La Nueva Fe Bakery in Hialeah is the most delicious (Cuban) bakery in the history of the world! Ok, a little over-exaggeration never hurt anyone. Of course I'm bias. I have a strong connection with this bakery. It's extremely personal. That's all I'm gonna say. Los pastelitos de guajava and cheese are the best thing that will ever touch your tongue! REPEAT: Los pastelitos de guajava and cheese are the best thing that will ever touch your tongue! Buy a entire tray of them. The prices are affordable for fresh food and desserts. It really doesn't get better than this.

Their pastelitos are jammed packed with filling ingredients. Not stingy on those pastelitos de queso, which are my favorites along with croquetas de Jamon. Yummy all around

Horrible service, food is old . you ask for the owner and he will never show his face. employees are very very rude. i ordered a tray of bocaditos and they gave me the ones they had on the refrigerator instead of giving me fresh ones (well i guess there were no fresh ones because all their food is old) this was for a school party they ended in the trash can . i called the bakery and ask for the owner one more time but he didnt want to come to the phone. if you dont want to get sick stay away from this place !!!!

The pastelitos were tasty, but the ham croquetas are probably the best I've had in a long time.

A little far from where I was staying, worth the trip. True Cuban bakery. Got a sample of different sweets for a dinner later on ( capuchinos, cuernos, tocinillo, señoritas, pudin de pan). We tried most of them and were delicious. Somebody ordered a "pan con bisteck", the aroma & the sandwich looked inviting. It's also a cafeteria.

When I get to Miami the first place I go to is the Cuban Bakery! No joke! I don't get to eat amazing pastelitos, Cuban Bread or these types of desserts back in New York so this is a super treat for me... When I tell you that this place has whatever you can ever dream off and freshly made of anything and everything I am not exaggerating... I have been to a lot of Miami/ Hialeah bakeries in reach for the best and finally this place is my ultimate favorite!!! This is what I usually get: A box of: 6 Croquettes 4 pastelitos de carne 4 pastelitos de guajava 2 pastelitos de queso 1 slice flan 1 slice panetela borracha Total: $10.35 Really guys! You try topping that for incredible pastries and desserts! This is my Miami tradition and I will continue it forever :) Good Bakery Eats!

I am writing a review hoping to help those that are tired of those dried cuban pastelitos that u buy in the worse bakeries. This is the best pastelito place for parties you can ever buy! Trust me, there is no turning back once you buy these for your next party. The croquetas and bocaditos are like no other!

ok, so this will totally reveal my roots. i am a hialeah girl, 100% born in hialeah hospital, raised a block off la cuarenta y nueva. that being said, now that i live so far from my roots i miss these pastelitos like crazy. the first time i ate their pastelitos de queso, omg...it was just SO good. everything i've tried from here has always been delicious. i am planning a trip w/ my hubby one day just to get a taste of their yummy pastelitos again.

Thank God I don't live near this place and can only go every so often. Their cafe con leche is hands down the best ever and their cuban toast is just perfect. Not to mention their bakery selection is great and very tasty. Oh that Cuban bread is a perfect combination of toasty on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. Parking is an issue as its a very small place yet very popular in the area - to me it's worth the wait every time!

This is our go to bakery. My family and I really do not like Vicky bakery. So this is our spot. Let's get something clear if you want nice people, great customer services, English etc. this is not your place. We really like this place but you can't be picky. Just by the location you should know. Don't expect the people that go there to be nice either. I'm being honest. This has nothing to do with their food. Our favorites are the croissant sandwich, my kids go crazy for the tequeños de queso, and my husband can't go without having pastelitos de guayaba. It's a great place to eat. DONT BUY THE CAKES. YUCK! Well if you like cuban cakes than go for it. But the pastelitos are awesome.

This is my go to bakery for my weekend pastelito breakfast! This little bakery has been around for ages! I remember walking into this bakery as a child and desperately wanting those insane looking cakes with toys on them! The croquets are perfection. Nice bite to the outside, warm, and delicious ham on the inside. Cafe con leche hits the spot regardless if it's 50 degrees or 95 degrees outside. The pastelito prepared comes with a pickle. I know some people are anti-pickle. It's a welcome addition to my breakfast.

Avoid this place!! Google the nearest VICKY BAKERY!! and go to a clean cuban bakery!! This place is a health risk and should be shut down. I contacted the health department! Roaches and employees sneezing on your food!!
