Can't complain with this locations fast service . I had the strawberry shake which I devour every long sip of burgers as usual great . The only complain I have is about the tres leche which was missing it's taste .

By far the best burgers i have eaten. I usually get the steak and this place introduced to the heinz 57 sauce. One day a came here for a party and order the 1lb burger by accident and it was a challenge to eat. I literally had to share it with someone the hamburger was so darn big. The meat it real beef, cooked the way you like it. And the sweet potato fries are so good.

I've ate at many fuddrucker but this one it's not in shape. As I ordered my buffer burger & grab my drink... There's no straw. I told the co-works no help. They even didn't go check at the back room (which was a mess) so I have a rule I give myself when I go to a restaurant which is look at there bath room. It was like walking into a portal potty. I was scared to even walk into the stalls because how bad it smell. Washing my hands didn't even help remove the stench off of me.

I pretty much love every FUDDRUCKERS location except the one in Pembroke Pines. This location in Hialeah is awesome the guy taking my order was very nice and the food is still as awesome as it gets

The blackened tilapia was tasteless, without hint of any blackening. It looks and tastes like fish baked with some cheap spice out of a jar thrown on top. My mashed potatoes were stone cold. When I asked the manager for a desert instead of the stone cold mashed I was served, he demanded I pay the extra 90 cents. I refused, and instead of offering me my money back, he walked away saying a new mashed will be right out .... 15 minutes later, we walked out, no apology.

If you have never been to Fuddruckers like myself, allow me to explain the experience you are about to encounter as best as I know how. Picture Chili's and Johnny Rockets spending an entire drunken evening having sex with each other. One of the beforementioned ends-up pregnant and produces an offspring. VOILA! Fuddruckers is born. It's a mixture of both, only the burgers here are indeed better. Here you also have to make a line to order your food and pick it up yourself when the buzzer goes off. You lost several stars for not being ready with trays for your diners. I had to make two trips to get everything I ordered back to my table. I did see trays, they just weren't available at this particular time. Yes I did ask for one, "no we don't have any trays" was the answer I was given. Another reason you lost stars on Yelp, time to change that nasty carpet. There is a reason carpets aren't recommended for restaurants. This one has to go already. The one time I don't take my camera and my phone decides to die on me. Otherwise, there will be countless pictures right now of the already encrusted "stuff" on said carpet. I had the Number Three half pound burger combo which consists of fries and a shake. Maybe the fries are mass produced or maybe they aren't. I couldn't tell to be quite frank. Cheese will cost you extra along with anything not provided at the salad bar. There are plenty of different choices for your burger as far as toppings are concerned. My recommendation, get it at their salad bar. Unless you desperately need to have grilled onions, just have them raw from the salad bar. It will add-up once you get the total bill. They claim to be "fresh," if that is true, it really isn't that expensive. This and their self proclaimed fame as the "worlds best burger" will require more investigating. Sorry, to me "fresh" means something entirely different and your salad bar toppings were already changing into different colors from sitting there for too long. I also had a small side of their cole slaw and their macaroni & cheese. No foods that I have mentioned were bad. Borderline five star worthy on Yelp. My total bill for "lonely party of one" was $16.07. This is not the place you want to come to regularly with the children. Again, it will add-up. Will I be back again? Yeah...I'll be back again. It's a nice alternative to the Hispanic norm in Hialeah.

The Man likes Fuddruckers. And I mean, REALLY Likes. For a Non-Carnivore, he sure is having a Love Affair with a FuddBurger! So I, by default, like Fuddruckers. I like to surprise him whenever we're in Miami by not telling him I'm taking him. And this location, in Hialeah, made that very easy. (See Photo!) He kept asking me "Why are you driving me through the Ghetto? Why are we here? What are we doing?" Until he saw the Fuddruckers sign, and his eyes lit up! So much fun! So yeah, you DO have to get off the highway in Hialeah (shudder) ... But assuming you're on the Palmetto (shudder)... You're probably ready for a break anyhow, and it's less than half a mile east of the exit. You're fine. I do love their freshly-baked buns. And their toppings bar, while having shrunk from my childhood memories, is still better than many, with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, salsa, relish, sweet-hot pickled peppers, nacho cheese, and probably more. Their sauces.... I remember buying their "Fuddruckers Spicy Yellow Mustard" by the bottle... and it's still good. Also good is their Honey Mustard, and surprisingly... Their BBQ Sauce! On it's own, and mixed with the Honey Mustard... NOMS. And really, the Man has his FuddSmile on his face, so I'd come here even if I hated it, just to see that happy-man spark in his eyes!

