Customer service is of course top notch (as relatively common with most Cold Stones). Prices are high, obviously, but you're paying more for a gimmick, essentially. To start, I'm not a big fan of ice cream, at all. It doesn't sit well with me, if you know what I mean. For example, when I order the founder's favorite (one of my favorites) it comes out of me the same way it went it. It's like melted, molten lava going in, and goes out the same, but smelly and warmer. My other favorite here is the birthday cake remix. Truly delicious, every single fattening calorie. I recommend it and you just can't go wrong with it. I also have a weakness for their milkshakes. Pretty much any kind they make, I'll consume. They're just wonderful, those little lard-creators. If you wanna go out for dessert, definitely check this place out if you haven't already. You'll approve, but expect some funky BMs later.

Coldstone doesn't disappoint again! I got the smallest size cake batter ice cream with some white chocolate chips sprinkled in and melted away to ice cream bliss with it. I ordered the "Like It" size, which is considered their small, and it was plenty. We really don't need to eat anymore than that size. Their ice cream and toppings are so rich and filling. I couldn't even finish the "like it" size cup. For me, Cold Stone is a once-in-a-while treat, and I'm so glad they're there when I want some. For a chain place, they hit the spot every single time. As always, I'll be back. Some day! ;-)

My favorite Coldstone!!! I love this icecream and this location is outstanding.. Always staffed with some of the nicest people. The environment is a delight... My hubby & I are closest to the one I'm Aventura but we drive the extra few minutes to make it to this one in Hollywood.

No matter who is working when I come in, the service is always good! They take their time making it the way you like and I swear even I can't frustrate them with my indecisiveness. I worked hard all week and sat in squirrel or lizard poop this morning so I deserve this treat!

We come to this Cold Stone at least three to four times a month. The ice cream flavors are great and their creations even better. I always go for my chocolate devotion and my bunny for his cake batter shake! Never disappoints!! The staff here is not to friendly and today the line was out the door and they were not helping the situation one girl would go to the back for a while then come back and then the other one will go. It's like they were hoping that when they walked out no one would be there. Also this is the third time I come and they're out of a flavored ice cream. First two times it was cake batter which I understand but this time around was chocolate what Ice cream place runs out of chocolate. So I was not able to get my usual chocolate devotion of course so was very disappointed. The reason why I don't give this place five star is because of the staff. We use to go often to the cold stone in Miami Lakes and as soon as you walk thru the door their greeting you. Even if there's a million people they hear the door and they're greeting you.

I had absolutely zero intention of getting anything. I don't think I've even stepped inside a ColdStone for six or seven years. My friend is a huge fan and I decided to simply accompany him. I made the mistake of asking for a taste of the sweet cream flavor. It was SO good. I got that plus a chocolate chip mix-in, in the smallest size they have (which is the same as the biggest size you can get in Europe, lol) and enjoyed every last bite. Thanks, Cold Stone! No fifth star? Because when I clanked some change in the tip jar I didn't hear a song.
