I give this place 5 star hands down! - positive energy for the minute I walked in - excellent customer service - the even helped me on which sub to get. - very well cleaned - cool playlist - and they're not kidding when they say fast subs. I'll deff. Be back.

This updated review is for their delivery ONLY. Please refer to my previous five star issuance for everything else. So I called on a Tuesday for delivery. It was swift, pleasant and to the point. The sandwiches were at my house, I kid you not, in about ten minutes. Mind you, this order was placed around 9:00 p.m.. I know how traffic is in my neighborhood. So, I purposely waited for all vehicle traffic to be at a minimum. We are both in the same zip code here in Hialeah. Which, brings me to the sad one star. On Thursday of the same week, two weeks ago to be exact, I said "Yeah, let me sign-up to their website and put an online order in." Anyone who knows me, knows I'm Partially Deaf. So anytime I see this option with a business, you are SO getting business from me. Signing-up to their website was very easy. Navigating within the site itself is to the point. Even so for a novice internet user. Very well laid out. But, I kept being taken to "Pick-up." Because the only things I know are Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, I was sure I was doing something wrong. Believe me when I tell you, I could walk to the restaurant if I was one of these "Health People." So, I decide to call. WHAT DO YOU MEAN I'M OUTSIDE OF YOUR DELIVERY RANGE? What is your delivery range? Gus Machado across the street? You just lost a customer that would have been calling you for subs three times a week if not more. What happened is, I will continue to call your neighbors for delivery. Latin Café 2000 and Papa Johns. Walk outside, you can see them from your front door. Out of your delivery range, eh? They get the food, during peak traffic, to my home in thirty minutes if not sooner. #FAIL Unless I am on 49th street, as I was on my first two visits, I will not be stopping by here for a while. Remember, your parking spaces are limited as well. * Español Esta reseña es para sus entregas a domicilio sólamente. Lea mi reseña anterior de cinco estrellas para todo lo demás. Me dijeron que estaba fuera de su area de entrega y puedo caminar a este restaurante.

This place is great. The sandwiches are great and the employees are really nice. The only thing is alot of employees were standing around doing nothing.

Excellent service. Staff was friendly and helpful. My sub was made lightning fast. Delicious! Chips are pretty good too. Great change of pace for a frequent Hialeah eater. Nom nom nom.

I hate to write such an awful review but I have to say jimmy johns has been nothing but one let down after another. Their sandwiches are pretty tasty for the most part but this business makes having a gratifying meal such an inconvenience id rather go to subway. In fact every time I crave a sub I think why not go to jimmy johns... Nah I'll just go to subway. To start their "freaky fast delivery" is a sham. I don't live too far away and I'm "out of their delivery range". It turns out you have to live next door to qualify for their freaky fast delivery service. That's not freaky it all. Then there's their sandwiches. All though delicious and of the best quality ingredients . But it's a struggle to have the sandwich made to my liking. I like multigrain bread. Never available. I like my sandwiches with turkey, ham, and extra onions. It's not on the menu so I basically have to beg the employees to do me the favor. Then there's this one time the girl at the register raved about their avocado sauce. So I went for it. Half way through my sandwich I realized I had ordered it with the "oh so amazing avocado spread" I couldn't taste in my sanwhich. When I asked the employee what happened to the avocado she says "oh it's spread between the slices of ham". Both my best friend and I were havinng the same thing. We both raised our eyebrows in surprise , dismantled the sandwiches to check and there it was... The most ridiculous and saddest spread I have ever seen in my life. So thin there was barely anything on there. My biggest grudge...no black olives... I always had high hopes for jimmy johns but it's just not for me.

This is my new favorite munchies spot. They are literally freaky fast. I was watching Walking dead last night and all those rotten zombies feasting on flesh made me hungry. So I called Jimmie johns and ordered their most popular sandwhich, which they said was the #9. With delivery and all it came out to 7 bucks! I gave the driver $3 so my total was only $10. Very cheap for a delivered meal. Not to mention the sandwhich was amazing! That was my second time ordering from them this weekend. I am a fan

I visited this location on 11/18/2014 at 6:45 PM The horrible experience here revealed some prejudice and inappropriate behavior. (But only when your back is turned) Coming from someone who was born and raised here. I will never spend a dime here again. I was given a wrong number when trying to address this issue, so I will spread my experience by other means. The only reason it received a star from me was because I couldn't complain otherwise. I hope these employees understand that you NEVER make rude and unnecessary slurs about a customer, or another human being for that matter, especially when they are not there to defend themselves. I didn't even mention it to my friend because I didn't want to further humiliate her. UPDATE: I was able to speak to the General Manager and he Promised to address this issue, That's all I can ask.

I ordered from here all the time, especially delivery. I live less than a mile away. One day I called and the employee informed me they did not deliver to my area. I asked how come you've delivered here before? His response was I don't know why they did that but manager does not allow it. From this day on they lost a customer.

I was probably one of the happiest people in Hialeah to see that Jimmy John's was "coming soon." I missed it so much since migrating to work in Hialeah. Sadly though I have to say my love affair was over only on my second visit. The store looks great, staff was extremely friendly that is until my second visit to the store. Anyone that knows me knows I am a hardcore carnivore. No offense to those that like rabbit food, but it's just not for me. So I personally love the "Slims offerings." No need to say hold the lettuce and tomato because that's just how it comes. Well I arrived at the store and placed my order as usual," Slim 5." I asked the super helpful, smiling girl at the counter, "can you please add vinaigrette to the sub?" She proceeds to turn to the MANAGER and ask him to please add vinaigrette. To which he quickly responds to me, "No we can't do that." I am confused, what's the problem? He responds,"we can only put vinaigrette on the regular subs." So I say, "but I don't want lettuce and tomato, I would only like to add the vinaigrette." He then tells me, "It's Jimmy John's policy to not put any sauce on silms." So I say, "thank you very much, I am not interested." I guess I value customer service much more than I do believe Jimmy John's does since over such a small matter they lost a loyal repeat customer.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. First time visiting and they recommended the tuna. I never eat tuna subs but decided to give it a shot. It was surprisingly delicious!

Place is clean and the people friendly. Sandwich was fresh and tasty. However, I sandwich is very simple for the money. They have one meat and two meat sandwiches. I didn't get a chance to pick toppings as it was ready when I finished ordering. I don't like onions but didn't get a chance to say that. Two or three bread choices and no toasted hot sandwiches. I paid $10 and thought it was way too expensive for what I got. I wasn't asked if I wanted the smaller drink and was charged the large one. This place offers little value unless it's late night and Subways and Quiznos are closed. I thought Quiznos was expensive, move over Quiznos.