My last day in Florida and my wife surprised me by taking me to lunch at Fuddruckers. We drove through the hood to get here. This one in Hialeah doesn't have the personality of the one in Pembroke but it has my coveted Fuddburger which is as valuable to me as gold since I can't get one any longer back home in Colorado. I savored every bite of that immaculate burger. I have the best wife in the world!

Ah, it's OK. One aspect of Hialeah that I wasn't impressed was the Fuddruckers in WESTLAND Mall. I'm not saying it's bad, it just didn't have that "Daleee" spark Pitbull made famous. After going through the torturous process of Christmas shopping, I needed sustenance thus ending up here. Take the fries, for example. Yes, they were hot and spicy and I could spice them further with as much BBQ sauce as my heart desires, but if I say there were twenty fries with my order I would be counting extra. So yes, the portions were a little skimpy. Next up is my Buffalo Chicken sandwich. The buffalo seasoning was available only with the crispy chicken breast, kind of proving the "frozen processed" theory. There are some more economical fast food places that let you cross check your sauces and meat textures. Still I like their unlimited soda refills, and the fact you can pick as much or as little of your veggie toppings. The 50's Roadside Diner decor is Kitschy Cute too.

Came all the way out from Cali and this place has TERRIBLE customer service. Whore workin the shakes made my shake in a hot cup so the ice cream was hot. The hell?! Def will never come back to this place. Need to hire friendlier people. They suck here.

This is still one of my favorite burger places ! The food is fresh and never disappoints. Proportion is just right, the atmosphere is bright and no matter what they have great service ! I think everyone should try this place!

I've been here numerous times for lunch & a few times for dinner. Buffalo burger is a winner. Some of my other favorites are the market house salad with chicken and the crispy chicken sandwich, as well as the beef burgers. The fish sandwich not so much. Have had the strawberry shake, brownies and cookies. They were all very good.

Still one of my favorite burger places!!! Been eating Fuddruckers since I was a little kid. I remember going to Fuddruckers after my baseball games as a little kid and after all these years I still lover their burgers. I usually get the Buffalo burger, medium well with some sweet potato fries on the side. Awesome!!!

A bit too greasy for me :(

Amongst the burger chains Fuddruckers rules, the ingredients are really good and the options they offer are good as well. After they close the north and south Fuddruckers this one open in Hialieah, it is keeped cleaned and it is way bigger than the Doral option and less packed to. Staff is Hialeah-friendly = means is ok, prices are good. Try the bufffalo option its the leanest one you can have there, shakes are awesome as well.

It's Fuddruckers.... The only place I know of that you can get an ostrich burger or a buffalo burger. That's pretty much the selling point of my review. But outside of that they have other exotic meats to make burgers out of and the regular cow burger goes up to the one pound serving size in case you're really hungry. Besides the great selection of burgers you have salads and pretty decent french fries. So if you haven't been and you're in the Hialeah area, stop by and try a burger, chances are you'll enjoy.

we were so exited when we heard this was opening in Hialeah... no need to drive far anymore for a decent burger... but like what happens to alot of places.. it started out with a bang and then fizzled..... the place was nice and clean service was quick and plenty of nice waitress asking if you need assistance or to bring over your shake!!! now even thou it is clean - it looks a bit different and food seems to be taking a little bit longer to get then before. still a good place for a lunch but like rating......... A-ok

Decent burgers in a fun atmosphere.

I agree with Eglys...I was excited when this place first opened...finally a good burger place in Hialeah. The place was packed with a great deal of waitresses here and there, but I guess like all things the hype dies after a while. My coworkers and I go here every so often for lunch to get out of the office atmosphere, but I feel like the last time we came here there was nothing specifically special to report about and nothing absolutely terrible to report about either. The food is good and the fries are great, but i remember being much more impressed the first time I went. Oh and the bathrooms were very clean!
