Can't go wrong, but the cost can add up with a crowd that being said the smiles and silence is worth it, the toppings will have you drooling for more, so top off and enjoy.

I've been to several Menchie's and they normally exceed the standard set by the company. I must say I was disappointed when I entered this particular location. When I first arrived, there was no one at the counter to assist in anyway. The only employee was outside talking on the phone. I actually had to ask another customer if there was someone working at the location. Another employee came from the back and was very friendly. She immediately assisted me as well as another customer. I usually get a waffle bowl, but, the waffles looked slightly burnt and the cooking station did not appear to be clean. There was batter all over the counter and the waffle maker looked really greasy and black. I decided to skip the waffle bowl and go with yogurt and toppings. The employee who was outside on the phone came in and stared at her co-worker that was assisting other customers. I waited patiently hoping the young lady would jump in and allow me to pay for my order. She had to be told by the other employee to assist me (this was after she stood and watched for a couple of minutes). As she walked behind the counter, I didn't see ANY desire to be at work. She seemed as if she had a problem that she was told to do her job. To make matters worse, her uniform was stained all over. It actually made me not want to eat my ice cream.

This place is pure awesomeness. I love that they have waffles and so many toppings to go w it. Not to mention that it's budget friendly and they give you a discount if you made a purchase at certain restaurants in the plaza. Btw, they have friendly service.

Best spot to go out with the family and enjoy a good desert! My kids love it. I will continue to visit this place.

Very good, i have been coming here at least once a month for a year with my kids. Will not be returning. 3:30pm 5/17/15. One of the employees, a young man was using prafanities with his co-worker. "F" word was used and heard a few too many times. Its a shame my kids do love this place

My favorite menchies! The owner is fun and a jokester. The employees are always happy and inviting. Of all the menchies I've been to this is by far the best!

Awesome frozen yogurt, many combinations in order to satisfy your sweet tooth. From pieces of candy to hot chocolate and marshmallow syrup, yum! Combine as many ice creams as you like.

As mentioned in one of the reviews before this place is too close to my house for my own good! My girlfriend and I loving coming here for a treat on one of these hot days just to indulge in frozen yogurt, or when in need of a sweet after a good meal. Menchies has an assortment of different flavors for your pallet to dry. They don't consistency have the same flavor over and over again , they introduce new flavors every week for you to dry. Upon arrival you can choose from a regular cup or a waffle cup. Your more than welcome to add as many different flavors as you desire. They also have small sample cups for you to dry before you fill your cup. Once you've filled your cup you can add several toppings, I mean toppings galore! From actual fruit ( cherry, strawberry, pineapple, kiwi, etc ) to hard toppings ( White Chocolate, sprinkles, almonds, peanuts, M&M's, Peanut butter cups, Oreo's, Etc) Wet syrups such as ( Strawberry, Chocolate, Caramel, Etc) Once your done they weight your cup and dependant on the weight you have your price. So keep in mind the more you add the more you pay. Typically you'll spend about 8-9 bucks for two people with a decent size cup full of goodies. No complaints here.

There isn't much I can say about Menchie's expect that its pretty awesome. The Red Velvet and Cookies and Cream is by far my fave! Add in some yogurt chips, heath bar pieces, strawberries and cheesecake bites and I am one happy camper! All complete with a super cute lime green or hot pink spoon and

This is my favorite fro-yo location. It's got the best price and a super friendly staff! I had the dulce the leche with cake batter topped with mochi (my favorite topping) and blueberries. Hit the spot and all for $3.80!!! Chatted up with the owners and the staff and they were super down to earth. A custormer at the store mentioned you get 10% off if you bring in your receipt from Chipotle (next door) Check first, though, I've never tried it.

Try Red Velvet and Cake Batter, by far the best. Ciocochella .... a bit disappointing perhaps due to all the hype they created around it... made it sound like Nutella... it really IS NOT. The only reason i am not giving this location of Menchies 5 stars is because the paying process takes too long. Their credit card machines are down most of the time and there is usually just 1 cashier, even on the busy weekends. This is particularly important when your "goods" start melting if the line is too long. Another note, manager is a bit obnoxious to his staff. He scolds them in front of customers, and it just doesn't look good. But the truth is, despite of all this, i can't go on without my Menchies.....

I love, love this place! They have many flavors and a full bar of candy toppings and my favorite the fruit toppings. My favorite flavors so far are the peach-mango (fruty/sour), pistachio (sweet and nutty not overwhelmingly sweet) and chocolate hazelnut (tastes like coffee) topped with strawberries, kiwi, mango and blackberries. I pay about $9 but is worth every penny.

Nice place, yummy flavors and toppings, gets a little crowded and it's hard to get seats, sometimes is really cold in there other than that it's good!

Stopped in last night with a friend for a quick treat. We were surprised to see how packed it was! The amount of people standing around made it difficult for everyone to get their yogurt and move through the line. There are a huge selection of toppings, but there were only 4 or 5 spoons to get them with, which was odd. When we finally got up to pay, the man behind the counter was shouting at everyone, like he was very overwhelmed. It was a cheap tab, so that was nice. The yogurt was really tasty, but the toppings, (especially the waffle bowl) were stale. Nothing about this place makes it stand out from any other yogurt place.

This place is great and it's dangerously close to my house, so it could become problematic. I like that they have about a dozen different flavors in the store, and I love the self-serve concept and paying by the ounce. All of the machines have the ability to swirl flavors, but I wish more of the flavors were complimentary so I could swirl them together. They have a LARGE assortment of both sweet candy toppings, and also fruit toppings. I had the Cookies and Cream yogurt topped with Mini Reeses Pieces and sprinkles, and it was delicious, especially for a hot Miami afternoon. I do notice that it gets busy in the afternoon due to it's location directly across from the high school, so I would avoid going there at those times, especially considering there isn't a lot of available parking in that tiny lot. I went in on a Monday early afternoon and it was deserted, thankfully. Will definitely stop by again to try more of their flavors.

Less than 5 blocks away, dangerous is the only way to describe it... Love the fact that its self serve, quick but parking SUCKS. There isn't enough room for the traffic FRO-YO brings to this already cramp parking lot. This like the one in pines has a cramp parking lot? On a positive note. I had a punch out card that supposedly by the attendant was old "DAMNIT" I was due for 8oz FREE. Luckily she accepted it and gave me there new SMILEY rewards card.

I've been to two other places one in the mall nearby(terrible, not self serve, limited flavors etc) and one in Orlando which was self serve, but much more expensive per ounce it seemed. So this location Menchies was nice, I went with two other people and the total was 11 bucks. Not bad since my cup was FILLED to the brim. I mostly pack on tons and tons of toppings. I love the popping bobas, those are the best. Wish they had a better variety of "asian" toppings however, like mochi pieces! a green tea flavor would be nice too. Pumpkin Pie flavor is dang right gross. But cake batter/cheese cake and coconut were pretty good. If only all FroYo places were as great as pinkberry. But i'd still recommend this place if your looking for a sweet treat thats not so bad for you( ya know, as long as you put plenty of fruit and healthy stuff) . Got pretty full when we were there, couldn't sit around for long because so many people were waiting to get a chair. So, they should get more tables perhaps.

I love menchies, but the location in Pembroke Pines has better service and changes their flavors more often. They don't even want to give you taste cups, what if the flavor changed and i don't know what it taste like? Anyways, I still go often because that yogurt is just so good and it's close by, however I can't wait until they open the Miami Lakes location that's a walk away. :)
