Worse place on planet earth. The service was TERRIBLE I asked a question about an item on the menu and the cashier answered me as if she's doing me a favor. After waiting 30 min I got my chicharrones that I ordered.... That's it.... That took 30 minutes. It looks like they dunked it in the oil and served it straight to the plate. Disgusting. The arepas weren't cooked. And the chicharrones LITERALLY had 4 pieces on actual meat. The food was so bad ( I wasn't the only one to order my family did too, we all got something different) that I ordered lemons and had them with salt to take the gross taste out of my mouth. Don't waste your money. Disgusting.

Worst SERVICE EVER!! They waitress and the cashiers let you waiting there forever every time you go there and have a BAD ATTITUDE! I was a customer for a while just for the food,( which it's not amazing but they are open late and they're close to my house) but last time I when there I felt like I was asking for something for free ! Go to Los PERROS AND LOS VERDES BETTER COLOMBIAN FOOD and CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have always liked their food, and I will drive several miles just to get an Arepa Burger. Love it. I recommend it to anyone. I have been coming here for a good part of 7 years and I have always been pleased with the variety, the flavor and the quality of the food.

Husband ordered two items. El salpicón was ok a bit too sweet. Then he ordered maizitos de pollo and they were extremely greasy, the pinapple sauce was not good. It tasted more like pinapple jam. The order also took 35 minutes and even when we called ahead. Service was terrible. We will give this place two more visits to be fair and then we will x them out if we have a bad experience.

Although their food is good, their service sucks, Everytime I go there (which has been more than 5 times) they always forget to make something as the staff doesn't know what they are supposed to do, all they do is clean, so they can go home early I guess. The last time I ordered 3 arepas and it took more than 30 minutes before I got up to look what was happening; no customers , everyone cleaning once again and nobody was making the food that I had ordered for my kids. Never coming back again.

So sad to say that this is the only place that i like the raspaos which are to die for so yummy and the arepas but the service is garbage i believe they switched owners but i ordered a raspao and the girl carried on her conversation. Finally got it like 45 mins later and when questioned why it took so long if nobody was there she just totally rudely ignored me and carried on with her conversation again like we owe them something as a matter of fact im craving those raspaos but i wil most definitely be looking for another place to dine. Even management had a total attitude again like we owe them something like 2 other people asked for a refund when i asked for mine thats when they started to make my raspaos but anywho it was nice while it lasted always a bad experience there, not referring nobody there before i used to all the time

Been here a couple of times, nothing to go crazy about. I've only eaten here because the ice cream they have isn't creamy and I love non creamy ice cream, seriously I do,besides that the food is OK. If this place wasn't very close to my house I would have never gone to eat here.

Food is delicious but the service sucks. Everyone is polite but they are totally unorganized. They need a new manager to help them run smoothly - they always get orders wrong, it is actually complete chaos. However I put up with it because I like the fresh juices and arepas. They deliver close by- when the guy brings the wrong thing or forgets something he runs right back to get it.

Usually great food but all of the sudden they want to give me a hawaiian Arepa with pineapples from pulp for juice. And a soon as the taste is bad tried to changed and refused by manager. Poor management and even though is not fresh ingredients didn't want to change. Its a shame that good food changes because of poor management decisions on ingredients.

The surroundings was nice clean, not much tables thou. However the service could've been better. I'm not sure if the women was having a bad day or not but she was reflecting some bad vibes for real. The food was fast and it was tasty, however not only was service not good they also mess up on my husbands drink order but towards to almost arriving home we notice that we got charge for empanadas we never received but did order. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon 3 strikes your out. 1- Be good to your customers (fail) 2 - Don't mix up orders (fail) 3 - Don't charge customers on items they didn't receive. ( fail) Your out. Been Warn.

One star because it's the lowest option. The service here is horrible. Their fruit salad is terrible and what is supposed to be an amazing Colombian cholado (fruit mixed with blackberry juice and condensed milk) was all artificially flavored with some robitussin tasting juice. We told the people it wasn't to our liking and instead of switching out they looked at us like we were garbage. In addition, my brother was sitting with his fiancé eating a fruit salad and a cleaning lady came by and PICKED UP THEIR PLATE to clean underneath all while sticking her finger in their fruit salad. I have never ever experienced someone picking up my food WHILE IM EATING IT to clean my table. That is unheard of. Although the place has potential, management truly makes it nothing less then a hole in the wall. If you are looking for good authentic Colombian food, this is not the place to go.

Yummy Colombian food! This place is clean and has nice lively atmosphere. The Mamey shake is enormous two people can share one. My hubby ordered the steak and it was seasoned and cooked just right. We will be back when we are in the area.

Great food! Been here a couple of times and I've always had a great experience. The arepas (cheese, meat or pretty much any of them) are just delicious. You can enjoy different Colombian dishes ( I know... fast food) but certainly yummy and much better than, lets say Mc Donalds. The staff is friendly and you can see how they cook, so you don't have to worry about unwanted things a waiter can do to your plate if you get mad at him :) Have fun!

Love this place, come here all the time and it's never disappointing. Everything I have tasted on the menu has been delicious no other Colombian Fast food place has compared itself to this one. There isn't much seating but with food this good, it doesn't really matter. You have to try the Arepa Hamburger it is mouth watering and if your not into hamburgers and want dessert they also have cholados and fruit salads. they pretty much have most of the stuff people crave for when they think of some colombian fast food place.

Raspaos is such a great place, and you wouldn't even know that it's there unless you already know that it's there, lol. The hot food here is wonderful, but the shakes and desserts are their true specialty in my opinion. My favorite dessert here, called the Brownie Chocoano, consists of a warm brownie topped with two scoops of gelato (vanilla and blackberry, in my case) and sliced fruit (strawberries and bananas for me); it is absolutely divine. The "pinchos" (kabobs, basically) are offered with either grilled chicken or beef and come with a variety of sides. I highly recommend it be paired with the potato salad and little golden potatoes. Admittedly, the venue is very small and can get packed pretty quickly. The seating is kind of bar style and usually means sitting next to strangers. I often wonder why they don't migrate to a bigger space considering the sheer amount of business they receive. The service can be a little slow, packed or not. However, the quality of the food makes it well worth the wait ^^

Been here many times for lunch. 1. Food is always delicious and fresh. 2. Service is great. 3. Awesome prices. 4. The crazy amazing and huge Colombian burger (forgot the actual name) - bacon, potatoes, pineapple sauce, and like what seems like many many other ingredients make a really unique and awesome burger oh and it's only $6 or so. The only knock on the place is the seating. But I don't feel right taking a star away for that. Can't recommend enough.
