I called and orders a pizza a woman named Stella answered took my order it was for delivery said it would be 30 min and a hour later I called back she answered and said he should of been here he was on his way I said ok after 1 1/2 hours I called back and asked for manager she said she was ( I said ok never mind ) 2 hours I call back and Stella ( the manager said he came but someone hollered out the door never mind ? I asked why she did not call me to verified I'd that was true she said she did not have to call me and I explained it was not true she hung up on me ? I was nice I was kind this was the worst serves every .

my pizza took over 2 1/2 hours came cold and when i called the customer service was horrible I spoke with a Employee named Eric who was so rude so nasty made me feel so uncomfortable. NEVER AGAIN

I have only been to this particular dominos once but the food was hot and fresh and prepared the way I asked. The main negative about this dominos was the people who work there are not very bright. If you ask them for something extra and even pay for a sauce, they will not put it in unless you remind them and manners are a whole other story. No apologies and no trying to fix their mistakes, only "oh, here you go" and then back to whatever they were doing.

My ordered was cancelled without my being asked or told!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered a medium pizza and wings for delivery. Two hours went by and I still had not received my order. When I called, I was asked if I wanted to cancel the order and I said no but can I speak to a manager. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up and called back. The line was busy for the next hour and a half. When I used the online tracking system to find the order, it had been deleted even though I was already charged. What a mess! Don't use this dominos!

People BEWARE Do not order pizza from this Domino's place on Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood Florida not unless you love to eat toenail clippings or various inanimate objects and get told they will not deliver to your house anymore cause of their screw ups! Don't eat there Don't eat there please!!

I like their new system online that shows the steps they take in preparing their pizzas. It even include the maker's name. lol. Their delivery is fast and their pizzas are plentiful for a good price value.. We've been getting the 5.99 per pizza deal.. so we get three kinds, all hand tossed: 1. big pepperoni slices with sausage bits on white sauce - my fave. 2. veggie: slices green and red peppers, onions, on "hearty marinara sauce.. felt a bit too bland.. 3. Jalapeno & chicken pizza on white sauce... expect a lot of tingling in your mouth. Before this one, we got chicken pizza with barbecue, but were not impressed with the sauce. It felt like eating burned sweet tomato sauce, really.. I also love their chocolate lava crunch cakes, which come in warm. The last time we ordered before this one, the website for some odd reason had Ralph's Coconut Grove address automatically entered in and the delivery guy in Miami was looking for us so we never got our orders. We of course ended cancelling the order after finding out.. really weird. And we had to go over to Pizza Rustica Hollywood. because it was too late order again.

I've ordered from this domino's twice. The first time it took over an hour before I received my pizza. The second time, the pizza was never delivered although it showed it was on the computer. I then called the domino's to inquire about my pizza and they told me that they could not get through my apartment gate but did not bother to call my cell phone or send an email. Needless to say I will NEVER order from this domino's again!!!

Terrible!!! They take forever with the orders and I live a few blocks away. When I called to ask what's gong on after an hour of waiting the girl who answered said they have a time frame of 2 hours! !!! This is the worst dominos in Hollywood.
