Groupon. Little did we know our 5pm meal was going to be a $75 meal. We wouldn't have been so disappointed if the food wasn't so poor. Marsala tasted like flour and water and Marsala Wine. The piccata at was ok but thickened with flour. Thankfully the service was great. But after all was said and done our early bird groupon dinner was $55. Not worth it. We won't be back and don't recommend.

Third time here. I had pasta the first time and pizza the second time. The third time I don't understand. I asked for a pizza with veggies and meat.I felt like I was eating a salad. I felt like they got lazy by the 9:00 pm. There was very little sauce on the pizza. Very dissatisfied. If I come back it will only be for pasta.

Sebastiano's has been around for years & I only started coming here as a regular a few years ago. I could kick myself for not coming sooner. I am a big fan of Sicilian pizza and it is hard to find a good Sicialian pie nowadays, but Sebastiano's easily has one of the best Sicilian pies I've ever had. Their regular pie is great as well, I'd say that this is one of the best pizza joints in the Hollywood area. The pie is cooked perfect and toasted exactly how I like it. The sauce and cheese are so delicious that guaranteed you will be back sooner than you anticipate. The service is usually good, t've never had any problems. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Vona, are super friendly and really make it a great dining experience. i will without a doubt be back to enjoy some bangin pizza!

We came here because if a Groupon, What a pleasant surprise!!! The Quality was fantastic, everything we made with care. Typical Italian dishes with fresh ingredients . The Marinara sauce tasted homemade! The service was excellent and very friendly Family style. They made you feel welcome. We will be back!

I'm Italian. My mother was an amazing cook, so I know good Italian food. This place is terrible. I don't know how it's stayed in business so long. The Pasta y Fagioli was bland at best. You could play bacci with the meatballs, and their tomato sauce is flavorless. I have three words for you: basil, garlic & Parmesan cheese! (OK, four words) Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant. Mama Mia's or Anthony's Runway 84! Or even Carrabba's.

Best Margherita Pizza I have ever tasted. This place is not too close to where I live (downtown Lauderdale), so I don't get there enough but I make the trip when I am in the pizza mood. We have also tried the Veal Marsala and the Chicken Picatta and both were excellent. My only complaint is that it's beer and wine only and the bar area is not really a bar area, it's just a wooden bar I the room that dosnt look too inviting to sit at. The couple that runs the place seem really nice and the service is really quick. Highly recommend.

First of all, the owner makes the Fresh Mozzarella himself. Yes, he MAKES the fresh mozzarella (when so many restaurants buy it)! It tastes awesome! Also the Four Cheese & Pear Pasta Purses are soo good. My boyfriend ordered the Salmon Dinner and loved it. Don't skip dessert - there's quite a selection.

I read some of these reviews and don't know what they are talking about. The decor is great ( a little taste of Tuscany ) Very clean and the food is amazing . This is the real thing, maybe their not italian. This is a family owned restaurant and when you dine there you become part of the family. You must try the chicken parm or veal saltimbucco , amazing ! Another thing to note is the meat is bought at a butcher and is as good quality and as fresh as you could get, still maintaining a reasonable price. They do have events which you should try and they cater as well. Seb has whipped up pans of food for an unexpected event and we were grateful ! So if you want to have a nice night out or a quick lunch special this is the place to go. Conca Dora's is closed, Mastriannos costs an arm an a leg for fake italian, People wake up. Clean, fresh, good quality, friendly, reasonably priced authentic food- Thats what Im talking about!!!

I too have been to my childhood favorite places only to be slightly disappointed through adult eyes as ooposed to my innocent young eyes lol. I found Sebastiano's about 7 years ago and have been going back for lunch at least once a week virtually every week. The food is top-of-the line. Always fresh, always hot, always good. Despite the bad economy, Sebastiano's maintains a clean and friendly atmosphere. Since it is family owned, it is family oriented. I think kids eat free under a certain age (it might just be Wednesdays, I'll verify and update). In addition, there are frequently events to re-introduce themselves and thank thir clients. Last week was an open house/BBQ, this week there is a clown coming in. They also are generous and involved in charities. I am a fan, I love the food and people. You will too. m

It's a shame, really. This restaurant was the setting of many family celebrations over the years, and, just a few weeks ago, after my first return visit in about a decade, I was disappointed to find my cherished childhood bistro was not much more than a shoddy diner with Pizza Hut-calibre cuisine. If it weren't for my British dining partner (who'd never been to Florida) revelling in the novelty of the outdated pastel decor, the football broadcasted on the big screen in the corner, and the cluster of white and flame-haired old ladies squawking minutiae, I probably would have ordered my food to go. Our server was warm and attentive, but sadly, it just wasn't enough to convince me that Sebastiano's isn't in terminal decline.

The restaurant is clean, the service is excellent. I was disappointed in the pizza we ordered for lunch. The crust is crispy just as I love it. Unfortunately, the vegetable toppings, mushrooms, onions, green peppers are either canned or frozen. Hello! And there was not enough pizza sauce on the pizza. If only the food was all fresh, I would have given the restaurant a 5 star rating.

Sebastiano's is your typical family-friendly neighborhood Italian restaurant, but unfortunately, the food we tried was, at best, below mediocre. Our gnocchi tasted thick and dry as if it had been frozen. The garlic rolls also tasted as if they had been on this earth a bit too long. The chicken parmigiana was dry and lacked flavor. On the other hand, the service was friendly and warm. The decor is straight out of the 80s, with some segments missing from the vertical blinds. Hard for me to give a place one star, but there are dozens of Italian restaurants in south Broward who try much harder at the same or better prices.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
